Well hey there Sisters!!!! Cassie was Season 3 and that is my least favorite season to watch. The music is awful and I didn't really like many of the rookies. There were like 3 different Jordan's and the whole series was just meh. And did you know Tia was also a DZ?

Did anyone else notice Holly pushing away her teammates when they came over to console her?

Ooh that's right! I remember hearing about the tornado but never put 2 and 2 together that that's where it was!

I've been rewatching older seasons and maybe this has been answered before but there used to be an indoor practice field that the girls used in earlier seasons. Why did they stop using the indoor one and practice outside (obviously now they have the Star but in VR days)?

That's what I've heard in the past as well. Dance and kick line are both performed twice.

I remember on one of their Instagram stories (I think it was Maddie's) right before auditions Holly said that she was coming back and that Maddie wouldn't let her leave. They used to post videos and stories together all the time so me being nosy wonders if something happened with their friendship.

*waves* Another Kentuckian. I'm from Louisville. KaShara has the cutest accent. I'm still so surprised last year she was rookie of the year.

I haven't re-watched the show yet but it looked like veterans and new girls had separate interviews instead of being a mix? Or was that just the editing?

I'm not entirely sure how to phrase this question lol! Are vets cut at finals thought of "differently" than those who retire? It just seems that those that were cut at finals (and especially those cut during the season) no longer associate with other DCC's. (Of course, this is just my perception from social media). In events that have been shown of alumni (Belk fashion show, breast cancer awareness halftime) it's always girls that have retired in their own time. Does that make sense?? Lol! Kind of like if someone is kicked out of the sorority, you don't associate with that person anymore...

I saw that as well and I think the University of Arkansas tweeted it first, so maybe that's why the news picked it up? Slow news day... Lol!

In the past, the stadium practices have been at the very end. They do rehearsals on the smaller practice fields earlier in the season.

I wonder if Amy was cut because "the field swallowed her" and she was just too little... She's tiny and maybe the field was just too big for her, kind of like Mandy from season 5. She may have had great power and projection in the studio but it wasn't enough for the massive stadium.

Maybe people are questioning Amy and the snoop dog event because Kelsey was able to get out of the performance?? please correct me if I'm wrong! I don't recall seeing Kelsey in the footage! Would k&j turn their noses up at that type of appearance?

If she did give notice and they cut her then I do feel a little bad... but, k&j (to me) seem like DCC needs to be everyone's first priority. They always tell TCC's "you need to make yourself available for blah blah blah." Kelli has said on the show a bunch that the only excused abscense for practice is a death in the family and the girls have to show up if they're sick to sit and watch. Maybe Kyndall should've taken the day off work/take a half day/call in sick so she could meet with Melissa? It's stupid to say that DCC should come before work but that's the mindset that comes across the TV.

If Amy was cut, I do feel bad for her. She and the rest of the girls worked really hard. She made it really far in training camp and that's something to be proud of. I don't feel the same about Kyndal (sp? I can't remember how she spells her name). I really think her not showing up to Melissa's class did her in. A long time ago, Judy said a quote like "if someone gives you a tuna fish sandwich, you pretend to eat it and say thank you." They're very big on being gracious and if someone is offering to help you, you don't turn it down, no matter how pointless and stupid you think it is.

I'm super excited that Kelli is doing so well! She's super cute and seems really sweet. If she does make the team, I wonder if she will be a one hit wonder. She was on the Mav's for a year and then didn't make it back the next year...

Zinc Beauty posted a pic on Instagram of the girls getting their makeovers. Is she their MUA again? I thought they switched to someone else? (I'm helpless with technology otherwise I would share the pic)

If I remember correctly, they had already taken Hannah out of uniform before they cut her. I've always wondered if the girls turn in their practice clothes when they get cut because after they get cut, they always show them getting dressed and putting clothes on, on top of their practice wear.

I think they've said in the past that the vets get their uniforms back for the season once they make it through finals

KaShara is very conservative politically. I'm from Kentucky and she tweeted how proud she was that Matt Bevin (a tea party nut job) was elected governor. Ugh. Ever since then, I just can't like her. She's a great dancer and beautiful but her support of that terrible man just puts me off.

Alex Hermes wore a similar costume (the boxing robe? Lol I have no idea what it's called) for her 1st audition.

I'm not surprised by Kat being cut. As soon as I saw she was doing rhythmic gymnastics again, I was like "ugh! Not again." It's beautiful but K&J want to see that you've improved on your dancing and she just didn't showcase that.

People were responding to Kelli's picture telling her that girl wore the wrong outfit & Melissa rycroft tweeted back saying that girl will never make that mistake again... They must have made a big scene out of it.
