I just don't see that as all. I"m an unapologetic Kate fan. But I will call her out when she's being uncool. She can get a bit mean-girl-ish at times. But, honestly, most of her issues with people stem from laziness and incompetence. I've never seen her try to boss a chef around as if they're below her. She may have communication and planning issues, but I don't see her treating them like serfs. With Kate, if you just do your job and work hard, she's cool.

I agree-I think she can be a dick sometimes, but I do love her (very open about my love of her on this website). I actually didn't think the convesation about the labels was that big of a deal-I saw both sides.  I have multiple convesations at work about different approaches to things with people above and below me and I don't consider that drama or me "bullying".  I know everything is amped for reality tv, but if this is considered contentious, no one has watched a Housewife show (and I prefer my drama with the guests).  Is this labeling drama ever going to be mentioned again?  (Although this is a network that made an entire season of a show about a dog adoption so possibly) And the only chef I think she really had a problem with was Leon and he was awful (guests asked for sliders and he told Kate he already turned the oven off-what kind of response is that for a chef to a client request?).

They are always there and are usually introduced in episode one.

On BD Med, they definitely showed one doing Russian twists on the deck while the alarm just blared inside!

Courtney gives me Casey from Med vibes, but that might be the inability to learn how to make common drinks when you work in a service industry with a strong emphasis on making drinks.

I know people have a lot of opinions on her but I'll always love Kate-she's just very witty and I love how calm she stays when people are freaking out about stuff.  I do this at work.

2-did they actually show Ben on the toilet or was I hallucinating? Both are possible.

Yeah, I rewound that part a few times but it looks like he was drying off his down below parts with his robe. I'm guessing he was just out of the shower and using his robe in lieu of a towel. Either way that was a bit of a skeevy looking scene.

Thank you!!!!  That makes so much more sense.  I was wondering if the producers had a bet on who could get the most intrusive footage.

Someone please tell me that Captain Sandy is still in the US.

Oh she’s filming. My only text last night to my friends was “Sandy is a [jerk].”

    Two things-

1-it doesn’t bother me when they sit on the table to set it because I don’t eat my food directly off the table but a plate instead & they don’t have go go gadget arms. The counter sitting is another story.

2-did they actually show Ben on the toilet or was I hallucinating? Both are possible.

  5. I really loved Jack last night-I thought he was cute with the peppercorn and asking Colin to write a rap.  I thought the girlfriend-boyfriend thing was cute too-it reminded me of a summer camp romance (maybe more physically advanced).  You know you only have a few days left, but it is still sweet.  He also ran up the stairs to help serve when Sandy asked.

I'm not sure I would notice tablescapes, but I would notice 25 minutes in between courses-I don't care how special a risotto is.  And I say this as a fan of Ben.

Q also has an admitted aversion to taking his shirt off, although he took it off without prompting on that episode where he was a restaurant manager and got into the "Hey, my eyes are up here" argument with the customer.  Again, since he's admitted his aversion, I'm surprised they don't make him do it.  They do it with Joe and Murr a lot, but they don't seem to care.

I saw an inside jokers where Q couldn’t take his off because he hadn’t officially retired from the NYFD.

Another Inside Jokers said Q was ok with letting Murr out of the skydiving but the other two would not.

And Murr’s twitter said he got engaged today!

Actually I think it was Alice Roosevelt not Eleanor Roosevelt who said if you don’t have anything nice to say, come sit by me.  Big difference

Was screaming internally when he said that. To attribute that to ELEANOR Roosevelt is bananas. I get that he probably meant Alice Roosevelt Longworth & in normal circumstances I would not be so judgey because I misspeak too. But Shep is a jerk who judges everyone else so here I am being petty. I live near Shep’s boarding school & now I’m going to start unfairly side-eyeing all the kids in Episcopal shirts.

The guest didn't seem that upset about the dress at the time either.  I see you producers!  I also think the cold food is all producers and I know I'm watching a reality show, but I just appreciate when the guests are jerks and it is crew v them, of they are fine and do cool stuff I'll never do.  But I am ecstatic to see Ben.

  9. June should watch when Kate tied a third stews radio to them (Sierra?) & realize sandy switching radios was a better solution. I don’t understand her “I dropped everything”. Girl-you tried out for & were cast in a reality show. Chill.

I usually don’t judge people’s intimate activities but WOW at that Johnny Damon story.  WOW. How special will his child feel to know that while their mother is in labor, his dad got “bored” and banged 9 women. But I also feel like he’s full of blarney (& I was a candy striper & we aged out at 18-so the story is even more sketchy). And also I’m an Orioles fan (thick & thin) so shut up Johnny.

