Yes exactly that and they wanted to move both of them back to GMA once they got Meghan & Abby. It seems like Sara Haines new show was in the works for a couple years because the GMA Day or whatever is called now, Michael Strahan was gonna get his own show after he left Live! and Michael wanted Sara on the show. The only thing that stood out was a quote from Whoopi "Paula is not a journalist, Barbara Walter is a journalist" thats the only shady thing I read. I agree with you Whoopi is not GMA type host.

I have read the book and in my opinion it was more like an Oral History of The View in details and wasn't just gossip in my view. The Barbara Section specifically talks about it. The Rosie section was chaotic and The Whoopi section is more talking about whats going on now and how ABC wanted to transform The View into another hour of GMA.

I will never look at Barbara or Rosie the same again. Though I do love Rosie I feel Rosie has a lot of unresolved issues with her childhood that is causing her to have outbursts of anger and thats why she may not be all there when she may get angry, which is why a lot of the staff is in fear of needing to call human resources. A lot of what is said about Whoopi her behaviour has changed over the years. In 2014/2015 Whoopi would SCREAM over the table and not let one person speak with their own opinion. Yes there are days where she is coming for Sunny but not as hard or nearly to the degree as she would back in 2014/2015. What I am getting off of this is that Whoopi was in distress during that time just with the show had a lot of shake ups to the point where you don't know who is even coming on or not with different guest co-hosts every single day.

I actually like this guest co-host and I like that she says "I may not know everything but you may know better from a legal stand point" I like that she considers more points of view than her own.

Elisabeth Hasselbeck is coming back to guest on The View in the spring to promote her book for the first time since she pretty much left.

I like what Sherri said "My faith should never be forced upon anyone thats not how God works" Paula agreed with that. Although the stories of them having "Missions in life" to help someone see God I found that to contradict with what they were saying. But I don't find Paula or Sherri forcing their views there just sharing there stories in the podcast and it helps myself understand why they believe in God. I think thats the point of Paula's podcast.

I could see that happening considering she is good with Meghan, she also wished Whoopi a happy birthday, I don't think she minds Joy, I am sure she loves Abby cause of Fox news and she knows Sunny since Sunny guest co-hosted a lot back then and probably likes her because of her faith. So its a safe zone for her to come on I would say pretty much as long as Rosie is not there lol

I actually just re-watched it actually and I see where your coming from I think she definitely initiated it because when you watch that live its hard to follow all you hear is a bunch of people talking or screaming over one another. The reason why Abby had to talk louder and then Sunny was because Meghan was shouting and they couldn't hear one another and it was getting misheard because you can't hear anything when Meghan is talking over them. Abby and Sunny were trying to have a debate/conversation which is why I respect Abby even though I disagree on some of her politics because she at least tries to have a clear debate and conversation and most importantly act like a respectful adult. Meghan definitely initiated the chaos during Segment 1.

I am glad Whoopi shut it down and was like "STOP". That first segment was a mess coming from all directions and you can tell Whoopi was not pleased.

I hope she gets her own intro on the opening credits now too this coming week. She deserves one!

Jed was on that show a few weeks ago as well. Michelle Collins show! Very similar to like her appearance on The View.

All she said was Jed say "Hi Meghan good to see you" and she said "you too" thats all! I think she had a question but they had to go Jed went on a loooooooooong speech .

Meghan's fave politician on Monday, Charlotte Pence is friends with Meghan and Wednesday shall be interesting was hoping for Sara Gilbert too just so they can talk "The Talk" lol.

Did anyone else catch Raven shutting Meghan down with the bell? Raven was able to over power her in voice too.

Im excited to see how the replacement acts with Jed. I caught Abbys eye roll when Sunny was talking about her book for that second lol, ABBY KNOWS TOO. Jed use to work with Meghan and Abby at Fox News so its literally gonna be Faux & Friends coming for each other. Its gonna be some good TV that day!

She's actually on twitter tweeting about how excited she is because her and Meghan are friends and its shows cause Meghan has been favouring a lot of her tweets in the past month one of the few people. Another one of Meghan's "best friends" like we say Meghan has a best friend for EVERYTHING!

I dont hate or dislike Abby at all. I actually enjoy her but sometimes she does say things that I don't agree with and I can't comprehend where she is coming from because it makes no sense or her timing is way off with questions that are stating the obvious. But I do enjoy her and I think she's pleasant and at times even tries to make the table lighter. I think every co-host has their faults in all honesty theres no perfect co-host on this show honestly.

After I watched that it made me realize her firing was definitely planned because Meghan was getting fired from Fox since she was heavily disliked there a lot of the videos of her at Fox have almost all dislikes than likes her and her father are hated by the Fox audience. Also Whoopi and Meghan like each other and they know Whoopi always liked her and Whoopi never liked Jed as we know. Jed also use to tweet Meghan last time they tweeted was ONE WEEK before Jed was officially gone from The View and they then unfollowed each other. Next week since Meghan is back should be interesting when Jed is guesting wonder if we will have awkward tension between the two? Also Yvette Nicole Brown is guesting the whole week is Whoopi not gonna be there is my guess? She doesn't want to be in the middle of that?

Actually Jed's book releases next week and she's guesting on The View on Oct 9th! Then the next day Raven Symone is guesting !
