I don't know why more people aren't alarmed about our fucking idiot P-E scoffing at North Korea's ability to create a missile that will fly all the way to the US.  DT and Kim Jong-un are the last two people in the whole world I want bumping chests, taunting and baiting each other.  They seem equally thin-skinned, and unbalanced.

    AHHHHHHH.

look, if NK is gonna shoot a missile our way, I hope they send us some warning so i can maybe OD on some pills or something. I do not want to be taken out via missile/bomb/nuclear wipeout/whatever else is out there.

  2. I wish journalists would just take a stand and call out donald trump for his lies.

headline: Don lies again! story on page 3!

you can still report on him and call him out.

nowadays, the lie comes out first and then later everyone is like 'oh. my bad. here is the true story....'

it is quite sad that it is all about ratings or whatever else.

on a somewhat related note....any guesses on how the white house correspondents dinner will be with trump? usually everyone clamors to be there. at least celebrities do. hmm

  3. Quote

remember when Trump went after the Khans he thought he was finished but no, they'd stab George Washington in the back if he pulled that "Here's what's actually in the Constitution" shit.

I dont know. if the constitution is online, they may believe it. :-P

We went to Paris last year and were treated very kindly by the French shopkeepers, restaurant staff, etc., (and they knew we were Americans).  However, whenever we've visited the Maritime Provinces we could always count on a snarky comment about America.

lucky.  had a horrible experience in Paris when i went. got a lot of impatient sighs and eye rolling. just remember thinking "damn dude. did your dog die this morning or something??'

My dad said the french are known for not liking americans.

I guess it's time for my new career. Introducing the comic styling of Jackoff Greygoose.

"In my country, you talk about alt-right, I think if you like goose stepping it's altright with me" Snort snort.

"They say that Hillary's emails were hacked, in my country they call that Party supervision. " Snort snort. Haha.

I'm available for any Soros parties being planned.

*I know these are horrible jokes I'm doing my best.

Good point. Just the visual of Drumpf reading his Inaugural speech on his iPhone would be comedy gold.

donald: this text is not bigly enough

kellyanne: what he means to say is he probably needs glasses, America

donald: my fellow comr- ahem....my fellow Americans...

Kellyanne: *says lowly* we all make mistakes. just keep going.

In all seriousness,  are Trump supporters really ok with being part of Russia? Even the true blooded Murican ones who proudly wave their flag and USA is #1 and loved Reagan etc etc? Really this is fine?

well, if Russia can help get rid of the muslims and bring jobs back, of course they are ok with it! #MAGA

    :-P

forgot to add.......Russia can probably help black lives not matter so much, because black people are annoying when they get killed and stuff. yeah. blech

Is Alison's vagina magnetic or something? Cole and Noah are inexplicably drawn to it whenever they're within three feet of Alison. It's gotten more than a little repetitive.

Too much Noah in this episode on this show. He wasn't completely unsympathetic in the scene where he talks about his mother, but his nonstop angst the past 3 season has gotten, well, more than a little repetitive.

Looking forward to Helen's POV next week.

I am late to this, but yeah.....Alison has quite the vagina! This happens on a lot of shows though and it is a pet peeve of mine. Alison seemed to be intent on keeping things strictly formal with Noah and somehow, she just cant help herself....by the end of the night, BAM. in bed with him.

Though maybe noah has a magnetic dick? who knows? HA

  9. Mika and Joe seem to be the biggest ass kissers to Trump in the media (and sean hannity, but then again....) but I dont understand the connection. what is so special about those two that can't be found elsewhere or with other media personalities?

Once again Trump is a deal-maker for giving away the store and in return getting a "Thanks a lot, Buddy!" from the person he gave it to.

What's weird is it's obvious that among the actual population Trump is unpopular and so are his policies. Regular citizens are making their feelings known. But the attitude of most of the population just doesn't matter. It's not like nobody is brave enough to stand up to him. Average citizens--famous and not--are ready. Magazines like Vanity Fair and Teen Vogue stand up. But watching the news it's like they're determined to act like this is a normal presidency. Even news shows that do report the truth still play into this stuff too much. Oh, the PEOUS is selling out the country to a dictator? Let's discuss the pros and cons of this like it's no biggie. Might as well have a stewedsquash segment where you start off with an elaborate "Oh, what a slow news day" pose and then talk about petty Democrat gossip.

CNN bugs the craaaaap out of me. they have to always have two sides to every issue. 'oh, white superemacy? let's debate this! gotta hear all sides!"

whatever. CNN use to be really good and then.......man. i dont know what happened.

do other networks do the 'two sides to every issue" thing??

I'm disappointed that no one, apparently, has asked Comey and the FBI why they sat back and did the equivalent of nothing back in 2015 when they first learned of the Russian hacking into the DNC, and no one has asked them to account for themselves and their non-action.  Calling the DNC help desk guy doesn't count.

I just get the vibe that 1.) people dont care (yay obama is out, focus on that) and 2.) people are scared to piss off trump/his team

    mMmMmM, powerRrRrrR. *sigh*

I think the point he's making is about racism.  Obama had to be supremely overqualified and dignified beyond reproach. He couldn't misspeak, he couldn't be inappropriate, and he had to have superior qualifications. The only qualification Trump needed was to be a rich, white male.  The comment isn't about the elite, it's about racism.

I understand, but i think it reminded me of the other argument about elitism and I just went off. haha *takes a chill pill*

one thing we all heard was that people didnt like the elitism in washington, yadda yadda

.........whether it is hillary or donald....are they both NOT elitists? argument drove me insane. made no sense. so the "donald trump had to be rich and white" thing baffles me to that extent. GAH.

Every day he says or does something that makes me think, when the hell is someone going to stop this? And then I realize nobody's going to stop this, and it's just humiliating. I'm planning on wearing a maple leaf pin on my clothes if I do any international travel in the next few years.

I've thought about wearing a shirt that says "hey, I didnt vote for him...I wanted the other one" :-P

  15. a lot of his voters think he is simply being silly. not really meaning some of the things he says

donald: ...and i thought i should press the button! what do you all think?! i should totally push it, right?!

    audience: *laughter*

    donald: I think that's a yes!

This all depends on what kind of restrictions, if any, CBS has on what Stephen can say on his show. Of course, the worst thing Stephen can do is follow the same path Bill Maher has taken and become an obnoxious, ultra serious asswipe who has taken himself far too seriously and has sacrificed his craft at the expense of trying to be a difference maker that ultimately gets nowheres. After all, Stephen has studied at the feet of Jon, who considers himself a comedian FIRST.

my thing with stephen is he is good at biting back, but not constantly ala bill maher. he called out ted cruz once when ted was a guest on his show. neither one was a jerk to the other. but they obviously disagreed a bit. in the case of donald trump, i get the weird sense that stephen only seems to want to go at him when he is *not* a guest and to me, that is hypocritical. he even hinted he would not be so 'polite' if donald were on his show again and he would be more....critical/pointed towards him. but as i said, he is backtracking a lot recently and i am not sure why

jon and stephen both seem lost on what they are exactly in terms of their jobs. i call them 'comediantators' because they are both comedians but they both do commentary as well on current events/political news.

I don't know if I should laugh or cry. I can totally see Alec Baldwin saying this via tweeting while playing Trump on SNL, but I can also see the Tangerine Terror actually tweeting this while on the gold-plated shitter just outside the Oval Office.

I sometimes think he has his 10 year old (or whatever his age is) son tweet for him.

'just put something out son about Obama. be a good boy...ok, off you go'
