  1. Steve's hair:  even in the 90's, who told him that was okay?  It looks like what is in the shower drain of a blonde.

I do have to say that Donna's Dynasty white bridal top was coveted by my group of friends back in the day. Looking back, my fashion choices explain to me why I was never very popular.

  2. But, it can't be downtown LA. They didn't have LA past the first episode because they're filming in like Canada or something. Given the constraints and what we saw in the first season, staying in "LA" would have been either a disaster or just a pale copy of the mother ship. I've got a "show me" attitude but boarding the SS Minnow but at least it forces different story lines on FtWD .... (By the way "Gilligan's Zombie Island" would be an awesome show)

I understand that, and from what I've read they've moved production to Mexico.  Behind the scenes stuff doesn't bother me, not to mention that Canadian cities are often used to represent US Cities (I live in Toronto) - I would prefer  for them to take that boat up the coast to Vancouver and film on the street there than to be stuck on a  yacht.  YMMV.  I didn't enjoy Waterworld the first time I saw it, and I don't think it'd enjoy it Zombie style.  They don't make the show for just me, so if they produce something I'm not interested in, I will always have the opportunity to hate watch or (more likely) move on.

  3. My unpopular opinion is that I liked when Kelly and Brandon got together.  I really felt like they belonged together -  I haven't gotten to "Saint Kelly" in my re-watch yet, but I do also remember wishing that Kelly and Brandon had ended up together at the end of the series. I hope grown up me doesn't mess with young adult me -- I don't want to hate them!

  4. Episode title should be: No Thank You.

Last night I had a very difficult time falling asleep, I couldn't shake a large case of the feels I caught during this episode.  I'm so torn about Glenn.  I don't want him to be dead. At all.  He is one of my favourite characters, and has been with us since the start.  But based on his last scene, I am not only afraid he is gone, but I also think he should be.  If there is some magical escape plan from that mob of walkers, then it'll be the most contrived and shark-jumpy that I've seen this show.

Lets have an episode do-over. Okay? ...okay? Pretend yesterday never happened.

  5. I found this episode to be visually stunning, creepy and almost beyond the limit of what my brain can take. And I loved it. It's why I watch. I know, going into AHS that I'll be faced with content that is disturbing, but pushing the envelope is often what keeps me engaged in each season.

Looking forward to what lies ahead.

  6. I was cool with it. I don't mind a slow burn when I watch a new tv show. I'm also okay when I don't get exactly what I want. I would have liked a higher body count, Liza to be alive and perhaps end in peril but I'm satisfied.

Looks like they used up their budget for walker makeup on this episode!

And as a side note: We were sitting here at casa sidekickgirl thinking it would have been fun if they had kill d everyone off and had it pick up with new people next year. That would have solved the issue of not loving any characters!

  7. I was fascinated by Dan's hair, shaved up the side to a shaved-in part, then all gelled up into a baby pompadore. Is this some new man styling and I am seeing it for the first time, before it overtakes the nation?

It can't be that fashion forward, as my 9 year old son and his friends have the same 'do. LOL.

I noticed joe was sporting his own version as well.

  8. While she's backtracking, I also think she's enjoying the attention on social media.  I made a mean tweet about her on Sunday, during the show, and she starred it.  At first I felt bad, because they are real people and she had seen my disparaging remarks, but then I continued watching Monday and let the tweet remorse go.

  9. I think the show would be more entertaining with former cast members like Michelle Money. I don't understand why Jason Biggs or his wife are on this show. Thy were never involved with the show before.

I agree 100%. Michelle was made for that job. The. The "celeb couch" could be some of the better former contestants. And the best part is that fan faves who have settled down and left the circuit could still participate.

  10. I wish there was a rose ceremony -- this one didn't have a whole lot of content and without anyone going home I'll have a hard time remembering anything that went on.

Joe is a douche. Samantha is icy. Jade/JuELia are harpies. Ashley S is flaky. I'm bored.

    Is it next week yet?

  11. It means "that's what she said."  I had to look it up, too.

ITA!  He'll probably be on After Paradise but honestly that's it.  I can only assume/hope his over-the-top douchery is to get more screen time but

once Samantha dumps him for Nick his time is over

    What does TWSS mean?

I can hardly wait - I wish I could marathon the whole season, I can't get enough of this crap.  We need Joe on after Paradise, I'd like to see him try and speak to Sir. Chris Harrison with his attitude.
