  1. Love the caretaker case.   So the drunken/stoned felon (in halterview plaintiff said defendant was a 20 times felon, I suspect drug sales) was a registered nurse, is now doing home health care, not working for an agency.    I love that the TV and cabinet, and everything got shot, but no one called the police.   Another case where people entrust their elderly or helpless relatives to some drunken stoned ex-felon, who apparently went to happy hour with her witness, who was also drunk and stoned out of her gourd.   This was the only person the plaintiff could find to stay with his mother?

Poor grandma, loans some trampy ex of her grandson $2,000, $1,000 for bail for grandson, and $1,000 for dresses for tramp and grandchild (prices at Butt Ugly Dresses R Us sure have gone up to spend that much), and thinks she'll get that money back?     And a title loan to get the money!   I bet a lot of the second $1,000 was actually interest and charges from the title loan.    Age does not bring wisdom to some people does it?    And both grandchildren by this loser grandson are four months apart, and apparently he's not the only loser grandchild she has.    Just think, if I take a road trip to Florence (I live in Alabama), then I could see all of them fighting over the loser grandson if I get lucky.

Phone payback-I guess the two defendants, and plaintiff all went to the same hairdresser?      And the two sisters certainly didn't look like sisters, but mother and daughter.     I love how two of the three have kids already.   Love the parting halterview shot by the defendant that the plaintiff's sister doesn't know who the father of her child is, and wondering if defendant does either, or maybe they're all from the grandson in the grandma loan case?   Bigger defendant sister shouldn't wear those ugly patterned pants, they're not helping the back view at all.

Parking lot accident-What idiot that watches this show doesn't do a police report?      And of course defendant didn't want to do a police report, or talk to her insurance company, because she does this all of the time I'm guessing.    I bet if plaintiff wouldn't have been there, she would have kept on driving, and never said anything.   My guess is that there are a lot of people that can thank her for all kinds of car damage at school, and she's in the dictionary under "Hit and Run" (bimbo section).       If the defendant had hit her car, then he probably would have nailed his bumper or her bumper, not above the wheel well on her car.    I hate people who back into parking spaces, and can't back up without using the braille method.

Word of warning, apparently tomorrow's episode is a dog fight caused by feeding two dogs together.

  2. I can't see mother of the year ever keeping a job, if she ever tries to get one.   Of course, being out of the work force for that many years is not a great item on a resume.    Very few employers keep people around that have druggie relatives calling collect from jail, running out to bail bond, and attorney offices, and going to court all of the time for druggie daughter's trials.

  3. I'm sure 99% of the vacation, beach and international homes or condo that are purchased for investment.   The clear give away on that is when one of the buyers keeps asking about if there is a weekly rental program (longer term rentals are not as lucrative, it's mostly to avoid the Airbnb crowd), if the complex manages the rental, and how many people they can sleep.     THat's why someone who has a bunch of kids says they'll make it work, when they buy a one bedroom condo in a resort, or when they keep raving about how many people the property can hold when they're shopping for properties.     And I'm pretty sure that a lot of the foreign resort, or beach U.S. resort shoppers are actually investors.

I wondered about the number of people we've watched buy places in Hawaii, and how they're doing between volcanoes, and hurricanes, and flooding.    Also, a bunch of the caribbean buyers were right in the path of two major hurricanes, and from what I've heard some places are still ghost towns.     There have been a bunch in Puerto Rico too.

  4. I think the reason the drug dealer got such a long sentence originally was it probably wasn't her first go round, and I'm betting there's a lot more we didn't hear.   I'm sure her dirty urine test was blamed on her boyfriend too.    Mommy and grandpa need to get a clue, but they never will, and grandpa will never stop enabling all three of them.     Getting the second lawyer for the violation and sentencing was a waste of money, just like spending anything on the ex-wife or daughter is for the ex-husband.   The exhusband should write off the problems of ex wife, and the druggie daughter, and I hope the other daughter is doing better than that, and learning to be a responsible adult.

