I may have to stop watching this. Too many mentally ill people who have disfigured themselves. it's just too much. bunch of crazies in this world. i need comedy and escapism right now .. these people need a mental health facility. pronto.

WTF is this nonsense that we are supposed to believe. It's more friggin fantasy than a comedy. Unlikeable leads, ridiculous premise. Of course I will watch episode two but this is very weird.

I was so disappointed they didn't show the flashbacks! Is there some reason the show is so cheap on flashbacks? It would have been awesome. Those are things we need more of.

This show is full of hateful, spiteful, self pitying, nasty people. Yes, I do get a good laugh from time to time but....Darlene is just a horrible person. From asking Bev to give $5,000 to each of her kids, ignoring her siblings children to thinking about stealing money out of Bevs accounts with her power of atty. Don't get why that happened in the first place. Bev is nasty but not senile. Glad to see that Louise found someone else. Stay away from this loser family.

The father is a big mouth, even his wife is fed up with him. Don't really like the show. I didn't know it was "historical" fiction or whatever this is called. Liking the 40"s sets but otherwise it's not my cup of tea. I'd rather see a story about actual history instead of this alternate universe but I will keep watching for now. Boy does Winona Ryder bug for some reason.

Still watching....OH OH, Mrs. grOss and Marie are getting into it about Marie having said she find this whole thing (coronavirus stuff?) "intriguing" and Mrs. grOss saying she finds it "heartbreaking". Apparently something happened off air maybe yesterday and there was an argument between them. So now Marie says something like "I'm like you , I'm like you, I have great empathy" and Mrs. O cuts her off with something like Oh No, You are not like me Missus, I find this heartbreaking. Than Carrie Ann tries to change the subject and cut to commercial....OOH what's the dirt? What a bitch. I don't love Marie , can't stand Mrs. O but would love to know more.

I hate this family and their petty problems. Except for Zack that has actual health issues due to his dwarfism, (and ok, maybe sometimes I also feel bad for Matt and Amy, health wise and having to put up with God knows what from bullies) anyway, the family members themselves don't need to bitch about most of what they do. Look at the size of that damn house Amy was living in all alone. Bitch, please. I wish I was getting paid for that house and was able to move into an nice little place of my own. Some of us can't pay the bills every month. Some of have sickness and death to contend with. You have a friggin cheating husband and a divorce. Boo Hoo. Your kids don't even seem to like you that much.

I'm out. This is one of the biggest piece of shit shows I have seen in a while. I was excited it was coming to TV since I wasn't able to watch it before but... like I already said, WHY is this show "One Day at a Time" not a thing like the original. Disney for "grown-ups". Trashy jokes, ugh, never mind. Just don't see what all the hype is for, in my opinion: crap.🤢

It was fantastic.. Jimmy Fallons kids made me turn it off pronto. I can't find Stephen Colbert or Jimmy Kimmel. I heard they are doing shows from home but they are not on my tv channels.

Didn't watch on Netflix because I don't/can't subscribe. In this case I did not miss a thing! Why is it called "One Day at a Time"? Nothing like the original. Yes, I realized they "updated" it but it is completely different! There was no son, no grandmother, Schneider is nothing like like the original. Look, go ahead and make a series with these characters but just why name it after a show that bears no resemblance?
The laugh track was so intrusive I could barely stand it.
The kids were annoying as hell.
This should have been on a Disney channel the way it felt. If Disney had Lesbian teenage lovers and a sex starved single mother.

I thought that the theme of the week would be Fools AKA dumb people doing dumb stuff, especially with the dumb YouTube guys back again, but it was actually about being a fool for love. The internet guy is desperate for the other guys to like him, the girl on the date trying to have a good love match despite everything, the wife refusing to see that her husband tried to kill her, even the subplots with Josh and Eddie (both him meeting his new love interest, and his love for Christopher causing him to act out of character) wrapped into it. The plunger date was rather cute.
Dang Eddie, he really lost it on that poor teacher. I mean, kids do dumb stuff and fall, and yeah Christopher has physical limitations, but he was already fine. He also seemed to be pretty convinced that the other kids must have been picking on him or forcing him to skateboard to make fun of him, like he didnt buy it when Christopher's teacher told him that he was fitting in with his classmates. The teacher seemed nice, and not the type to join a fight club, so she is already a step up from his last love interest! The ending was really sweet though.
Of course Chims brother already has a date!
Yes. Isn't his son in a class with able bodied ( how do you put that, so PC these days and don't want to offend) students? She is not his one on one babysitter. Kids will be kids, and get hurt. That was a pretty shitty thing to do , to yell at her for that.
