    I live in Miami and I will say that the rental market is a bit ridiculous right now, and has been for the past few years. Units get listed at 7:00am and are gone by 9:00am. Those with the real money are able to pay 3 to 6 months of rent, sometimes the entire year, upfront. That means that the rest of us who rely on our monthly paychecks hardly stand a chance. I just moved back to Miami in the fall of 2022. The realtor would send me listings in the morning, which I couldn't get to until the afternoon because I was working. My appoints frequently got cancelled because the apartments would be rented during those 5 hours  And the only reason I was able to secure an apartment was that I was able to offer $500 more on the rent because I have a consulting job on the side that could supplement it, and I beat out someone else who only offered $200. Long story short, it took me 2 months to get a place and I'm paying over $2000 for a one bedroom! (And at least my apt is in a nice neighborhood, in an updated building, and just generally nice.  A lot of folks are paying a heck of a lot more for a heck of a lot less.)

    So while I believe that they actually are having a hard time finding something, it also tells me that they're having financial issues. If they weren't the could match or beat most offers. Also, there's definitely something fishy with the situation they're in with their current place. Cause 2 weeks to be out in the middle of the month! Cause I don't buy that scene with Alexia and Todd talking about how she "misunderstood." They inserted that to save face after Alexia went running her mouth everywhere that she had to move.

    Yea here in Key west we are losing workers who are being pushed futher and further UP the keys because Rental prices have become so ridiculous .. a studio (basically a room) with shared bathroom down here is $1800 and the housing that use to rent out snowbirds are now buying and only using them 3 to 4 months out of the year then have them set empty .. its insane

    Alexia and her Oh this is so small for 40k a month  … girl shut up like that real estate agent told you for the space you HAD that was a super bargain .. you ain’t getting anything CLOSE to the size you had for under 100.. and there are ridiculous people that will pay it because they have so much money it doesn’t matter.. Alexia YOU arnt NOT one of those people you don’t have that kinda income to just throw into the wind basically

     their kids and what was going on with their life ... then here comes Annamarie with lets randomly bring up Sutton

    but its not just her bubble when she works with and interacts with women of color ...and you can't just walk away when u are contractually obligated to interact with the women ... she should be called out esp since this has been going on for YEARS ... its not fair to any of the women esp G ...if not the mentality would become well if she can be low key racist why can't I or its ok to treat one of the only woman of color around them constantly different
