  1. I like the idea of single colors, especially for a more neutral ivory shade. However, I also admit that I am a) a bit lazy in terms of keeping them handy and in some sort of useable form (mostly throw in a makeup case and rummage through it daily), and b) I really don't want to schlep them back and forth.
  2. I don't know what your skin tone is; I'm more of a caramel. But the dark lipstick that I'm really loving is Nars Train Bleu (it's one of the fat pencils) and for the cheaper version, Sephora's Cream Lip Stain in Dark Berry (which in trying to find the actual name just now, I learned that it was recently discontinued - I knew I should have bought multiples, damnit!). Both are matte and look awesome.
  3. Looks like the same shape bottle as Lavs. Perhaps the packaging has changed?
  4. Then I got in my head I wanted a changed. It took months to do but I now have dark purple eggplant colored locs. I now maintain it with Adore which is semi permanent, but easier on the hair. I lost a few tips to damage from lightening my hair to take the purple, but otherwise it's okay. It's just a pain to keep up. Once the purple grows out a bit more, I may just go back to black.
  5. Like I thought, sephora lady did not match me with the color I bought. I'll have to see if I like my choice better. The lip is cute in a universal way. Super basic, but since liquid mattes have been the trend it's kind of nice. Trophy Wife highlighter is gold AF. The highlighter I bought is moscow mule and gorgeous.
