I used 1200 because that's what your body needs to properly function. People lose weight eating 1200 call/day all the time. Going lower for any period of time gets dangerous.
I was thinking about Teddi's 500 calorie diet. I've seen that on "My 600 Pound Life." 1200 - 1500 seems pretty common for weight loss. But as you know it pretty much depends on how much you weigh to start.

Looking at that picture again, ... her husband seems to be more emotionally engaged with her son then she is. He's proudly beaming, with his hands affectionately clasping the kids shoulders - while his mother smirks at the camera, and barely touches him with her pinkie. She really is a cold witch.

I'm on keto and started doing intermittent fasting with it the last month, and have lost 31 pounds in the last 13 weeks. I have a lot more to go. If I had to eat that as a "meal" there is no way I'd last. There's no protein there. It's like a deconstructed guacamole. That actually makes me angry. Also the juice of an entire lemon? It would be swimming in lemon juice.
Also, that's not a freaking taco, blasphemy!

I remember Kathryn as being pretty straight forward and honest during her one and done season. So I believe what she is saying. She, as far as I know, has nothing shes trying to promote or is trying to get a diamond (Brandi!) again.
She isnt an actress. If I remember correctly:
She was sort of stunt casting as a foil for the Morally Corrupt Faye Resnik. She was married to Marcus Allen. Marcus was rumored to have had an affair with OJ's ex wife, Nicole Brown.
MCFR wrote the book, hence the nickname, and wrote about Marcus and Kathryn. There was an obligatory dinner party where they came face to face and Kathryn had words for MCFR. MCFR, per usual, when confronted with her past decisions, did the glazed eye ,"I'm not listening", patronizing doublespeak.
Other Kathryn highlights:
She had a thing about purse quality. She bag shamed Eileen on national tv and me in my bedroom (hence why I became a Dooney whore).
She had a fabulous, rich life, which we didnt see enough of, and a hot, younger husband.
She wasn't afraid of Ericka. At. All. And called her out about the LVP sniper remark in front of both LVP and Ericka. Which sent Ericka into a tizzy about trusting women.
Kathryn gave Lisa Rinna no mercy about her lack of eating. She brought it up and didn't buy Rinna's bullshit about it. At a party, a server came up with appetizers on a tray and offered them to Kathryn and Rinna. Kathryn said, "Don't bother with her. She won't eat it anyway."
Otherwise, she didn't do a whole lot that we saw.
I've watched every season and for the life of ne I can't remember her. What season was she again? I'll check it on Hulu.

The funny thing is, I don't really like Denise much this season. Before the Beverly Hills Bitches started in on her she was burying herself. She was closed off, rude to castmates and serving people. If they'd let it develop organically, instead of trying to script a story, Denise would not have looked good this year.
But noooooooo they just had to be creepy screechy bullies who like to slut shame children and try to start a homophobic backlash.
I think the only one of the cast who might be gotten rid of is Teddi. Bravo clearly has their heads up their as**s about the cast.

This is my problem with NY, BH, and OC, though all the shows suffer to some extent, these are the worst.. None of the women seem to be living their authentic lives in any way. They simply live for the camera. There is nothing authentic. Most of their homes look boringly upper middle class, so no real house porn, and their trips aren't enjoyable because they leap from one stupid assed fight to another.

I just love that the unholy trinity showed their asses again. Stupid. Stupid women. I think Denise had a major surgery, continued legal problems with Charlie, her house, rented or not, had recently burned down and she forgot shit she'd said. Normal people do that when stressed. Her inconsistencies remind me of my peri-menipause brain.I don't know if she lied about having sex with Brandi. I don't care. Those women pulled that out because they wanted to attack her. When they start exposing their skeletons I may care. It won't happen. But even if that was the case and she's deliberately lieing about everything I still choose to side with a liar rather than women who think it's cool to "joke" about an underage girl having so much sex she's graduated to threesomes, because she is Charlie Sheen's daughter after all, in front of a camera no less. It's deviant, morally repugnant behavior.

This popped in my Twitter and my first thought was, ah sweet, Dorinda's still a witch And then it was confusion, were those hadow fingers at Hannah's neck? I had to look for a while to realize it was simply extra skin bizarrely shadowed. It's weird that someone that young, and who I don't think ever had a weight problem, would have that much skin. Or are they tendons?
