I just finished binge watching today. It took ten days to do it. I was hooked but disgusted and annoyed at most of the characters. But, I love Peter Krause and Jeremy Sisco.

Given that this is a Bear Grylls show I'm naturally skeptical of how "real" anything is. I think I've already spotted some fakery because the premise is that the cast is doing all the filming themselves, yet the three who went to the beach all went into the ocean and someone was filming them, so who was it?

Turns out that 4 of the 14 are embedded crew. Rick Smith is a shooter. Graham Sheldon is a producer and camera man. Benji Lanpher (not sure). Matthew Getz is a producer/shooter. Having experienced crew and producers on board explains why some of the segments are prototypical reality show clips.

Wow, Taylor was a pain in the butt ! At 25, he knew everything. Guess that didn't work out too well for him.
