I couldn't tell in the sea of blondes but was anybody comforting VK after her name was announced for office visit or where they all just comforting Taylor T? I know VK walked away, which didn't look great...

tonight's episode was fairly meh to me, though I'm happy we finally got to meet some new rookies! and poor Miranda and Madeline! the former, a VET, was brought to tears just hearing that Kitty had made a negative comment about her hair (especially when Miranda said that she didn't want Kitty to change their opinion of her) and this whole nastiness about Madeline seems to come from Kitty's comment last week (and possibly VK according to this board, which I can believe if she really was talking negatively about the rookies to K&J. that said...I'm SO excited for next weeks episode!!! I was just wondering if they'd actually show that VK ignored Jinelle's help. seeing even just the short clip of VK in the office, it's obvious that she needs to grow up. a possible employer (of what seems to be her dream job) has gone through the effort of assigning an All-Star Vet to help her overcome that which is keeping her from making the team and VK gripes that Jinelle doesn't have a weight problem? she's still trying to help (and Jinelle said as much). I also can't get over her saying to Melissa that her weakness was that she was so excited to be there lol.

Was not expecting to cry twice at an episode of DCC:MTT tonight (first at Rachel crying in the senior center and then at Dayton's cut)!! Dayton is such a classy, bright, gifted young woman and, regardless of whether she returns or not, she obviously has a brilliant future ahead of her. Shelly should be so proud of having such a wonderful daughter! And as if watching Dayton getting cut wasn't difficult enough, it was made even worse by Kelli trying to pass it off as keeping up the "integrity" of the team and knowing full well that VK is only still there because of the personal bias Kelli/Kitty/Charlotte have towards her. Seeing the juxtaposition of Nick's praise towards Dayton and Kitty/Kelli's indifference/coldness was so frustrating to watch. I usually look forward to Kelli's visits but tonight she seemed just awful and mean. While VK is obviously a talented dancer, she is clearly not at the level (both in maturity and technical skill) to make the team and it's a shame that the dreams of other, more-deserving girls are being trampled to make way for her.

i'm shocked at how blatant Kelli is sometimes in her favoritism of Victoria. it's especially glaring when compared to how she has treated Dayton in the office visits. and maybe it's just because i'm not 18 anymore but Victoria's response to Kelli (her "I know" when any other girl would've said "yes ma'am" and taken it seriously, as well as flopping her head down on the table) was so unprofessional and rude. her immaturity really shows in moments like that and adds emphasis to the sentiment that she should take time to grow up and get away from the DCC world before auditioning again. COMBINED with the audacity to complain about not getting show group when she's a ROOKIE, i'm sick of Victoria and can't wait to see her cut scene.

regarding having to sign into cmt's site with a tv provider, they also have the option to create a 24-hour viewing pass with just your e-mail. the link to start that viewing pass can be found under the "see all providers" button in the little message that pops up. ~however~ i've found that their system doesn't check if the e-mail entered is real or whatever so every 24 hours, when my viewing pass expires, i just clear my browser history, refresh the page, and enter a new (albeit fake and made up on the spot) e-mail address. this little trick has aided greatly in my rewatch of all the seasons this summer so i hope it helps all of y'all who also don't have a tv provider. :) also, hi! long time lurker, first time poster lol
