Was the music at the beginning, when Marion drives to the motel, the same as the film?  If not, it was still a good choice.

It was very similar to the music used in the film during that scene, but slightly different, so that it wasn't just lifted from the original.

  2. That was great! Everyone watching this show expected Marion to be killed in the shower, so what's the best way to make the outcome still be a surprise, the way it was in the original? Don't kill her, and have Sam stabbed in the shower instead! Brilliant!

  3. I'm really not feeling the Tampa version at all. Tonight's episode was practically all cop stuff. There are like 50 other cop shows to watch, "Nightwatch" was cool because it followed paramedics. This change in the format is really detrimental to the show.

  4. Marion works for R.A. Bloch Realty. Heh.

Add me as another who was let down by the quality of Rihanna's acting so far. Even if they really felt they needed to get a "name" to play the role, I'm sure there are numerous others who would have done it. She just did not seem to fit in with the rest of the show.

Norman-as-Norma hooking up with random guys at a gay bar, that I did not see coming!

I fear the new sheriff is going to take the place of Arbogast.

I haven't watched the Oscars in years and I haven't read all of the posts on this board so please forgive me if this has been asked and answered already, but I don't know why they keep scheduling it for a 2-1/2 hr time slot when it goes over 3 hrs (sometimes closer to 4 hrs) every single year.  I know it's on the West Coast but they could still start it at least a little earlier.

It was scheduled for 3 hours, 8:30-11:30. I don't know why they can't just schedule it to go from 8pm-11:30pm.

  6. I thought both Hawaa's and Tieler's collections were two of the ugliest collections I can remember ever seeing on any version of Project Runway. I would have been fine with both going home honestly. One on hand we have literal clown costumes, and on the other we have boring ugly embroidered old lady dresses.

ok the bees were cute, but that was it.

I'm rooting for Chris just because I can't stand either of the other two girls, they both try way too hard to be quirky.

  7. I'm so glad the writers had us waste half of the season finale following the story of a side character no one cares about. Cause knowing whether or not Professor French Lady's husband woke up or not is the compelling hook we were all just waiting to find out. In French no less.
    Such compelling TV there.

I quickly fast forwarded through the rest of that bullshit.

I really hope this show is cancelled, if it does return I will not be watching.

What kind of panic room locks from the outside? That'll really protect you from robbers.

I'm glad Helen confessed but she's kind of the worst now. I do enjoy how ballsy and straightforward Allison is I'm her POV. So different from meek victim Allison! Both actresses were great in that scene.

The noah storyline was a big yawn. Do we know yet what he feels guilty over and what his dad felt bad about?

He feels guilty for giving his mother the overdose, either because he wanted her to die or because that's how he remembers it.

I thought differences in the Helen/Allison meeting were interesting. In Allison's POV, Helen never even confessed to her, and Allison didn't tell her about being there that night, but Helen's view has got to be the more accurate one since there is no way she would have known Allison pushed Scotty because he was attacking her unless Allison actually did confess to her.

I knew Noah stabbed himself from the moment it happened in the first episode because they very clearly showed a close up of him holding a knife, only surprise was it was intentional instead of an accident.

I think Gunther was simply a guard in the prison, I don't think he actually did anything to him.

  9. I knew it was the ex-wife as soon as she showed up, that actress is too recognizable (The Wire) for just one quick scene. The coffee creamer was also way too prominent, I knew that would figure in to revealing her because they made sure to have the label of the fake brand front and center.

Usually the case isn't this simple to figure out.

  10. I can't believe the judges didn't notice the banana jerking off on the front of Erin's skirt. A hand holding an erect banana coming from the crotch? WTF?

Erin does not make clothes that actual people would want to wear.

That said, I was very disappointed by all four collections.

  11. Very happy with the final three, no surprise there though. I picked Kelly and Ryan for the finale from the first episode.

I'm pretty disappointed though that they can't just do their best style for the finale. I wanted to see Kelly do a big gorgeous color tattoo in her style, not a boring American Traditional ship. Snore. IMO even the best Traditional tattoos look terrible and simple.

  12. I liked it up til the last ten minutes. I just don't get why the ending switched back to the style of a "regular" scripted tv show, instead of a reality/found footage show. It was completely out of place with every other scene of the entire season. I kept expecting there to be some kind of twist to explain why we were seeing scenes that no one was filming.

  13. I really wanted to smack Ashleigh with her "I guarantee these women would rather be shot at in a war then be in here" bullshit. Bitch you have it so damn easy in the female pod, if you think it's crowded or "life and death" in there, see how the men have to live.