It also sucked that Kathryn couldn’t at least give Dani a hug, or back her up by saying things like “That bitch!!!! I can’t believe she did that to you!” How many times has Dani been there for her and this time all Kathryn could manage was to mumble “just let it in one ear and out the other”. Sure, Kathryn, like you would do in the same situation? No, you would be humiliated and furious like Dani was, like anyone would be.

And yes, after Danni has spent MULTIPLE seasons standing up for Kathryn, the least Kathryn could do was pretend to be mad on Danni’s behalf. Instead, she just stares at her, then has a “men suck, amirite???” bonding session with Madison when they get back.

I just needed to quote all of you who I feel like are my people.  I was texting with a friend last night that Kathryn is an asshole.  Danni certainly stood up to Ashley last season when she was coming for Kathryn and Kathryn coulnd't muster any inflection or emotion into her voice when talking to Danni?  She is just so boring to me and that is a lot to say about someone who has children with Thomas.  Why does everyone coddle her?  And next week,

    Spoiler

everyone bends over backwards for her when Ashley shows up at the hunt. She's an adult-she needs to learn how to stand up for herself.

I am done with Madison.  I had been liking her, but that was a low blow.  Her response afterwards actually bothered me more.  If I remember correctly (100% possibility I don't), when the story came out at Naomi's restaurant, they speculated who the guy was until Danni finally said it was Gentry.  It didn't seem gleeful or gossipy to me (and I would've been on a group text with "OMG LISTEN TO THIS" if I was Danni).  I also would've said something like "Well who knows what Austen gave you since you caught him cheating on you once with two women." But I'm a jerk.

And yesterday when I got to work, I noticed I looked tired from the two (and a half) glasses of wine I had the night before.  Compared to Shep in the last scene, I looked like a fresh faced goddess.  He looked ill-he needs a 30 day detox.  Didn't the doctor tell him to stop drinking so much?

Granted, I don’t watch this franchise with both eyes like I do RHoNY, but where was Juan’s actual party?

It’s called Markoff’s Haunted Forest (https://www.markoffshauntedforest.com/). It’s actually really fun but I’m not sure I would want my 40th bday party there (& I just had mine-at a bar). Some of my friends went on the haunted hay ride after the trail & we just sat around the bonfire with a bunch of kids running around. They obviously got a private event space because I couldn’t buy alcohol anywhere. And I looked. Walking in the woods with clowns hiding is hard without a little whisky.

I re-watched the end of the show several times and there were 3 cameras, involved: A, B & C.

I burst out laughing at Gizelle saying "LIES" when the producer asked about Monique's cameras.  This is why I will always be a Giselle fan.

And I went to Markoff's Forest a few years ago-I was Karen like.  I did not give any of the characters the fingers (I mean they are like local volunteer actors and some are kids), but I did tell one "I know your chainsaw doesn't have a chain."  Although I did jump a lot and then laugh at myself.  It was fun!

Yes, Hannah specifically asked her when they were in the kitchen if they had packed it and she said yes. To be fair to Aesha she and June talked about the cutlery as June was putting it in the plastic bag so she assumed that she had gone the extra step and put it in the bag!

I don't put it past the producers to remove it to cause some huge problem.  Try harder producers-Aesha seems to roll with the punches!  I adore her and her easygoing attitude-I wish I could be more like that.  I would still be mad at Jaoa for turning into Rev Shaw Moore and shaming me for dancing!

Hannah is completely responsible for the Eze debacle.  She made the plans.  She should have made sure they had everything they needed including more stews and/or deckhands.  Hannah seems to conveniently bow out of these shore excursions.

Wasn't there a scene last week where she is going over with Aesha what was needed and cutlery was one of the items? (Did not watch the repeat so it might have been Aesha and June)  If so, that is enough for me.  If my boss was following me around asking me if I packed everything in our checklist, it would not go over well (although I would've double checked).  It ended up being such a stupid "cliffhanger" since the entire viewing audience and Aesha were like "Ok, just ask a restaurant."  And I'm no Hannah fan, but I can't blame her for this one.

I am a diehard  Kate fan though and she frequently says she hates beach picnics and passes them on to the other stews.  That is one of the perks of leadership though, just like any job, along with more responsiblity.  I read Kate's book and she talks about her days of being third stew and paying her dues.

I'm not sure if June is pregnant-she got the same drink everyone else did when they went out-I watched durng the toast-and I'm not sure how a server could've verified hers was the virgin cocktail on the tray.  But I also don't think I saw her drink, so maybe it was a cover.  However, I have heard the most insane speculation (or probably wishful thinking) and I'll put it in a spoiler tag:

    Spoiler

    June is dating Conrad.

