I am cracking up at David's not knowing how background checks work. This is clearly the first time either of these amazing parents who do the most have ever tried volunteering. You provide your information to the organization doing the background check and you pass or fail. You don't get to explain that these charges are BS because your ex is a liar or whatever, you either have a conviction that prohibits you from volunteering or you don't.

And she has fully doxxed the lady who bought all the domain names. She's a piece of shit. She put this woman's personal info, family members and some made up shit in pure Jenelle style out there for her fans to pile on. This lady has a GFM for attorney fees to sue Jenelle. Last I heard, they don't allow GFM's for legal so don't know if it's going to stay.
Have you looked at that website? I thought it was funny when she bought all those domain names, but the website turned into a crazy hate site. That woman didn't deserve to be doxxed, but she went hard at Jenelle and kept posting to reddit asking people to do equally awful things to Jenelle.

And another thing, and this is an Am I Crazy or What question: Had I been Andrew, returning to the house with gifts and candy (!) for Amber, knowing that she was in a hittin' mood and owns a machete, I would have left the baby strapped in the carseat until I scoped out conditions inside the house. Would that have been stupid? I mean, did he figure Amber would kill him unless he had James as a shield? Was it unsafe to leave the baby in the driveway? Was there no one he could have called to come sit with James while he went into the house, or better yet, to leave James with during the violence?
Andrew is a great big guy and without having to worry about James in his arms I think he could have restrained Amber without hitting her--he could have pushed her down and sat on her if nothing else. I just don't understand wanting to keep the baby in physical danger the way he did, and I don't even know what kind of emotional damage James suffered at his young age, but seeing his mother try to kill his father can't make for happy memories.
I don't think we need to victim shame him just because he is a man. We saw how Amber went at Gary with Leah there. She might have been doing her usual yelling about beating ass without getting physical and he may have thought he could safely walk the baby to bed when she came at him with a machete. The person to blame here is the person who couldn't not attack her partner while holding a baby. Andrew is a grifter and a loser, but he took steps to put space between himself and the abuser, called 911 and filed for custody ASAP. If he were a woman in this situation we would be saying how brave he was and how smart it was to text 911 instead of call so she didn't know and get madder.

I have no doubt that Andrew is a grifter and was using Amber. But I don't think he literally set ALL of this up. For one, we've SEEN Amber's rage on camera. She's assaulted people before; why wouldn't she do it again? Also, Andrew already WAS sitting around all day, doing nothing, and accessing her money. Why would he need to make up this machete story? It makes no sense. If they split, he can get CS. But he won't have the same unfettered access to her money. I think this is more a case of two idiots, with non-pure motives, rushing into a relationship.
He's a grifter no doubt. IMO he's earned every dime he's spent of Amber's after putting up with her for over a year. He knew she was violent and crazy, but I doubt he really knew how horrible the situation would be once he was living it. The evidence for the case involves a bunch of ring videos which he would have known existed in their home. He didn't make any of this up and the evidence will be there to back it up.

Did they not learn anything the last time?!
Learning would mean accepting guilt or negligence on their part. These dogs will go wherever all the other missing pets go when they become too much to deal with instead of training them or teaching the kids how to act around dogs.

Jenelle is trying to shade Leah now because she doesn't know CPS didn't remove Leah's kids. Throwing others under the bus doesn't make Jenelle look like a more stable parent.

I've quit following her on all sites, not even a nickel into her pocket!
There's also no film of me nodding off in a heroin doze, or using my mother's (stolen) credit card.
Me either. I also don't have film of me being shocked when I didn't show up to work or call in and getting fired or me abusing animals. Guess we really missed out by not being on tv for getting pregnant at 16.

I'm pretty confident if I were on tv no film would exist of me pulling a gun on someone I followed home while my terrified child sat beside me. She can claim editing issues all she wants, that is not how normal parents or humans who don't want to get shot behave.

I keep hearing this, when did she say that? I'm dying to see it so I can laugh and laugh and laugh.
Speaking of laughing I'm getting a kick out of the ducks faces. Those ducks have seen things!
And holy long legs Maryssa!
It came up on a reunion special. Season 7 reunion, I believe part 2. Nathan is the one who brings up David having seen a pic and being mad. They cut to David's face backstage and he is MAD.

Jenelle's house was spotless? We all see what she posts to social media, that house hasn't been spotless since they moved in.

