So she said they would all be sequestered together. Like a jury then, they are all staying together in a hotel, i assume. It seems like it would defeat the purpose unless it was closed to rhe general public while they are there. Or maybe Jerry has an extra house they are all in together, hell, he has more money than God.

Anything would be better than what we had at point last year, bit the way things are going I would not be surprised if Maddie did 6 years, which means we get her at pont thiscyear and next. Then we go straight to Victoria as point for the remaining time she stays, which unless she gets pregnant or injured will be another 4 or 5 years

I don't know if you just were making up an example...so forgive me if that is what you were doing 🙂 I can't think of any time that I've seen a point person get point then have someone chosen the next year. From what I've seen, the point person is either point for two years or they retire after they were there for a year. I gladly welcome any corrections 🙂

If there is a new lock-down that prevents training camp, I wonder if Charlotte is going to reduce the squad number this year to a limited number veterans and just move on. I'll be sad if we don't get a new MTT season, but I just think management will be at a point to 'fish or cut bait' on squad size and members if training camp can't go forward. In general I can't see the cheerleaders being hired for personal appearances this next year or running clinics, and I wonder if this isn't already be discussed by the higher-ups.
Im sure they are already discussing it. I am also sure that if there is another shut down that the Jones Family will be informed if it in advance. They won't be hearing about it for the first time with the general public.

Kitty's studio is on the far outskirts of Lake Highlands, which as one poster above stated, is an expensive part of town, but the studio sits at an intersection that is crime ridden. Its where a main road intersects a highway.

I guess I just struggle to see a reason for bringing in new girls to Dallas that doesn’t end and begin with the show. And while I hate to weigh certain jobs against others, I can understand more why there is an urge to have pro sports (not saying that I think it’s smart), as those a billion dollar industries with athletes making millions, who are represented by unions and other agents. The balance of power is very different than that of cheerleaders. The athletes also have plentiful access to testing and (at least in the case of the NBA) are planning on living in a bubble. Those precautions may well prove to be completely insufficient, but I doubt that even 1/10th of the precautions would be taken with cheerleaders, who are, as much as we may enjoy them, a tiny slice of those billion dollars industries. I just don’t see a rationale for picking a new team under the circumstances.
I don't know what they are going to do. Training camp is already a month behind, with no start date established. In hind site they should have gone with just the returning vets. They even brought more girls than normal, and now those girls will only have a fraction of the time, if any time, in camp.

The new rules are face masks required and group gatherings capped at 10 people. I dont know if dance practice is considered a "gathering" though. Im sure if there is a way to get around it then Kelli and Charlotte will find it

I really hope tptb have a back up plan in the event they can't have training camp, as it looks like another stay at home order is a very real possibility. I mean, what would they do if they had to halt training camp 1 or 2 weeks in for 30 days? That would suck for the rookies

The govenor has given the greenlight for basically everything to open. This seems like a standpoint of protecting themselves from the potential law suits if they have an outbreak while hosting the general public's children. I imagine training camp for the employees (cheerleaders and players) will go on as long as the Govenor does not shut everything down again.

In all fairness, there is no way to know why someone is retiring. We know the public reason they give. I would be very surpised if someone posted on insta that they were retiring because Kelli is a Bitch, or they hate Victoria, or anything negative like that.

Kinsey would greatly benefit from a visit with Marshall. Can someone who knows something about dance look at her insta and report back? She has a ton of videos and I can't tell of she is good or not. Lol. She does a lot of leg extensions with her foot flexed. It looks weird to me, but maybe it supposed to be that way?

There are way too many considering how training camp has been cut so short. Some of these girls moved here to get cut a week later. It looks like tptb could have foresaw this and taken less girls.