  15. I really loved the conversation with the guys about the police. Despite the horrible topic, I thought it might have been one of the best on Bravo (compared to Vick & Tam humping beds in Jamaica to claim them-I use that as a low bar). And superficially I found Justin very attractive in that scene. I originally said Barry & he’s always been attractive to me

Randomly I was rewatching “Back to School” this weekend so my first thought on seeing Benny was this:

That said, in 23 years I've never gotten popped for one.  LOL.

15 years and have had over 35!

I know I'm in the minority, but I really enjoyed Chelsea yelling at Craig.  I have always said that if you want to call people weak, call them a ball sack-they seem very sensitive. However, I told the story in the forums last week, that when someone I know (he was dating my friend) made a very dispparaging comment on a picture of a girl (another friend of mine) he didn't even know and followed "I wouldn't f*ck her with your dick" while looking at me (a woman), I said "Why not?  It is bigger than yours."  Not the best comeback, but he shut right up (and he was a "last word" type) and I was so angry at him insulting someone he doesn't know that I said what came to me first in the heat of the moment.  100% would say it again, even if it made no sense.

Can anyone tell what Craig said the second time he got bleeped?  It seemed to stop people in their tracks.

Metul's accusation that I got Type I diabetes, because I ate carbs is insulting. He needs to brush up on his Endocrinology notes.

You know I thought about my PTV fellow T1D buddy when he said it!  Is he on Twitter-maybe I should ask him which cookie gave it to me (I hope it was a delicious one!).

I burst out laughing when Craig said something about Whitney inheriting $100M and Cameron immediately going "Can I get a hundo?"  She's second to my main girl crush of Chelsea, who seemed to get over Craig's outburst faster than I would.

I don't actually think Whitney and Kathryn slept together.  I think with T Rav gone, Whitney knew he had to step up with drama.  Maybe he is closeted, maybe he is asexual, maybe he has a girlfriend he wants to keep off camera, maybe he is saving himself for me (yes-I have always been attracted to him-I'm not perfect), but I don't think he slept with Kathryn. Patricia also (grossly for being his mom) supported a rumor he slept with Sonja Morgan and I don't believe that either (although I want them to be the next Bravo couple).

Is Chris’ restaurant in Old Town?  I’m just wondering what time that scene with Chris and Candyass was filmed because when she drove away from there traffic was pretty light.

It is but it is sort on a side street near offices.  I go to a gym near there and there is not a lot of traffic in that area.  Also, I'm a pretty vocal hater of that restaurant (and lover of Overwood-the previous restaurant) so I will also very pettily say that no one goes there.  (Disclaimer-I have been there once and yesterday at lunch, a few friends said they actually really enjoy it)  I was very tired watching this-did Candiace have her dry the eyes, folded up napkin for her teary conversation with Chris in her car?

Team Monique.  Candiace should've just taken the apology.  The same with Ashley.  I know they have to keep the drama going, but just get over things ladies!

I was unsure if Katie actually owned Sunny Hill Farms, but that is her in the Air B&B rental picture right?  Time for a girls wine weekend in Purceville, staying on Katie's farm (in the fall).

I disagree with what Mila said, but i believe she had a right to say it. People are entitled to their opinions and beliefs and they are not always going to align with yours. If everyone had the same opinions or thoughts, the world would be a boring place and every conversation or discussion would be very dull !

She didn't incite hatred or promote violence or anything like that - she just said she didn't like the gay lifestyle. A lot of people don't - especially those with strict religious beliefs. There are many that hate Islam or Christianity and disagree with the beliefs of those that practice it. It doesn't however mean that they hate Christians or Muslims or don't like the individual people themselves.

But she didn’t just say that-she praises someone who does trample on human rights in many ways. That is different than just not liking someone’s lifestyle. I don’t like when men wear jean shorts. But I’m not cheering jorts wearers being prosecuted or discriminated against. She also kept talking about her freedom of speech. Trick-you are Russian in French/international waters-curious to where the US Constitution applies. And like posters pointed out, it just protects you from being prosecuted-it doesn’t protect her from my opinion of thinking she is a dumb, useless, hateful bag of hair. I’m sure she would think I’m hateful against a big haired Pillock &  that’s fine

My friend said Aesha’s voice sounds like auto tune & I thought she nailed it. I think she’s hysterical-I want to have a beer with her. I’m not sure Jaoa would find her so funny if she wasn’t so conventionally pretty.
