Yes, they do allow people to be self employed.
When someone is self employed, they allow them to submit their own accountings of earnings.
What she said. Remember, Jill Duggar found out she had "income" for years from the show only after she needed help with medical bills. I can see Jill R "helping" her kids with their taxes so they can have "income" and keep getting SNAP.

AndKaylee might not be on benefits because Jonathan has a job with benefits. Although they may qualify for WIC.

Yes. Stephanie was deliberating choosing long term relationships with people who were not available so she could say "well I'm bored, they aren't around, I can cheat." Instead of going "Oh hey, I'm not cut out for monogamy, so maybe I shouldn't do committed relationships." But she darn for sure didn't want to be called a serial cheater, because she was just ... bored.
The Frozen Guy just needed excitement in his life. But yeah, life is boring most of the time (although I am trying to figure out how an overnight ER nurse doesn't have plenty of excitement and looks forward to peace and quiet at home). But the solution is not to go on a website to find other women, its talk to your wife about what you can BOTH do to make life less boring. Get a hobby, ride motorcycles, go rock climbing, anything. Its not like the only choices are "Bored in Marriage" or "Cheat."
Oh and 100% Lowell was cheating on his wife.

That's me. My husband does not understand it. Especially in winter, "you're wearing a sweatshirt and will have a coat on, no one will know." He doesn't get that the bra is not just for coverage.
On the other hand, he is an indoor/outdoor sneaker person while I am barefoot in the house as soon as its warm enough. When its cool I wear slippers. I will even go out on the deck barefoot, although the number of times I have had to hop around because of how hot the boards were is a non-zero number.

You notice Heidi's mom thanked him nicely without making it all about her.
And those "ingredients" were definitely a shot across the bow by Tim. He's finally seeing how absolute dysfunctional his upbringing was.

These are the worst tributes yet.
1. Looks like they are sisters -- no no one thinks that.
2. You feed us and care for us -- only when pics for social media are needed.
3. You spend so much time on our schooling - when? She's always on vacation.
3. Everyone picks on and that's so unfair -- Jill is reading the comments again.
It's like she went through this forum and decided to address each one through a "tribute" from one of her daughters. This is not normal behavior.

I had read about this incident so the story was a must see. I was a kid too when it happened but I don't remember hearing about it at the time.
Those poor kids. And the parents not knowing what happened to their kids. the kidnappers were just bored rich kids whose parents finally said no so they behaved poorly. Where have we heard that before?
Not suprised those kids still carry the trauma. You've just been stuck in a hole in the dark, then you are free and you want to see your parents but reporters are shoving microphones in your face. Nowdays, they keep reporters back and ASK if anyone wants to talk to the media. Even for adults. Remember when those men were rescued from the mine in Pennyslvania after several days. They were asked if it was okay to film them coming up, they all said yes. But asking shows it was an option to keep the media away.

Give it time, until he started spending time with Heidi's family, the only adult examples he had was his parents. For most, if not all of his life, his dad was devoted to the full-time "ministry" and his mom to the grift. He's never seen someone get up and got to work each day.

P.S. Jill the "Mrs." isn't a real degree. It was a way to put down the women who only went to college to get a husband instead of an education to support themselves.

Ooooh, Heidi's family has shown him you can have fun, have a close family and not have to perform on camera to keep a crazy woman happy. I think Heidi's family is genuinely close but the Rods are just together all the time but have been taught to compete for Mamma's affection. Tim still is probably a Dog Botherer but he is learning so much about how the rest of the world really works from her family. Mahmo must be incandescent that one of her "blessings" is actually thinking for himself and not just catering to her every whim.