The knock up trampy dressing wife was the caretaker credit card case, not the druggie daughter lawyer costs case.    The people on both sides of the aisle looked so much alike, I had to go look at the cases again to be sure.

My estranged parents have purchased two houses for one brother (said they helped a little for the first one, he had zero savings or credit, and so did his girlfriend), helped with another house for the other loser (drugs, alcohol, stealing, but mom believe none of it, and she ruled the roost), and financed a hair salon, and a business for brother number one.     My mother will stop enabling the first brother never, because he dances to her tune.    Brother number two must have pissed mommy off, because he got cut out when mom gifted half of her house to the other brother.    So enabling, and lying are family traditions.

  5. I maybe mistaken, but I think he repaid the back child support years ago.   I think he said he was unemployed for a while or something.

The parents of many of the kids that get caught with drugs are so stupid.    No it's not the boyfriend's or other person's weed when it's dealer weight, and you're all sitting next to it with a pile of money.    And no, no one sells a car with a big brick of weed under the back seat (someone I know said that her daughter's bust for a giant brick of weed under the back seat of the used car that she'd had for months, and it was fresh stuff).   Then the excuse is it was her boyfriend[s stuff.   I bet boyfriend got busted, and ratted her out, because they don't just do traffic stops for no reason in that area, and they were all involved.

  6. Of course, most people don't stop for the Karina special at the pizzeria on the way home from surgery.    I could see anyone on this show, except the few success stories, doing that.

  7. Good point about the limit on inseminating so many eggs at a time being unethical, and doing IVF for so many babies.

The Gosselin kids were all by Clomid, and sperm insertion by the doctor.    The first two were a fail to Kate, as I've read.    The second time there were at least six eggs produced, and the original fertility doctor refused to fertilize, because of the danger to the babies and mother, to have that many babies, so another doctor was found that did the insemination.

Remember Octomom's doctor got his license pulled for deliberately inseminating that many eggs.

I think the entire phony pregnancy scare conversation wasn't considering abortion, but talking about how it would ruin everything, and it was Adam's fault.

  8. Jen-My understanding is the problems with fatty foods only last for a while after surgery.    But I'm not sure, I just know a few people that had their gall bladder out, and it was all temporary with them.

  9. The cameos or headshots need another photographer.   Isn't the current cameo photographer the son of the original cameo photographer?    The current pictures aren't good considering what they have to work with.

Molly's picture is hideous, which isn't easy to do to such a beautiful woman.     Miranda's probably isn't easy to shoot, because of the fouled up chest issue.

Malena seemed really nice, and would probably do very well in some PR job for the Cowboys, but she'll never succeed as a dancer with memory issue.

  10. That was a big snooze.     Not pregnant, and Adam shooting blanks.   That was good news, but should have take a few seconds to discover, not two episodes.   The six week and go back for tests is to make sure all of the sperm is gone, not that the vasectomy worked.   With a decent doctor, they take a chunk of the plumbing tubes out, and seal them, so they're not growing back, or going to leak, and the vasectomy won't fail.    That was all for TV, and it was terrible acting.

If the finale trip to Hawaii is as lame, then this show has officially jumped the shark.

So no Crohn's, no celiac, everything else was OK, so big surprise it was stress.   Maybe having six kids, a film crew, and the cycling studio, plus vacations, and everything else just isn't possible to do by one person.

At least Blayke is saving money, and donating the rest to a good cause.    And Uncle Dale as a giant lemon was so adorable.

I could have told them where the kid was, a friend's almost 3 year old was caught showing his one year old brother how to open the sliding glass door to the raised back porch, so an escape wasn't a surprise.    They just need slide locks high up on the door frame for outside doors, but not too high or Adam won't be able to reach them.

  11. Don't worry, soon the second episode will be a recent rerun, instead of the current two new ones (at least according to my rotten cable guide) so you'll see Jessica R and her pyramids, and Meg the mommy of the year, sucking the life out of her father in reruns.   Taping JJ is why I learned to run my DVR, so I don't miss any of the episodes during thunderstorm season.

