Justified. Her performance at SG auditions was lackluster. In the clip when they got their new shoes, I thought she looked the weakest in the group, and seemed behind.

I would guess that there were some complaints the cuts taking so long that some of the popular things, like the squad photo, were missed. However, they could have cut some of the ladies earlier. I’m betting on Meredith , rookie Madeline, and Alexandra being the next 3, in no particular order

Because I have time on my hands, and have all seasons except #1, I thought I would do some checking (over the last few weeks) regarding weight gains and how they are addressed. I was not able to find a single rookie who was not given the talk and the time to make improvements, including Holly and KaShara their rookie year. Some did the work, and some did not. I may have missed someone. Vets who made it back to TC and had weight issues were also given the time to get it under control. Vets who did not make it back because of weight gain, it’s their own fault. They sign a contract and know what it says. And yet they all act surprised when the axe falls. I am neutral on VK and was not thrilled with some of the antics from last year, but I don’t think she got special treatment regarding her weight. I do think she looks much better this year, and they photos of her from finals look good.

All of Hannah’s non posed shots from the Mexico trip are beautiful. They need to figure out how to get a posed shot to look this good.

That was in Season 2, and she was cut right after that. Maybe her name was Brittany. She tried out in Season 3 but did not make it back.

Emma’s last season was 2014-2015, so I guess she has been an All Star since then.

I think that was Kaitlyn, the one who spray tanned the night before cameos.

My 2 cents on point. I have been watching past seasons, and I don’t ever see where point was not a GL. IMO, the Group Leader role is training for point. If they don’t have experience leading a small group, they would not have demonstrated the skills to lead the whole team. So, based on my logic, since Amy and Maddie are the only ones with GL experience, one of them will be point. Of the two, I think Maddie is a more powerful performer. Of course I have been wrong before.

I agree on Kristen. I also thought she looked fluffy, especially compared to last season ( which I just watched again this week for comparisons).

Has there ever been a time (in recent history) when point was not one of the group leaders?

I have seen some of the non posed shots of Hannah where she looks much softer and very pretty. You would think with all the image talent the DCC has access to, someone could find a way to make her look softer when she is posed.

I used to be in the salon business in DFW And still have lots of connections. I have heard from a very reliable source that make overs are not until the end of the month. So those TCC who look different, must be getting hair and makeup tips from the current squad.

I was thinking the exact same thing.

Regarding VK and Boot Buddy, she is paired with Brennan, just posted on IG. Since I am inept with IG, I can’t post the picture but it is in Brennan’s InstaStory.

I recently went back and watched Season 12. And that was Katelynn from LSU who said that. Tall, long really black hair, and kicks to her forehead. I still don’t know why she did not make TC.

Kelli wore this dress also. I think it was at the end of Season 13.

I agree, she has always been great at finals solo, but has not had powerful field presence. Also, I think the ladies who have already been on dance teams definitely have an advantage.

For some reason I think she was living with Brennan.

She wore blue last year, but similar style.

I used to own a salon in DFW and the lady who did VK’s hair last year used to work for me. And she was a miracle worker behind the chair.

With Lauren’s retirement, that leaves 6 open Show Group slots, by my count.
