I love the editing mistake of a clip of the veterans clapping and cheering after the veterans danced.
I couldn't tell if they were the same vets clapping as dancing, I thought maybe they did half the vets at a time

I may have to watch again bc it looked to me like Kitty came to Holly and just wrapped her arms around her. It might be that Holly had finally stopped fighting, broken down, and was ready to be consoled

And then when they taught Jerry how to wash his hand and told him he needed to do that after he went to the bathroom, "What, *every* time?" he asked incredulously. Jeanie and Fischer both looked horrified, and Jeanie had a great double take in that moment. Now that I've seen that again, I think of that scene every time I wash my hands. (Every. Time.)
Also just saw "Dr. Bob" suddenly start cutting into a chest -- I don't think we ever saw her much after the middle of Season One. I liked that character.
Oh man I'd totally forgotten about teaching Jerry to wash his hands, and now I'm feeling rather sick to my stomach. Yeah I remember when that one aired I was really grossed out.
I wish we had seen more of Dr. Bob, that was so cool.

I think that's just a matter of them being called in during the technique class and we have no idea how long they'd been dancing a that point. There's also no guarantee that they show the office visits in the order they occur.

I think I remember hearing she had her appendix out, maybe this was after that and she was still recovering. I would imagine she would certainly be marking the dance more then so as not to hurt herself.

I do believe one of the girls asked to name the First Lady said she didn't know how to pronounce it. Still not great but not as bad as not knowing at all.

I really enjoyed the dancing while they waited, but then again I love me some Phil and it was just cute. There's a video from years ago in the 90s I think of the DH playing music and the girls dancing while they waited. I wonder if they've done this other seasons and just not shown it

And to tinker with semantics, I'd actually phrase Benton/Carter as "relationship" -- starts out as teacher/student, morphs to mentor/protege; by the end, it's a friendship due to, as @twinkietwin94 wrote, the fact that it lasts to series' end.
M*A*S*H one of my all time fave shows, definitely some great male friendships there

See DCC see what you have brought us to witholding information??? LOL man the rumor mill is rampant and the speculation is amazing. It would be fun if it weren't so annoying be kept in the dark, ok I admit it's fun anyway but man do I wish they'd let out more spoilers this year. And I wish Holly would post something on social media even if it's just an "I love Jamba Juice" pic

I think her immaturity has caused her to make a decision that will kill her career. If she'd stayed on, I think she would have been THE face of the DCC for a few years, which might have opened up other opportunities. But now? She'll be teaching dance in a few years somewhere in Texas and that'll be it.
There are so many other options for dancers besides Broadway, I'm not sure why everyone is focused on it. Besides she is in college and while she clearly loves to dance she may have other aspirations in life. She may have killed her DCC career but other than that unless she was involved in something major illegal I'm sure she'll come out of this just fine.

Did you dance with ShellyB at all? I'm picturing copious amounts of scrunchies, Aquanet and Snackwells. Glad the tribal and floral prints are back in, but the 90s can keep the Snackwells LOL.
When almuni mentor candidates, are they assigned by DCC, or do they just see some girls who need help and volunteer? Glad to have you on board.

I do remember in one season, I think it was one with Vivian in it, where the social media guy came in and told them not to @ the players on social media because to the outside it looks like the girls interacting with players. Maybe that was why things happened to her
The problem I would have with that in this case is he tagged her first. I guess she could have just ignored it but that might be seen as rude as well. I really don't think that's as big as her possibly being in a club she's not old enough to be in socializing with players. Until we here from the DCC powers that be though who knows.

Darker hair and little heavier but still really cute. She replied on the FB post of the deleted scene featuring her saying it was her Senior picture and she wasn't where she wanted to be weight wise but it sounds like she might come back next year or in the next few years.

I'm still wondering how big a performance mistake they would have to make to be pulled from something as special as the HOF, especially as that would mean restructuring routines and kickline? The only performances before HOF were at Oxnard. Were girls ever pulled from performance for other reasons. I ask because we had someone hear that said they saw Holly and Jenna at an 21+ club socializing with players and we all know that's a no no esp as Holly isn't 21 yet. Would fraternization lead to girls being pulled from performances?

How big a mistake? Something obvious that others notice and comment on? Something only Kelly and Judy see? Are talking game days or show group performances?
@ShellyB is it still standard for girls how make performance mistakes to be pulled from the next performance?

I never saw pics of them at the club, I saw pics of them outside a concert that Holly and Jenna posted on their Instagrams. If someone else posted pics I missed them here and any where else.

Growing up around the DCC organization, Dayton must have knocked the test out of the park.

Seriously I've seen rumors that she's dating Zeke, smoking pot with Zeke, that she's pg with Zeke's baby, that she's involved in a criminal investigation. If nothing else someone in the organization needs to contact Holly and tell her to go back to her "I'm so happy" posts on her instagram at least: show her working out, playing with her dogs, lip syncing, her lyft coupon codes, something. The utter silence is not good.

I really like the idea of having so many alumni review the girls and discuss concerns. I wish it were only recent alumni though. I just can't with Tina as we all know the dances are harder now than when the show started much less when Kelli and Tina were on the team. IDK maybe she's paid enough attention to her daughter's dance lessons that she actually knows something or that she only comments on showmanship and appearance, though even that she might want to watch.
