I love all these responses because I was feeling guilty that I couldn't stand this guy. I felt like I wasted 2 hours of my life watching this whining baby ruin everyone's life. I watch this show to get inspired by people changing their lives. He was pathetic and I don't know why that woman kept feeding him. I would tell him if you don't quit whining and try harder, I'll see you around. And it's almost child abuse what they are doing to that daughter who is miserable.

Don't these people have therapy BEFORE they go to surgery? I know it has been required of others I know personally who have done the surgery. They had to do 6 months therapy first. I guess I don't understand why, if you have therapy, and you are told to lost X amount of weight before surgery, that you can't just keep doing that, and adding exercise, and forego the surgery.
