I hope Dayton auditions again. I think she will make it to TC this time. I also wish that Courtney Johnson (season 9 I think?) would audition again. She should have made the team that year.

Does anyone think that the team photo might look messed up because it had to be photoshopped reflect the drama/cut/disciplinary action that occurred around the time it was being taken?

I'm glad Madeline made it back this season. She seems really sweet.

If the show addresses Holly's departure from the team, we will probably only get their version of what led up to it and how it went down. We likely won't have the opportunity to ever hear Hollys version of events, even through social media, due to her contract obligations.

I respect the viewpoint that Holly may have acted impulsively/emotionally to whatever happened. That may be true. However, it is also possible that her decision to quit was justified in some way. Perhaps, in Holly's opinion, the decision/punishment that was imposed was not in her best interests. We simply don't know all the details and never will. If this was the case, Holly may have decided it was simply time to move on. I'm sure many of us can relate to the desire to tell an employer that a situation is not working and walk away from the job if it's not correctable. Most of us cannot afford to do that due to mortgages, groceries for our kids etc but the "want" to do it is still there. If Holly can afford to professionally and financially move on, and it's in her best interest to do so, then more power to her. Good for her. Live your life on your terms Holly. You only get one life. JMHO.

Maybe they are negotiating a way to bring Holly back to the team. She is a big loss. There may be an attempt to mend fences going on in the background right now.

Definitely Kelsey Bond. Kind of amusing that they put a jumbo sized pic of her face on the wall since they didn't like most of her facials and gave her a hard time about them.

What I love about my girl Kelsey making it back is that it means she did a lot of things very well, every day, all season long. It proves that the judges made the right decision putting her in the team in the first place. I love her story.

This. I just rewatched season 6. Angela showed up at panel interviews wearing a long sleeved blouse buttoned up and a skirt of a respectable length. She looked like someone dressed professionally for a job interview while the others were dressed like they were going clubbing. That scene still makes me laugh. Guess she didn't realize you were supposed to show skin at the interview.

No organization I ever worked for would allow an important decision to be made by a large committee comprised of people who have no accountability or responsibility for the decisions that are made. Committee members would be listened to and thanked for their input, but the ultimate decisions would be made by a few people st the top of the food chain whose jobs were on the line and had skin in the game. This makes me wonder at what point this evening, K, J, and C huddle up for one of their super secret meetings where they will hand pick the candidates/veterans they actually wanted in training camp all along.

So are the field auditions over now? Are the judges deliberating?

I think (and hope) Erica will be point. She has the face, body, dance ability, hasn't pissed K&J off, and hasn't announced that she's retiring and then changed her mind. I think Jenna and Megan will have leadership roles on the team, but not point. JMHO
