Magnolia Bakery is already taken. It's a pretty famous bakery that started in New York City.

She said on Twitter that you would have to rent the whole house not just a room. Not sure how that will work out in the long run.

I am not seriously thinking of moving to Waco but I was there last month for business. Baylor is definitely what the downtown part of the city revolves around. The Silos are about 5 minutes away from the school. I went a week after it opened and the place was packed. By the way the store is next to the actual silos not in them. I'm not sure what they are planning for the actual silos if anything at all.
