If you are humble and keep your contract agreements, there should be no problem. Unfortunately many young ladies these days were raised to believe they are talented therefore untouchable. Everyone is replaceable. The NFL serves up chances to prove yourself. I've watched this process first hand and unless your dancer has a thick skin... Don't encourage it. In my experience...hard work and authenticity is key. Be true to the team you hope to represent. Know your football knowledge. IF you believe in the process.... You will achieve.

Nope but suffice to say- she experienced as much as can be as an NFL cheerleader. Traveling, representing abroad, all that one young lady can fit into a 6 year time span. Ending her time with the highest accolade the NFL has to offer. It doesn't matter the team, or the time put in- hard work for the right organization WILL pay off. To any dance moms out there... Let your girls experience rejection. Let them lose. Make them aware of the cost of dance lessons. And when they tell you..."I'm auditioning for the ______...cheerleaders!!! Support them by being present..believing in all the hard work they've put in.. But for the love, don't send them to a big city with all bills paid, no concerns in the world but making the team. It WILL NOT WORK long term. Trust me.

Agree to disagree. Hard work doesn't mean you now qualify to have your bills paid. Hard work is expected generally speaking. College students have the privileges of adulthood. In my opinion that means welcome to adulthood and all that comes with it. Hard work is instilled. Not rewarded.

Well the way I see it... Make your own way. Paying your child's expenses does nada for real life prep. Good grades,bad grades, whatever. Make your own way. Paying your adult child's expenses leads them to rely on others. This is how my own were raised, and why I'm brought to a site that discusses successful NFL ladies. In our world, its all about working your way up.

She just couldn't commit.

College vs elective opportunities such as the NFL? Nope. When my child decided to make the NFL her goal, she had to find a way to incorporate it into her college studies+work. This is the equation to a young lady that just might be a stand out NFL cheerleader.

Meaning ... OF the NFL teams that have cheerleaders... Buffalo Bills unfortunately are the latest casualties.

Ashley paige nearly made DCC but was the last TCC cut. She returned to KC Chiefs auditions. Chiefs said nope. She returned to DCC again only to be grilled about her allegiances to both teams. She confirmed that DCC was her dream but after communication between organizations she was freed of both teams. Yes. But either way, we all deal with life challenges. Yes. She wanted to continue her career with the NFL, just not for the right reasons.

In it for the wrong reason. These ladies are dancers with a love of performing but in this particular niche you have to be passionate about your team.

Yes Ashley was pro bowl for KC Chiefs. She left KC for "her job", and showed up at DCC auditions. She was the last training camp candidate to be cut. After the DCC let down, she returned to KC stating that she now had clarity and this was her home. She was shown the door basically. She then went back to DCC declaring that this was an unfinished dream. (Can't make this stuff up). DCC once again took her into training camp basically for drama. Kelly grilled he rover her "allegiances", Ashley cried and was eventually let go due to basically not being authentic.

Well no reason for me to be bitter my experiences with the NFL have been nothing but positive. I do however know for a fact that the young ladies whose parents coddle and raise them to believe they are above reproach normally don't have a long shelf life whether it be in the dance world or anywhere else. Saving for your child's education is hardly comparable to what I'm talking about. When you clearly disregard a legal contract, you have no respect for your bosses or organization. Agree to disagree but I def don't think we are talking about the same struggles. I don't make a habit of commenting on topics that I form an opinion on based on a tv show so I am coming from a place of solid information and experience. I have watched young ladies struggle to work 40 hours a week while juggling an NFL cheerleader schedule and I will tell you with certainty that the ones whose parents financed them even into adulthood so they could do nothing but look good and beat their competitors DO NOT LAST LONG. The ladies that made their own way.. dont get real rattled at real life or hard work. It's what they've been doing all along.

Oh Ashley Paige... Yes she bounced from Kc Chiefs to DCC and begged her way back to Chiefs again. Then DCC. again. She ended her NFL tour back in KC where the chiefs ended her dream after one night, after she showed up in her PRO BOWL WARMUPS to auditions . DCC Let her to go til the last night of tcc before they ended what they knew would be a "no". Chiefs don't have a reality show so they didn't waste her time. If you wonder whether NFL directors communicate...YES, they most certainly do.

