  1. I'm sure Brielle is tiny in person, but that clown jumpsuit she wore to Access Hollywood was horrifying. It couldn't have been more unflattering if she tried. And then I saw that Bravo was promoting some online content about loving Brielle's style and touring her closet. HA!

  2. I think Cate and  Tyler continually talking with Nova about her sister Carly is going to be very confusing for Nova at some point. She is way too young to understand why her sister wouldn't live with them. Especially if she has another brother or sister at some point.

  3. Lol'd at Kail chomping down cheetos when talking with the girls in the trailer at the end. I suppose there's no need to eat healthy if you can just get your fat sucked out on snapchat...

That being said, it is refreshing that the Teen Mom 2 girls seem to genuinely get along and care about each other, unlike the drama on Teen Mom OG.

  4. I thought Roberi's conventional look was hideous. Horribly mismatched neckties sewn together was not doing it for me. I thought his unconventional look was cool though.

How about the judges stop complaining about things being unfinished or too simple when the designers are given absolutely no time to execute their looks. I thought maybe they would extend the time some when they were given the second look task, but nope.

Corny looked like he was barely suppressing his rage when he got auf-ed for the second time. I thought his head was going to explode!

  5. I got a huge kick out of James blubbering like a baby when he said he didn't want Ken to be mad at him. Ha! He sure talks big but it was like daddy when out back to cut a switch and he back pedaled like crazy because he didn't want to get the "spark" spanked out of his skinny ass.

  6. One thing that surprised me this episode was the talk about Tony being a member of the LDS church and that like Maddie, Mykelti wanted to join but was rejected. I cannot imagine wanting to join a church congregation and not being able to not based on my own merits or actions, but because of the choices my parents made. Maddie and Mykelti didn't choose to be born into a polygamist family, nor did they consent for their lives to be made public and put on tv. They were minors at the time. I suppose they do have a choice now about being filmed and they do choose to continue their association with their family. Good for them for not bowing to the church and cutting off their own family just to become a member of an (IMO) oppressive and controlling religious sect.

It would be very hard to believe the same way and want to join a church but to be told that essentially, you aren't worthy. And I believe to LDS members, getting married in the temple is super important. I feel bad that it isn't an option for them based on choices that Kodouche made whenever they went public however many years ago.

  7. I watched Watermelon, but mostly because I'm on maternity leave and sometimes there is nothing to do while the baby sleeps and I've already watched all my other shows.

These girls are so boring! I did lol at Adryan being kicked out for being a bitch to the crew, is that a bad girl first?

I also enjoyed how aghast the "ladies" were about the one new girl who doesn't drink. Like how could you possibly have fun without alcoholic beverages?? Fact: it is possible to have sober fun... Hard to fathom, I know

  8. I cannot imagine having my boyfriend spread such rumors about me like Jax! How embarrassing to have that be shown on national television, true or not! Brittany has a lot of tolerance because I would be mortified and dump Jax asap. Well actually, I would never have hooked up with his slimy ass in the first place, so it's a moot point I suppose. Or rather a "moo" point for any Friends fans!

  9. I loved Rik's ensemble! His mom was darling and I also thought she had the back story that fit the challenge to a T, embarking on a new journey or whatever. Working on her bachelor's degree at 50+ after taking the time to raise her kids seemed like the perfect story that AARP wanted for this challenge. Not to mention how great Rik did with her outfit.

Which brings me to Jenni's mom... a great workout outfit was one of her options? Sheesh! No wonder her outfit was hideous. A definite deserved Auf in my opinion.

  10. I realize that people are turned on in many different ways, but it's still crazy to me that there are people that intentionally gain weight purely for fetish reasons. And I think a lot of those men and women that are doing online videos and such can make a decent living. I just fear for their futures and their health.

  11. So not only was Amber wearing an MTV shirt, but did anyone else notice that Farrah was straight up wearing a Teen Mom shirt with her hideous leggings?

