  1. I’m gonna respectfully disagree. Sunny has moderated the show multiple times before and not gotten into it with the other ladies. Plus, some of the most famous moments in the history of the show have been arguments between the moderator and another (usually conservative) co-host disagreeing about a topic. Joy being an original co-host and working there for 14 years, then being gone for two years, isn't the same thing as Sara being a co-host for two years, then leaving for two years.
  2. I like Sara a lot, but Sunny should really be moderating if we’re going by seniority. I wonder how she feels about that decision or if she was asked and just didn’t want to.
  3. Honestly, she deserves a little room for gloating. I was just as annoyed hearing her say “vote, vote, vote” every day for 6+ months, but she was right.
  4. I remember this happening about two years ago for an entire week. Virginia Hamilton, the regular announcer (yes that’s really her name—at least her stage name), presumably took a week off and they temporarily had a woman with a much different voice/accent reading the cold open/teases. The next week, Virginia was back like nothing happened.
  5. You misunderstood her point. She believes people aren’t having kids because they can’t afford to support them due to THEIR own debt, not their nonexistent children’s debt.
  6. I don’t know what show you were watching. Sunny referenced Loving v. Virgina and (correctly) said 1967. Whoopi (wrongly) tried to correct her by saying the ruling happened in 1968. Sunny—not wanting to get yelled at by Whoopi—skeptically asked “Loving?” Whoopi—not wanting to admit Sunny was right—begrudgingly said “60s, how ‘bout that?”
