  1. So Dylan’s drinking was addressed later in the series and he simply replied he could handle it. He definitely had a problem with drugs. I hated that Val left but we got Gina. Of course Gina was no Val but she went out of her way to irritate Kelly and Donna and that amused me. Kelly is still a bitch about everything, Dylan returning, Matt’s job, and Gina. We know why she hated Gina. Once Gina started dating Dylan, Kelly started to hate her. Jennie Garth and Tiffani were getting along towards the end of the show, but when Vanessa Marcil came on board, Jennie hated her too. Vanessa also started dating Brian who she has a kid with. Vanessa has said in interviews that the girls on the show didn’t like her.
  2. Tom was played by Carlos Ponce, a famous singer/actor. David had no chance being up against Carlos and Sofie knew it too!
  3. The gang did not know about Val’s abuse...only David. It hard to tell whether they knew or not but it’s definitely confirmed next season.
  4. And Kelly would never do inventory by herself. Anyway the fact that she left the key in a cabinet of narcotics is the main reason why there are rules.
  5. Kelly’s responsibilities are so unrealistic. She would never do inventory on medications, she’s not a nurse. She’s not even a MSW. Plus, she’s the one who should be the most sympathetic and understanding because she’s a wanna be social worker.
  6. I’ve always said the producers missed a good opportunity for Val. She should’ve left...packed her bags, leave, and don’t talk to anyone. It stays like that for the entire summer until the gang goes to Hawaii, which is episode 2 or 3 of season 7. They see her in Hawaii. Of course she goes back to BH with them. I think that would have been better because she would finally leave and prove that she doesn’t need their friendship and of course it would bug the hell out of Brandon because he doesn’t know where Val was for months.
  7. Yes Jennie Garth was indeed pregnant at this point the episode aired. Since it aired in January, I would assume they probably taped the episode Nov/Dec....depending on when they went on hiatus. Luca Bella was born 6/27 so that would put her conception around mid September/ early October.
  8. The actor that played Dick was in the movie Son in Law. He was the bad boyfriend that drugged Pauly Shore and Tiffani's characters. The whole Mark thing is crazy. The actor was supposed to be on the show the entire season but Jennie Garth didn't be like him and told Spelling that he was anti Semitic. That was the end and they had to write him out in a hurry. I don't know if it was more of Garth's dislike and refusal to roll around in bed with him but Kelly and Mark never sleep together either. Kelly kept saying how she wants to wait. When has Kelly waited?
  9. Kelly eventually works at a free clinic next season and it gets so much worse. Tracy was ok...I always liked Susan more, but Tracy was really a seat warmer for Kelly. Tracy was too good for Brandon anyway and he treated her like crap. Sad part was she knew it.
  10. You absolutely have to mention "poor mans" Wesley Snipes that is working as Tony's bodyguard. I swear I think of WS every time I see the McKay/Marchette episodes.
  11. Everyone sucks in this storyline especially Brandon. Brandon has always been intimidated by Dylan's money and the fact that Dylan could really get any girl he wanted. I think Brandon likes drunk, broke Dylan. He likes that Dylan is broke and he's dating his ex that Dylan wants back. Now Dylan isn't competition. Brandon is a complete jerk to Dylan when he needs his friends the most. All of them suck to be honest.
  12. Well here's when Kelly officially hates Val... For really no good reason. She was looking for a reason when she caught her with weed. When she caught her with Dylan, IT WAS A WRAP!!! Val likes Dylan and anyone who is with Dylan is on Kelly's shit list. Kelly's always been posessive when it came to Dylan...even when she wasn't with him.
  13. I think they couldn't have both Brandon and Dylan with facial hair, so they let Luke keep his since he was going for that "I'm too poor to shave" look.
  14. I remember the summer right before season five, there was one of those MTV new break and it was announced that Tiffani was taking over the role of Brenda. I remember talking about it at the time. Of course we later found out they developed a whole new character.
  15. Well we know that David didn't lose his virginity in the limo because he told Donna it wasn't his first time. In an earlier scene, Donna said she was looking all over for him. I always assume he was off with Ariel. I'm sad that the Brenda years are over, but Val really makes up for that. Did anyone ever hear a rumor after SD left that Tiffani was actually going to play Brenda? I swear I saw that on MTV. I wonder if that was something they wanted to do, but later scratched that idea. Believe me, I think Tiffani would have been good as Brenda, but the show really needed a Val. Season five was decent... Val, drunk and druggie Dylan, bitchy Kelly, Ray Pruit, and JONESY!!
  16. One thing that was always consistent was Brenda's bitchiness. She had a sharp tongue and it only came out when she was done wrong. "I always knew you were weak" has to be one of the greatest Brenda digs...at least in the top five. It was time for her to move on and get new friends. They weren't loyal to her. Her friendship with Kelly should've ended in high school. Brandon was even worse. He didn't have her back. He never has her back. I don't care if he was best friends with Steve, he should've kicked his ass the minute he knew Steve was going around spreading that rumor. Steve is a notorious slut shamer too. He did it with Kelly, Brenda, and later Val.
  17. Hey Tara! Get used to that mandolin. It's used for the rest of the series lol.
  18. It's obvious that Andrea is pregnant with Dan Ruben's baby LOL! She's been passing it off as Jesse's. That would have been the better storyline. To my knowledge, I don't believe you mix meth with orange juice, they changed that for the show. Just like they changed the name from Ecstasy to U4EA... And I'm not even going to go into Dylan and David's excellent adventure with flushing the drugs.
  19. I have to say I really liked John Sears. The show needed a jerk and someone to piss of Dylweed, which I liked. I really wished that John wasn't a senior on the show because I would have really liked him to be on 90210 another season and team up with Val. Someone was mad at Gabrielle. I mean, yeah she's shaped like a Hungarian gymnast, but they could've found something decent for her body.
  20. Luke Perry ALWAYS lifted his shirt and rubbed his belly... Scratching and shit. During the infamous "I hate you both scene", Luke spit in the scene while they were walking in the park.
  21. I think we've discussed Gabrielle's pregnancy on another message board a while back, but we came to the conclusion based on when her daughter was born that she was conceived in August. I don't know when the started shooting season four, but Gabrielle was quite possibly very early in her pregnancy.
  22. For years I've been saying... Go to the hotel room!!!! Omg it was so ridiculous. Even more ridiculous that they would feel upset that there was a zero tolerance for alcohol and drugs. Of course there is! There isn't a school is America that doesn't talk about alcohol and drugs at school events.... At my high school, they had to talk about bringing alcohol and drugs TO CLASS! Just do what all HS seniors do and party after the prom.... In someone's hotel room or house. Or you can do what me and my nerd friends did. Have milkshakes at a diner. Who cares? You're not at school and no one cares.
  23. I believe this was Jason Priestly's directorial debut. I bet the writers and the producers have him the shitty script to direct.
  24. Omg I always wished Brenda would've called Rick after this episode. Lol