It was kind of surreal to see Amber and Matt lecture Matt's son about their "rules" and sobriety like mom and dad. Obviously Matt is his dad, at least biologically, but Amber is his own age, not his mom. Her comment about getting in "mom mode" and needing someone to parent when Leah isn't around was very strange. Matt's son does not need you to be his mom, Amber!

Also, since when did those plastic looking chokers come back? I remember those from the '90s and Maci was wearing one at her shower. The Kardashians seem to wear then also.

  12. I was shocked at how protective they were of their VIP space at the club! If anyone else had 2 friends there visiting, they would probably throw a fit if the other girls didn't let them party with them. It's not like Zee was inviting random people, they were her besties. Good on Zee for keeping her cool and choosing her battles though.

  13. It seems to me that the designers this season are heavily relying on the jacket/coat. In several challenges, when they are describing their sketches before going to Mood, the words jacket and coat come up constantly. Laurence, Erin, Jenni and Natalia especially. I suppose with the time constraints the designers are forced to fall back onto their strengths, but one way monkeys indeed. If they had adequate time for challenges, maybe they would be more comfortable trying new things.

  14. Is anyone still watching this show? I have caught a few episodes On Demand and they have been interesting. I Am A Financial Dom really made me question my career choice. Can I sell my soul for people to give me their credit cards to max out?? Talk about easy money.

I didn't really understand the I'm an Adult Baby. It just seemed like all of them had been sexually abused or lost a parent at an early age. It was interesting though because I am currently at home with my 5 month old and having an actual baby is a lot different than an idealized version of being a "little" much later in life.

  15. No comments yet... I think that is a metaphor for how washed up and tired this show is. For being all about the instagram likes in the premise, they sure aren't incorporating social media much. At least Laura the Life coach hasn't reared her ugly head. To be relevant, the show formula needs a mega overhaul.

  16. I can't tell if this show is trying to find "new" fashion or commercial ready to wear. The judges can't seem to make up their minds. One week the winner is fashion forward and the next week they are wearable and seem more like what you can buy already .

  17. Apparently the uniform for the "urban jungle" is a crop top and baggy or drop crotch pants. I can't say I have ever seen anyone in real life wear drop crotch pants and I live in a somewhat urban college town full of fashionable 20-somethings. I appreciate that,  although boring, Mah-Jing made something that was not pants or shorts.

I can't believe that Laurence won with her Thriller jacket. The only explanation is that the judges were making up for not giving her the win week. She is very talented but that jacket, especially in red, is not new or fresh.

I actually liked Dexter's outfit. I also noticed how almost all the designs had something unfinished like hems and the designers were all talking about how they wished they had more time to fix this or that. Then they have to sit there and defend their garments when they know they are unfinished and the judges bitch about fit or finishing issues. Simple solution! Give them time to put out a design that they can actually defend and be proud of! The judges shouldn't be allowed to comment on those issues when they know full well that the time constraints are madness.

Kudos to the designer that said Erin's embroidery looked like moss, spot on.

  18. 2 hours ago, Lady Grump said:

Also, Jorge is giving me poor-man's-Jonah-Hill vibes....complete with the loser frat boy angst.

Jonah Hill is exactly who Jorge reminds me of too! Also, the stupid stoner durrr look on his face when Anfisa gives zero fucks is hilarious.

  19. I think the length of time that Cate and Tyler have been on reality TV has messed with their feelings about Carly. I really wonder if they hadn't been producer prompted to discuss her constantly for the last 6-7 years if they would still seem so fixated on her. If left to their own devices after the adoption with no camera crew documenting their storyline  (which their story was that of Carly and the adoption), would things be where they are now? Would they still be constantly talking about her? Or would them talking about her have been more normal, like remembering her on her birthday and such?

They are living in a faux world where they literally get a paycheck to talk about their long lost daughter (at least before they were request to stop talking about it). I tend to think that if there were no cameras or producers prompting them, they would have able to grieve their loss more normally and not be constantly reminded of it. Not to say things may not be the same despite the cameras, I guess we will never know!
