Great photo! Which cheerleader did this belong to? (curiosity, no other reason!) It looks like they get a star stamped on the leader ring along with a tiny diamond for each year they are a leader.
These belong to Tess, the others belong to Amy

Interesting!! But did she specifically come from Australia to audition for DCC? Or was she already living in the US? That might be the difference? Or Kelli's memory is as good as mine 😂

Kelli was referring to crossing from the Southern Hemisphere. Angela was 1st.
actually, Wendi White was the first Aussie cheerleader for the DCC in 1980.

I was at the game yesterday and have tons of videos of pregame, sidelines, quarter changes and halftime. I’m a huge Gina fan and am glad to have had the opportunity to see her one last time if she decides to retire. The first time I saw her her first veteran season and she won me over then. Great dancer!
anyhoo, if anyone wants to see, I can share! The only thing I know to do is make a Dropbox link but if there’s something better, let me know.
please share

I interpreted "after the season" to mean that the DCC keep their uniforms for ~1 year (a DCC season). So they would keep their uniforms until Finals or training camp, not turn them in at the end of football season.
For any appearances they have in the spring, I assume it would be inconvenient for the DCC to have to stop by the stadium to pick up their uniforms, instead of just getting ready at home. But idk maybe they did change the policy? 🤷♀️
They turn their uniforms in before auditions start

I can't see the picture but Yuko was a favorite of mine - so happy for her! Does anyone know if the baby is a boy or a girl?
She had a little boy.

Because we all know that that marketing Kelli love love love love LOVES a sob story over something we prefer.
2 episode in and I’m not liking the fact they didn’t even include prelims this year at all. Does anyone know how many episodes it is this year?
think there are 10

Ok so I know you guys are not nasty for even the "stupidest" questions. But what is NRL? National Rugby league?
Who is this? Looking at this on my phone so don't fancy going on pompedia and trolling it
Correct me ion this but I was under the impression that Stephanie Di-Biase just ask who she wanted to be on the squad and that there wasn't "any" audition for that team.
I always found it weird that when Mavs disbanded the dance team they had that massive announcement on their instagram that there were audition for this new team and that they would post about it on the "official" mavs team thing and never really did announce.
Also wasn't there a former DCC who was also on this team? Does anyone know who has been on this team previous years.
This is rugby league

I'm not sure. Have there been other girls who took a season off and returned that got their vet status back? I was under the impression that Victoria would have to undergo the full audition process as if she were a rookie and would be starting over, but I could be wrong. Personally I don't think it would be right for her just come waltzing into training camp expecting to be given a blue TC outfit, her spot back on Show Group, a prime formation spot on the field or named a GL.
VK would have to go thru auditions from the start (prelims, semis & finals), make training camp (as if she'd be denied entry once again) and if she makes the team again she would be considered a 3rd year vet.

Not sure if every one of these ladies were part of the performance, but those who were there (that I have seen in photos) include: Angela Rena, Brennan Cook, Brittany Evans, Crystal Trevino, Elizabeth Davis, Jenna Brooks, Justine Phillips, Kandi Harris, Katy McCherry, Kelli Sullivan, Makenzi Swicegood, Mary Dill, Melissa Davis, Michelle Keys, Natalie Woods, Ryan Ray, Tobie Percival and Trisha Trevino.
Ryan Ray posted in her insta stories footage of the performance

So how does this work? Is Victoria taking a gap year off? Does she have to re-audition and be a rookie for a third time or does she get some kind of bye?
She will have to go thru all rounds of auditions to make training camp. If she makes the team again she will be 3rd year vet instead of a rookie.

Yes, normally you do need to be at least 3 years on the team. Olivia Rene and others were offered all stars as there were not enough retiring upper vets those years. I asked Judy on twitter when the announcement was made,

Unfortunately, I don't think it's the lighting that's causing the muffin top on VK. when she stands normally there is a definite overhang on the front of the shorts. Now, not heavy by everyday standards but for a DCC?????

This is gonna sound very childish and dumb but I wonder which Harry Potter Hogwarts House each girl identify as.
my guesses are
Slytherin: Amanda, Lisa, Rachel W, Ashlee, Gina
Ravenclaw: Kelcey, Caroline, Savannnah, Tess, Rachel A,
Hufflepuff: Kat, Chandi, Briana, Cianna,
Gryffindor: Victoria, Kristin, Taylor, Daphne, Maddie,
sorry, but imo VK belongs in Slytherin not Gryffindor 🤣

The Process: Auditions, Training Camp and Squad
in Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders: Making The Team
That was for Olivia Sharber when it was waived as they didn't have enough 3rd years to be all stars.
