    Me and you both. There are three Black girls in TC, I believe an Indian woman (@chandidayle), I believe Cianna is mixed race, Alanna who i’m sure is Latina, and everyone else is either white or white passing. I was really really REALLY hoping for more diversity but 🤷🏾‍♀️

    There were only 2 girls named Nina that I recall. Nina Moch was cut in season 2 or 3. The other one, Nina Marie (another season) was cut early on and had the Minnie Mouse type voice.  She was the one Kelli said had no personality.

    Yea to both! Nina Marie has the personality, or what we saw, of a saltine cracker. Karissa shouldn’t have made it past semis lol

    From experience, it’s probably less maintenance. Natural hair sometimes can take hours, esp with pre-styling. And considering their schedule, I wouldn’t blame them if they wanted to wear a sew in or a wig — a wash and go can sometimes take a long time, and when you’re in and out of rehearsals and a full time job, I completely get it. Though, I really do wish some girls would wear their natural hair out more often, I don’t blame them at all

    I love seeing Khalyn au natural just like you said as Jacie did.  Wish the DCC allowed this look more often.

    Really? Wooooow. I would’ve expected better choreo from him.

    coming from a natural gal, it makes my heart do the Kalyssa shimmy when I see them wearing their puffs lol but I definitely do wish DCC allowed them to wear their natural hair out more.

    And I hated when Lacey did a lyrical solo every year lol. It gets boring and repetitive. I understand everyone’s not strong at different types of dance, but how many times are we going to see you leap and be a swan and reach in a middle split before laying out dramatically and say that it’s Barbie worthy and bringing people to tears? 

    yawn. I’m bored. Next. Only solos that I personally have liked so far that we’ve seen are Rachel W’s (besides that god awful costume) and Cianna’s.

    b).  Keyra's IG live has a bit of a freestyle solo posted in honor of finals day.  I will masking tape my mouth shut and exit stage left re: my thoughts on said solo.

    I’ll say it so you don’t have to:

    her ~freestyle~ was a hot ass, steaming pile of mess. she could’ve kept that to herself, instead of flipping and kicking with flexed feet in the company break room. give it a rest mamas. just give it up.
