It used to be cool to say "hella" in CA in the 90's some people who were young adults from that era still say it

ex: Gwen Stafani in her song "Hella Good"

Maybe Wendy thinks she's being funny

I probably didn't use the right spelling to convey what it sounds like. You'd have to hear it. Maybe Helluh(abrupt stop, accent on second syllable)? Anyway she's using the pronunciation when saying hello, and generally references Adele's song when doing so. Weird.

What's with the constant use of "hella" since the release of Adele's song "Hello"? Not once in that song does Adele pronounce it that way. Am I missing something?