Well Those names are going way back. Based on the amount of DCC applicants and vets..that number isn't real impressive. The NFL is composed of many different divisions.. AFC WEST, NORTH, etc. Hundreds of young ladies perform in NFL stadiums. Every game, every year. Every team elects a team mate to represent prowbowl each year. That number alone outweighs each name you throw out as a DCC vet of some importance. So every probowl cheerleader from all the NFL teams more than quadruples the names you threw out as awesome DCC vets. Full disclosure...there are amazing vets from ALL NFL teams. The list far out weighs that slender list you offered up.

Anytime you employ young women that are still getting their bills paid via mom and dad... God luck with appropriate and mature decision making. If you are hired to shake your booty in front of 100,000 fans, and represent the NFL, you need to be an adult with all the responsibilities that that brings. Holly was sent to Dallas as a "kept woman". Do what you have to do to make DCC and don't worry your pretty little head about anything else. That's difficult to compete with when you work a full time job like an adult. But the reality is your competition is full time DCC mode without a care in the world other than looking awesome and killing choreography. Because that'll prepare you for life after NFL thanks mom and dad.

Maybe not a world changer but he pays his daughters bills. Imagine trying to make DCC when you work full time to pay the bills. You're competition is holly. Her daily goal is work out, tan, nails, choreography. When mom and dad are still in the pic... Recipe for immature disaster.

She lived in a small town.. However afforded all the expenses she needed to make DCC. Trainers, tans, dentists. The whole "gosh I'm a small town girl with 1 stoplight? Made for tv.

Might be a bit awkward when her parents have to pay for her equity card. Which is the ONLY way you can audition for anyone who's anyone. Holly sure fooled the DCC audience. Daughter of an attourney who CHOSE to drive 2 hours away to a studio because the one that taught her everything she knows couldn't make her the primary and only focus. Every kid counts.

I'm sure it's amazing... But wait DCC faithfull followers, isn't she just "small town girl with no stop lights"? And somehow, she's found the means to make a life in LA. #momanddadstillpayhollysbills l

When you can only be in a great physique when the calendar comes calling... But In Hollywood?? Oh HECK NO. ALL the time perfection. Hope Holly's mom and dad are ready to pay the maintenance bill... Because that's par for the course for Holly.

You are spot on about back up dancing. Try the "holly sexy face" or moving forward one inch closer to your star/potential boss while auditioning. And guarantee Holly WILL. Because she is a soloist and on DCC, the best dancer. Not a team player. You can be the most talented dancer in the room but without work ethic and humility good luck. Work ethic doesnt mean showing up to your job on time and with a more expensive spray tan than your team mate. She will be going head to head with hungry (literally, they haven't eaten much less carry designer bags) younger more intense dancers that haven't been busy posting daily pics of themselves in their uniforms. (Many NFL teams don't even allow this) This is partially why DCC attractS sometimes young ladies with the wrong motives.

She was called out about her weight very recently. Holly diets and works out when calendar is upon her. DCC and ALL Nfl pile on the makeup. Holly should've chosen Los Angeles as her run away city. Much more dancer friendly. .

Beautiful= hollywood standards...Woah whole different playing field. Entertainer??? DCC dancer vs kids that lived their whole life to show their passion in Hollywood? Eek. Showing up on time to work?? Wow. Welcome to the basics of "keeping your job 101."

Kardashian and Weinstein names might actually (sadly) carry a bit more weight than a rich dancer from the ozarks that got a big head in Dallas. Just a guess. #lotsoftalenthere.whothenfl?

I mean she's already "been through" the Dallas Cowboys lead football player. And the organization let her go. This isn't Angelina here how powerful do you all think she is??

Yay Holly all the money your mom spent on dance shall rear it's beautiful head in the form of reality tv. Oh wait... It already did and you were the party girl that broke the rules. DAMN...
