  1. I read through the long anticipation spoiler thread, but only really noted a couple of the ladies that made it or not. Must say they did a good job tonight of making me interested in a bunch of the girls who I didn't recognize, particularly those with fantastic educational backgrounds (love that). Not sure whether to spoil myself to find out if they make it or not.
  2. Yes, I think that is the case. She was with the Colts a long time and they've been extremely supportive as well. http://coltsroundup.com/2015/07/colts-cheerleaders-rally-around-tessa-david/ ETA: This link was the first time I personally saw this account of her ordeal: “In the shower, I got dizzy. I got out and my arm was numb. Pure numbness. I made my way to my room and I fell down on the floor. I had a headache, an intense headache. I tried to get up to my bed and I got in. I couldn’t speak. For 36 hours, I laid there. I was dying.” Beyond frightening, to say the least.
  3. Well now that's interesting. I got my Master's there (I grew up in Kentucky). Hope she's one of the ones that actually gets some air time to see if she has the trademark accent. :)
  4. Carla definitely doesn't belong in that list. Aside from the fact that she had no business making training camp because she couldn't dance and thought Michelle Obama was the democratic nominee, her pictures were explicit (not just suggestive). Other than her though, I'm willing to give a pass to any of the others. Let's face it, DCC wear skimpy clothes and take suggestive shots.
  5. They've done just about everything from putting it on the big screen at the stadium to waiting to tell them as they walked up to the photo. I guess maybe they haven't tried sky writing yet. ;)
  6. I can see where you say that. Certainly a fantastic shot. So much for, as Kitty put it, 'your hair sucks'. ;) I've always thought she was really pretty (MK too obviously).
  7. Taylor had a pretty good bra stuff as I recall. ;)
  8. I will miss Miss Schram. She was one of the best and one of my personal favorites. :)
  9. Maybe it's just me, but what pulls up for me on that link has nothing to do with DCC. ;)
  10. Yes, but it is inaccurate. Being enrolled in college does not make you a college graduate. I do fully understand that it is possible it might have been a misquote from the reporter, however. But if Kelli actually said that full quote, it is inaccurate and misleading. I frankly am hoping someone will confirm it was just a misquote. As it sounds, they are all graduates, post-graduates, or working on post-grad degrees.
  11. First time poster...been a lurker for a year or so and love this board, and hope this first post doesn't come off poorly, but it caught my attention too much not to inquire. I found this quote from Kelli in the above linked article impossible to believe: "All of our cheerleaders have their bachelor’s degrees and 10 have their master’s degree" How is that possible with girls making the team fresh out of high school? For instance, I know Breelan was 18 and fresh out of high school when she first tried last season, 19 when she made it this season, and that's only one example. Not a knock on any of the girls, but you get your bachelor's when you are 22-24 in most cases with full course loads. I agree there is an often poor and unfair stereotype towards cheerleaders, but assuming common sense applies here and several do not have their bachelor's yet, Kelli mis-representing doesn't help. Anyway, love the board, love the show, love the team.
