I still haven’t found any indication the show has been renewed. I would think with the calendar shoot coming up, it should be decided since cmt always films it for the show.

I believe they get new boots because Kelli F said in a twitter post that the girls keep one boot and the other goes to the organization they are representing. The organization can then use the boot as they wish.

Judy just said that Kelli kicks her under the table on the last podcast they did. If you didn’t catch the pod cast it was very informative and you got to see a personal side of the both of them, which I enjoyed. Here is the link if interested.

I was just listening to the Afterbuzz podcast episode for this episode. They mentioned the part about Lily being cut. They were like, “Who? Who’s Lily?” If you didn’t know her cut was coming and hadn’t been paying super close attention throughout the season, you would have no idea who Lily was. It’s obnoxious how much time was spent on so few people.
I’m sad to say, I didn’t know who she was until they cut her.

I just finished watching it and deleted it. I will usually rewatch an episode and keep it for a while but not this year. I watched and deleted all episodes. I’m not sure why it wasn’t great for me this year but I think it had to do with a few girls that got all the focus and got some favoritism

Which it seems was a correct calculation since viewer numbers are up.
Since Kelli is the executive producer of the show, she made this decision to air all the VK stuff. Gotta keep the rating up, so probably a good call on her part. This season wasn’t my favorite at all.

Victoria was completely different, even at rehearsals, for both nights. My conspiracy theory radar tells me she was (or TK was) warned that VK was on the chopping block and if there was any mistake, she was getting cut. She was less giddy when receiving corrections and was somber in all of the moments filmed when the girls were interacting with group leaders. I also think she was prepared to give a mature, more polished response to being cut because there is no way she went from silly over-the-top VK to that mature young woman in the office. That A++ speech was pte-scripted. She was probably hoping they called her in to say she was improving or the tears would have started as soon as she sat down.
Kelli calling her courageous. Really? And there have been many 18 year olds who handled themselves beautifully...and without demanding constant talking-head time. Kinzie comes to mind.
If she comes back....who am I kidding? WHEN she comes back, CMT better treat her like Brennan, under the radar. I canNOT deal with another season of the DCC MTT VK show. ?
If VK is focused on next season as she was this year, I will not be watching the show. I also wondered if they prepared her for the cut so she came across in a positive way, as we did not see this side of her all season.

If VK tries out again next season which I’m sure she will, and it becomes “The Victoria Show” again, I will be done with this show. I wants to see all the candidates and not just one. She seemed to be in every episode with a lot of camera on her and it’s ridiculous and boring. One of the last cuts next week, I didn’t even know who she was.

It’s just goes to show that VK got special treatment. They had no problem telling Dayton, Taylor T, and Kristen what their problems were on TV. Oh well, I hope she matures because I don’t want another season of “ The Victoria Show”. I can’t tell you all of the names of the rookies this year because only a few were shown.

Some of these girls need to gain some weight because the bones sticking out are not very flattering. The top photo of the girls doesn’t look great IMO.