I hope the father in the lawyer/bail case has learned his lesson, and will no longer waste his money on his ex, and the two daughters.   At 19 and 20, they're old enough to beg grandpa for money, and I'm sure they do.

  12. So this parents of this useless, stupid grown woman, mother of two have been paying her bills for 11 years!    I disagree with the judge this time, the grandfather has been paying the bills, except for some child support, for 11 years, and paid for the bail, and probably paid for the previous attorney, so it was reasonable of the plaintiff (Mr. Clean) to think the father would pony up to bail the 20 year old dealer out of jail.  And who believes it was the boyfriend's drugs, and not hers?     I'm sure grandpa bailed her out before, and he'll do it again, and he probably paid for the first lawyers too.

I'm guessing when the granddaughter gets out in September, that she'll be back in time for Thanksgiving at the cellblock, and next time she won't be getting six months, but many times that for a sentence.

My question is who is that woman behind the defendants right shoulder?   She has the worst RBF I've seen in years.

Why do people wait years to come to court?   The credit card case amounts to exactly $5,000?   How amazing that's the court limit.

The Caretaker's mother (the defendant's witness, who I guess is the mother) certainly looks pissed to be there, plus the mother was power of attorney for the man's kid?    Plaintiff is certainly a chick magnet.

And his big mouthed witness isn't the girlfriend, but she's is actually the knocked up wife, and dresses in clothes from Tramps R Us!  I wonder where Mr. Adorable, and his wife met?   And was a stripper pole involved?   I loved when she wouldn't shut up, and Byrd bounced her fanny out.     I feel sorry for the son, because his stepmom looks like an idiot, his father definitely is one, and the former caretaker is just as dumb.

Who buys their daughter's boyfriend a car?   And who thinks the former meth head is a catch with six kids?    How nice, he only smokes pot now.  For some reason Judge Judy wasn't thrilled by the fact he's only smoking dope now.      It's pretty bad when you mom has to buy cars for your loser boyfriend to keep them around.   Big surprise, he "doesn't feel he owes the mother any money".     Too bad the judge can't take the money, and donate to something worthy, instead of give it to these fools to buy cars, or lend money to their kid's loser boyfriends.  I hope the ex-boyfriend's car engine melts down, with a car load of pot, and right in front of the police station.

Some people certainly are desperate today, between the credit card idiot, and the former meth head.

  13. The Flipping Vegas people were doing home flipping seminars, at least for a while.

One thing I hate about the flipping shows is that many on Flipping Vegas are in terrible neighborhoods, so you might be buying a cute, redone house, but you better have great locks, and an alarm systems.     Flipping Virgins seems to have a few, at least the decoys they look at, in some questionable areas too.

  14. I'm wondering if the reason very few get a huge makeover is that many are going for the makeover package at Marshall's salon?     I'm guessing he's seen many of the ladies before, and they have planned what they'll do about hair color, and maybe touch up their cuts, but don't finish it so they have something to change if they make training camp.   I did see the salons that Marshall works at (or owns) do a makeover package, so I'm guessing the top local candidates have already gone in for a preliminary consultation at least.

  15. The one I liked at first was Abby, but then she had the fastest med. school, residency, to attending path in history, in between stints in rehab.     Then the way her relatives kept popping in and out, and having crisises that only she could handle was ridiculous.    It was sad to see how low class the writers went with Abby's brother falling into the grave, that was just uncalled for, and obviously to get viewers to tune in.       And what kind of fool takes their drunken, off-meds brother to their boyfriend's funeral, and leaves him in a limo full of booze?  The look on Carter's face when he realized that the brother was there, and loaded was so sad.

I can't believe Abby was surprised when Carter dumped her.

It was so sad seeing Carter go to his grandmother's room.    She was the only person who cared about him, and to have her funeral turned into a circus for ratings was awful.

