I was sooo happy to see Alicia’s Story. She took responsibility, worked on the root of her problems, and had great support. She willingly admitted her food addiction and that she was eating way to much. I have also had similar struggles trying to make a diet work. I didn’t find the right one until I was 33! Tim seemed like a really caring guy who understood her struggle. Personally, I was glad to see the nutritionist 1- to show her proper serving sizes and 2- so she could no longer use portion size as a reason she was failing. I really hope she succeeds. I agree that it was nice to see someone who wasn’t a train wreck.
