  1. Wahoo Holly mapquest Weinstein productions #opencalldancers. _
  2. Oh yes. Very aware of Holly's next big thing. Glumping onto a former dance mate who made his own way. On his own while holly was posting DCC selfies he was working. The Kardashian babies were millionaires when they were toddlers so..perhaps a tad more connections? (Dad?) And the Weinstein family? Really gonna go there on this site? These are some strong independant/football lovin ladies we don't have time or breath for that name. God forbid Holly encounters a couch like that. Though the lack of acting training and connections/small town upbringing will surely lead her to one. She just failed her first casting couch on national tv...and if I'm not mistaken he was not gonna provide her with her first mega hit movie? #hessuperfasttho?
  3. She took on a character during auditions and the audience ate it up with a spoon. (Accent and all..shes from Missouri we dont' say ya'll?) Hard to watch. Ahh the struggles of a small town girl. Who auditioned with a solo personalized for her by a renown and paid for choreographer. Im sure Holly worked super hard to earn the money to pay him. With a costume coated with swarovskis. Nothing on her daily schedule but tanning, dentisting, and working out. Imagine trying to compete with that when you work a real job all day and rush to practice while eating dinner in your car and doing your makeup on the freeway.
  4. Holly is attaching herself with an old dance mate from her original dance studio (that taught her everything she knows). He has made his own way into modeling.. so hey old friend can I move in with you? FYI she only "drove 2 hours away and did her homework by the dome light" (DCC audition interview) because the studio owner she was raised by couldn't make Holly her only priority so Holly left and drove to a studio that catered to her. . Imagine having a studio and maybe you have to give attention to ALL your students and not just the princess. The nerve.
  5. It's absolutely difficult to go from being a trained technical dancer to the NFL sideline style dancing. Lots of head and hair whipping and stomping. Not to mention most trained dancers haven't danced in boots on turf. Most teams have workshops that offer a chance to learn choreography and the NFL preferred dance styles. If you see a DCC or any NFL cheerleader that isn't as strong a technical dancer as others, ask yourself this- who is paying for game tickets and who is buying beer and jerseys at the games and standing in line for autographs after purchasing the calendar? Hint-men that have NO IDEA how high your posse should be or who is sickling their foot in the kick line. They only know that the cheerleader in front of them has a great smile lots of energy and made eye contact with them. Once again, tricks and awesome hip hop skills don't impress that guy with a mullet and zubaz pants. Who probably has season tickets.
  6. And this is how a tv show can affect the dignity and effectiveness of a cohesive team. So consumed with how the events will play out on television that you lose the main reason you were hired. Steering the fans towards the loudest decibel that can be reached while serving your community. Looking hot and having the coolest tricks aren't propelling "America's Sweethearts" into anyone's hearts. Love watching the teams with cheerleaders that withstand the elements for nothing more than to provide a winning scenario for the guys making the big bucks. All while going about their daily lives and jobs without the glamour Holly and so many other DCC's needed to show up to work.
  7. Not one team in the NFL hires a single cheerleader without outlining the rules of employment up front. It's a large binder. Full of info and guidelines from social media to uniform and weight infractions all the way down to fratraniazation with the team. (Plus much more). This is a barrier from lawsuits. (Agreement signatures procured). Unless any one of these terminated or suspended team members can prove they were unaware of the expectations, good luck with legal action. You signed as a hungry, grateful NFL cheerleader, but behaved as a spoiled, above the law (holly) brat.
  8. Not to mention Holly was just fired from an NFL dance team. So she's hardly above their standards. Just another rich girl that fooled the audience into thinking she was a "sweet small town gal without a stoplight."
  9. Without integrity and ethics, super awesome dance skills are just that. Super awesome dance skills. Nick Florez was a guest choreographer/judge this season for DCC. He was a back up dancer with Britney when she was debuting "Oops". Bet he knows a thing or 2 about longevity and minding the rules. Doesn't matter how hard core you're hip hop skills are. A bad rep is a bad rep. No one will hire an un coachable.
  10. They have some amazing dancers. And some not so much. But they have choreographers that most teams don't have. Makes a huge difference. There is an NBA convention in Vegas that a handful of NFL dancers attend that has choreography far and above the DCC. However DCC does attract top talent due to the show and is for sure a difficult team to make. But when a young lady's sole reason for wanting a spot in the NFL is to be famous, the result is Holly. It's a grueling job, with little pay, but if you are in it for the right reasons, you will have a rewarding NFL experience. I used to love the show, but knowing what I know now about the process, I believe in a round about way it may have hurt the All American rep the DCC once genuinely had.
  11. Super wish all NFL cheer teams were afforded these boots. #realgrass
  12. Welp dignity isn't always the trademark of "America's Sweethearts". Just a thought. Please do your homework if you are going to pledge your allegiance to an NFL cheer team. You are being spoon fed information. There are many teams without TV shows, or nationally recognized choreographers-that still show up every Sunday. Just to do their job. Win games. Maybe that they have a chance to look at the flag and be apart something spectacular that we will never experience. Don't tell me you've been to Arrowhead and not been shocked straight out of your seat. This is the loudest stadium in the NFL. And these are the ladies the run it. #CHIEFS CHEER
  13. Yes.The rest of the NFL cheerleaders are not afforded these boots. Or artificial turf. Or a ceiling. However.. Amazing football with ALL the elements that football season offers.
  14. They aren't afforded regular choreographers. The cheerleaders often craft the dances. After working 40 hour a week jobs. The chiefs program emphasizes community involvement above all. The main goal is to help their team win a game. Not out dance their teammates. There's a reason Cowboys don't wear the higher heeled boots the other teams do. Little more difficult to turn and leap. Their boots are made by Capezio. They are dance boots. Best team money can buy.
  15. The Cowboys's TV show shows their best moments and angles. Try cheering NOT in a dome. In the elements. The August sun, the December snow, and the rain. Chiefs cheerleaders and many other teams not only do this-but get photographed while they do. It's a love for the game. Not necessarily the fame. Extensions and lashes don't fair well in the rain.
  16. The NFL cheer directors absolutely communicate. Just like any other job. Work ethic is work ethic no matter the profession. The rules and contracts are broken down and communicated right up front with the new rookies-there are no surprises. They are aware of everything from weighing in to the no fraternization policy to what their compensation will be. Don't like or agree with it? Then maybe don't take a uniform away from a young lady willing to sign on the dotted line.
  17. LOL. Not ever.Underscore ever. Maybe the Chiefs cheerleaders aren't as perfect as the Cowboy's Cheerleaders... However they are overseen by the Hunt family. You're welcome for the AFC WEST and the Superbowl. Pretty smiles and abs will never talk their way into this team. Brains, beauty, dance excellence and integrity will be your golden ticket to a spot on this team. #INTEGRITY.