Thanks @druzy for posting the affidavit! It was quite the read!
At the end of the day, Amber was in the wrong, plain and simple. There’s no arguing against it.
After reading the affidavit, I have some questions that I’d love to know the answers to.
Amber had a machete to keep her safe because she had heard gunshots in her neighborhood. (Insert “bring knife to a gunfight” joke here.)
THIS is the level of stupidity the state of Indiana has to deal with. No offense to the logical and intelligent Hoosiers!
Additionally, neither one of them has a key to the front door? I know there are many places where lots of people don’t lock their doors, but just stay with me for a minute.
Every bit of footage from the house has always shown that both cars are parked in the driveway.
If there was a garage door opener in the car, Andrew could have opened the garage and gone into the house that way. Instead, he stood outside and knocked on the front door.
Which leads me to ask the following question:
Every single time they left their house, the front door was unlocked? The house where Amber resides. In a neighborhood where “gun shots had been heard” and Amber “decided she needed a machete for protection.” They leave the front door unlocked when they’re not home? Who does that?!?!
Sure. Because that makes total sense.
I bet Gary and Kristina were thrilled to have learned about that fun fact!
As awful as it might be, I’m going to say it: When Andrew drove around for three hours, Amber didn’t answer her phone at all. Am I the only one who thinks he was hoping she killed herself? If you loved someone and knew they had threatened to take their life before, if they weren’t picking up, why wouldn’t you call the police and request a welfare check OR go home and see that they were still alive?
I don’t believe the possibility that she could have fallen asleep, gave herself a three hour sponge bath or any other normal scenario where one wouldn’t hear their phone ring. Every parent I know, especially those who co-parent, leaves their ringer on 24 hours a day, just in case. Amber’s phone battery could have died, which is why Andrew didn’t know it was in the car.
I’m not victim blaming, but it’s becoming much more clear to me how truly odd he is. My first glimpse into his awful decision making was the fact that he fell for Amber during MBC. For those of you who watched, you know exactly what I mean.
It just don’t make no damn sense.
I've been thinking about that front door. I imagine they use the garage and keep the front door locked. They probably either use the garage auto door instead of a key and Amber locked the inner door during the fight but it does not have a door bell or knocker so Andrew had to go to the front door which they don't have a key to so she could hear him.

Amber bought the machete after hearing a gunshot? She really thinks she is going to defend herself with a machete against a gun? She can't have a baseball bat like everyone else?

As you do.
All unstable felons with violent tendencies keep machetes. It makes perfect sense to keep a machete in a home with a 1 year old. I have 3 of them.

Their relationship is actually stronger now because of this. Thank god Nugget didn’t die in vain. 🙄
Dude, it was almost a week. How is she supposed to go that long without touching someone's skin?

I think she did. If Jenelle were pregnant now, I don't think they'd even be pretending to try and get their kids back. Jenelle would say the stress of appearing in court was too hard while she was pregnant, and they've got a replacement kid in the works anyways. I think Jenelle hates kids and is secretly happy to not have any at the moment or in the near future. I do not get the impression she ever wanted to be a mom, and she probably thought once she had Ensley and married David any more children were superfluous.
I'm with you on this. They tried to claim David's vitiligo as a disability preventing him from paying child support. If that were a baby she would be claiming a million different ailments related to it with the court. The visible Spanx makes me think she knows she's gained weight and is trying to fit into something in her closet.

I do not see the need in a 7000 sq foot house. It looks like nothing special to me and there is no fucking way I would saddle myself with the taxes for that house. Why does she need land? Is she taking after Catelynn and getting horses? Wtf is wrong with these people? Save your fucking money, do not blow it on a newer bigger house. Like wtf. And I wasn't impressed with this house.
It's a dud of a house. It has the impressive square footage and driveway and tasteful pool but is in all other ways very cheaply done and tacky. It looks like something a wealthy 70 year old couple would have considered top of the line in 1990. She is going to spend $100k on fixing all the parts she doesn't like. She's going to pay $7k in taxes, $2-3k a month in landscaping and housekeeping and pool maintenance on a property that size and she still has to pay for furniture and utilities. Caitlynn can sell a horse, Kail is going to lose everything with this home and the $200k she spent to remodel the last home.

How much is Kail going to spend to remodel this house? No way is she keeping the gold fixtures or tile in most of the bathrooms. She spent $200k on the last home's remodel and this is much much bigger and the parts that need remodeling are a lot worse IMO.

I'm sure they wouldn't agree to a Friday or Saturday visit, that would interfere with their "business meetings".
Those "business meetings" can only happen on the weekends when all legitimate business meetings occur. It is not Jenelle and David's fault you can only conduct fake business after 5 on a Friday.

Wow, could she be more tone deaf? I think this is all the evidence we need to conclude that Jenelle has no interest in getting her kids back, and may be intentionally sabotaging any move to get them back.
I truly wish we could hear the responses of her legal counsel and the judge every time she posts one of these Happy Family minus the kids posts.

I want to know how Jenelle and David didn't lose custody of their kids sooner if they were regularly calling 911 on each other.
I don't think they were allowing the police in the home or around the kids. Based on what we've seen they like calling to threaten the person (Babs, Doris, etc) and the police show and interview them, decide nothing is going on and leave or they refuse to press charges and the police go home.
-
I do not understand about the 911 call for a locked car. It was at their own home which would be where any normal adult would have a backup set of keys. They don't work so it's not like the backup set are at work. If you make over six figures and can't figure out how to buy and store extra keys you suck at the most basic level of adulting.

Jenelle: Birther Of 3, Mother To None
in Teen Mom 2
Meetings huh? Looks like a visit to a lawyer for one of her many legal cases.
