Ok, there is something so annoying about someone who is perpetually happy and smiley !

She’s likable and I like her show, but I wonder if TPTB are telling her to be happy happy happy all the time ! Ugh

Agree.  I read she was signed for extended multiple contracts so she will be around for awhile. She is very cute and nice and I like her husband too but a few shows back when she bent down by the cake she prepared and winked I was almost done. I feel Food Network is trying to draw in more Millinials with her. She just needs to tone it down a bit.

John Henson is the best out of all the hosts they've ever had on any of the holiday baking competitions on the Food Network.  There, I said it!  Fight me!

    No argument from me.

I don't usually notice John or the previous hosts tasting the dessert results along with the Judges but he was really digging in on the German Chocolate Cake.

  3. The Chicago hot dog meatloaf was pretty unappetizing to me. The mustard glaze on the top was enough but she kept glopping stuff on top of it.

The sprinkles on every dessert is too much but she would be crazy if she doesn't brand her own line of sprinkles.

    liked her dad.

  4. Aw Jamie - Beth came into the barn to purposely insult and threaten you - you had a pitchfork and horse shit at your disposal and didn't use either of them. Disappointing.

Funny when Jaime assumed his brother and father were driving him to the "train station."

  5. That race car bed. Yuck. While I realize a lot of little boys would like it,those tires would smell.

Also the house looked to almost sit on that street. I also think I spotted a school across the street. During school hours the traffic would be awful.

  6. Yeah Jamie killed to protect his father and in return gets told to kill himself twice. At least people are being nice to him in the bunkhouse.

Can't figure out why John gave his bedroom to Jayce and Monica and he moved to the foreman's bunkhouse.

Aw Rip you arrived at Beth's overdue beating too soon and saved her.

I am getting this feeling of doom about the grandson and his new horse.

  7. Also in the makes no sense department - why would a savvy reporter, knowing what she does about the Duttons, meet a Dutton, even the wussy one, on a desolate road in the middle of nowhere.

Something had to happen to Avery. She and Jimmy were tight and I don't think she would leave without saying something to him.

The upcoming war between Beth and the "bolo" boys should be interesting.

  8. Jaime said he had no choice and John said he had a choice and he could have jumped in the river.

The girl ranch hand left or did they kill her too? No explanation there.

At least no Beth tonight. Thank heaven for small favors.

That makes two children that have murdered someone.

I never miss it. I think it's hilarious. Nanny Faye cracks me up and Chase's relationship with her is so sweet.

It's the " reality" show I watch because they make me laugh. I especially enjoy Nanny and Chase's loving relationship also. That Chloe is a living doll.

I loved how the firehouse turned out.    I think their decision to keep the first floor for their office, and rent out the 3 bed/2 bath upstairs for short term rentals will be very successful.

Luke's new daughter was so adorable!

First time I watched and I did enjoy it. Still laughing about the dog in the seatbelt. HGTV has caused me to loathe the Gaines. I won't be watching their new network.

I wish HGTV would bring back some staging shows. I loved those.

Agree about the unfinished porch railing, the back splash, dangerous railing and leather shelves.

Karen in the wolf hat and paws - well I was just embarrassed for her. Does HGTV think every show like this needs its own silly version of Chip Gaines?

I like this show. I will usually watch anything other than Fixer Upper which it seems runs 20 hours a day.

I know I've forgotten a lot from the first season, but was it ever explained why Yellow Bangs likes to torture her brother?  This rivalry is annoying now, and I wish one would just kill the other and end it.

I enjoy the show until she is on screen. Loathsome creature.

I started choke-laughing when Karen got stuck in the heater vent. Girl's got some serious back tattoos!

Karen and Mina: "We'll refinish the floors; that's within our expertise level and it'll save some money." Flash to someone else refinishing the floors. Best intentions go astray, ladies!

I read a recent interview with Karen and when asked what would surprise most people about her she responded that she had a tattoo that started at her neck and covered her back to the middle of her thighs.
