I ask myself, why would Jill even post such disgustingly sad pictures? Is she trolling us? Does she not see the mess? Does she not care? My best quess is this is Jill's normal.

I remember an episode of a hoarders show where the woman grew up in a hoarding situation and continued that in her adult home. She was shocked to find out that "people don't live like this". Until that ah-hah moment hoarding was the norm to this woman.

Growing up so sheltered and cut off from the outside world, all the Duggar kids have no point of reference for what is normal. I don't believe for a minute that the TTH was as clean and organized as they presented on TV. It wouldnt surprise me to find out a cleaning crew would come in advance of the cameras filming and scrub down the place. The objective was to present the Duggars as a wholesome large Christian family not present the family as they really lived.

I'm not a neat freak by any stretch of the imagination but the inside of Jill's car just made my skin crawl. The grime on Iz's car seat and in the cup holders is particularly disgusting.

What irritates me is how Jill's hair in always in front of the clothes she's modeling. Stupid, I'm not buying your hair, I'm buying the clothes, ergo, I want to see the clothes. For someone born into real estate Boob has repeatedly broken every basic rule of real estate and home flipping. For example:

1. Location, location, location (umm, TTH across from a garbage dump, mold house backing a major highway, $1.8 mil house in Springdale)

2. Get in and get out fast. A vacant property isn't making any money plus you have carrying costs and the threat of vandalism (Boob has been sitting on this proberty since 2014.)

3. Don't renovate to your tastes. Renovate to market you hope to attract ( 4 kitchens, 9 baths, 4 bedrooms??)

4. Base your upgrades on the competition and area.

Thinking like Dim Boob (god help me), I see plenty of lawn to park cars on. Seriously, when have the Duggers ever cared about the beautification or curb appeal of a property. Just look at the TTH, Smugs place or the mold house. Their houses look like they just fell from the sky onto a dirt plot.

What a truly bizarre property. It's as if someone told Dim Boob that kitchens and bathrooms sell houses and he thought, 'well then, I'm going to cram as many of those in my house as possible and get top dollar'. 

Kidding aside, my first thought when I saw that property was a cult compound or religious retreat. The four bedrooms could be dorm rooms or meeting rooms. The other possiblity is an unofficial event space. We know from past experience that the Dugs could care less about zoning laws and permits (cough...car lot...cough). The bedrooms could be used as offices for the staff managers and the ginormous open spaces for weddings, etc.

Is Smuggar's farm house off the market? I think the house is in Siloam Springs but I no longer see the listing for it. I can't believe it would sell that fast given the asking price verses other properties in the area. It's not listed for rent either.
