  1. I am sorry for the loss of your dog. It always hurts to lose a pet. I have loved every pet I have ever had which includes dogs and cats! I have had to put several pets down in my 38 years. But I do have to say that the pain and grief at the loss of my pets pales in comparison to the loss of my wife. She died after just 573 days of marriage from complications of cancer. The pain and grief from the loss of my beloved wife is in another universe compared to the loss of my pets. She died in April of 2015 and I still visit her grave every day to pray the rosary for her. God bless you!
  2. This kind of dumbass. ETA: Finally watched the episode. I really dislike both Lupe and Gilbert. But did I miss something? I didn't hear them say anything about him forcing her to have sex. Was that in the Supersized episode?
  3. I completely agree with this JAYBEE! I haven't seen this episode yet because I forgot to DVR it and for some reason it is not available on demand for me yet. My in-laws were on the show Love It or List It, Too. They told me there was a zero percent chance that they were going to sell after the renovations but they still show them looking at houses so that was totally for the show. There was the drama when they found a water leak that was going to be expensive to fix so they had to decide not to do the bathroom remodel. Well, there never was a water leak and they never intended to remodel the bathroom. That was all drama added by the producers to make the "reality" more interesting. They did get some of their house remodeled and it looks great but the way they present it on TV is NOT reality; if it was, I don't think anyone would have watched since it went pretty smoothly. So call me cynical if you want but I take these "reality" shows with a grain of salt. Especially since this season has tried top the previous episode with even more sensationalism. I would need a HUGE amount of evidence to believe Gilbert had sex with her much less raped her. Maybe I will change my tune once I see the episode but there have been too many shenanigans this season for me to believe much of what they present as "reality."
  4. Hello all, finally delurking. I have enjoyed following everyone's posts. Regarding the golf cart at the apartment, for whatever reason the show did not blur out the apartment name. They were looking at the La Casita apartments. I'm not sure if I am allowed to link it but you can Google it and they seem like a pretty large complex (at least a dozen buildings.) Google street view from both Sunnyside St and Werner St show the golf cart parked outside the leasing office. I watched the golf cart scene several times. I happened to notice when they switched angles there was an ambulance sitting right across the street. I have (hopefully) attached the best screenshot I could get. Is it coincidence or does it defy credulity? You be the judge.