I never liked Luka either.    They never seemed to decide what kind of person he was, either he was boinking patient's mothers in closets, or running off to save the world, or shacking up with various staff members, and treated the nurses like servants, and sometimes actually practicing medicine in between, it was ridiculous.     When he came back to the ER, and started skimping on tests, and actually sent a person with a bad appendix home until it burst, that was malpractice, but no one said much about it.   Then the whole relationship with first Carol, then Abby, then everyone else he could get to, then Abby again, I wonder if he had time for patients at all.

The actress who played Kem was a good actress, but I couldn't stand the character.   I can't believe that they had her keep Carter on the string for so long, and in the last episode when Carter wanted to try again, and she said he had to go to Paris with her, and he didn't I liked that.

I can't even watch the Africa episodes.   They look like they were shot in some back lot in Simi Valley, and the stories were so over the top.   I know it was to make all of us aware of how bad conditions there are, but it just so predictable, and over done.

  16. I am watching the rerun of the death of Carter's grandmother, and can't believe how cold and self centered she was about his grandmother, and how she ran off for her brother, who I'm sure they only wrote them meeting up so they could have that ludicrous drunken performance at the grandmother's burial.        After he comes back from the Congo, after her brother's actions at the funeral, and the nasty way she treated him, then Carter comes to see her, and her only reaction is to ask for her key back.   She shouldn't have been surprised that he moved on to another woman.    And Abby couldn't figure out why Carter dumped her?

The Abby character started off so well, and then went totally off the rails.    Was her readmission to med. school through residency, and being an attending the fastest in history?    And the way she always gave her mother and brother another chance to screw her over was absurd.     In her place, when Le Gaspi (spelling?) said that the mother should be released, and live with Abby, I would have walked out of the office, and told her mommy could live with Le Gaspi, not me.     Was anyone surprised when mom goes off the rails again?      I was glad the brother disappeared from the show, because I was sick of him.

  17. I thought it was interesting, that the Detroit couple was together so long, had a three year old, but were 'newly' engaged.

The house they bought was cute, but they made a mistake at not looking into the insulation of the bathroom that was the porch conversion.   I bet the pipes froze every year, and the previous people just fixed what needed it and ignored the lack of insulation.     I wonder how long ago that extra bath had been put in?

  18. He couldn't find a teaching job in Ontario?     My guess, he didn't do all of the requirements for a teaching certificate in Canada, but fulfilled the requirements for England, and wanted to travel.  There is no way that it was feasible to move to England for a teaching job, unless the school was paying for his housing and transportation.    I rarely watch the entire HHI show, because they do exactly what this man did, which is talk about what they could get back home, and complain that the offerings they can afford in England aren't modern enough, and the rooms aren't open concept, and too small.

  19. CD-That sounds nice, and I always thought a master bath should be relaxing, and pretty.      The HHR bathroom was awful, everything was too busy, and it looked like a showroom for various bathroom tiles.

I think they're making tiles that look like the cement tiles, but are actually ceramic and are sealed, so they install like regular tiles.     I hate taking care of anything that needs resealing.    My backsplash tiles in the bath and kitchen have grout (it costs extra, but it's worth it) that is totally sealed already, and will never need maintenance, and I love that.    I have to laugh when the house hunters whine about old-fashioned, colorful Spanish tile, and remove it for cement tile that needs a lot more work, and isn't as pretty to me.

  20. The Marta episode with the parents trying to cover up for the murdering son was so involved, and convoluted.     When she figured out the father of the murderer was lying, and then she called Fritz to go to Mexico with her, just after the father thought his son had escaped was Brenda at her best.     When she had the little cretin confess about killing the little girl, and then she handed the police officer the birth certificate, I was so happy.   Seeing how getting the confession, and her knowing that the murderer would spend many years in prison in Mexico affected her was great acting and writing.

I remembered the Ruby episode right before they arrested the killer, and knowing what would happen with Gabriel and the killer was not a good feeling.    If anyone asked for that though it was the child killer.    Taylor's solution to the Gabriel situation was brutal, but did get Gabriel off the hook.     I think it was the first big favor that Taylor did for Brenda, but I imagine it was mostly for Gabriel.     The latest episodes you can really see Taylor changing
