  1. Just speaking candidly as a guy: I genuinely would not give a shit whether my future wife took my last name or not. It's a non-issue unless one really wants to. In Latin America where my ancestry is, we hyphenate the names.

Yeah, I don't think Anthony is handsome at all. He's doughy and out of shape, too. Ashley is very beautiful, he is out of his league looks wise but she doesn't seem to care so that's a good thing.

Cody needs a nice, cute, shy little country girl. Nothing wrong with that, he just needs someone that he feels comfortable with and Danielle is not it. What could these two possibly have in common? Besides she not only is older than him, she looks older, unlike Nate and Sheila. Sheila is older than Nate but doesn't look it. Anyway, I hope Danielle doesn't keep harping on with her needing a manly man bullshit. Enough, already!

Nate is a total douche but I hope we don't have to see Sheila crying every episode. She is very damaged and he just wants to have fun, fun, fun. Grow up, rental car manager dude!

Yes, yes, yes. If there were a Married at First Sight: In A Minnesota Far, Far Away where he could be with some blonde country girl from Minnesota, he would be it. He could be the non-twat Chris Soules.

  3. HOLY fucking shit, Nate.

Nate, you ingrate piece of sh8. How did he get this far? Did he bribe the show? Offer to fuck someone? My goodness. It's like watching a law school flunk-out argue at the Supreme Court.

Ashley and Anthony will make it. They're like Jason & Cortney or Zoe and the other guy from the Australian version.

    Cody and Danielle... ehh.

Lol at "having my brother live with us should be no big deal". Do we think the experts considered this before matching Nate and Sheila together?

Same show that said "we paired them because they'd be sexy together". They don't think things through.

After watching the first episode of this, I had to make a log-in name here just to snark on the awfulness of Dustin. He seems so immature but the fact that his wife puts up with him makes her look like a loser herself. When they showed that preview for the full season at the end and Kelsey said to Jaclyn something like Dustin doesn't care about you, it almost looked like Jaclyn thought Kelsey was trying to break them up & get with her man & then they cut to what looked like her in a wedding dress and him in his military uniform getting married.

Side note: right now I am in love with Tony and can see him doing no wrong.

Dustin is an immature fuck. If this is how he thinks of marriage, a) he's probably cheated before. B) He's not ready for marriage.

I was coming just to write the same thing about Dustin.  I had to rewind it.  Did he say he didn't go to her room because there was another man in there?  No wonder his wife looks like she's getting ready to cry at any given notice.  And every time they show the preview where she's crying black mascara tears, the first time I saw it, I thought it was blood.  Don't know why I did, but I did.

Aaron's (the personal trainer) wife is very pretty.  Can't remember her name.  Heather?

I wonder how the couples from last season are doing these days?

Rachel and CJ are divorced. I don't know about the other two.

That Corrine is something else.  She DOES come off as a dumb blonde, but she claims to run a multi million dollar company?  What, is it a hooker farm or porn company?

Something as weird as her - which means it's probably meth or something, IDK.

Couple moving to Costa Rica - what the hell does having celiac disease have to do with needing a big kitchen? The 1st kitchen was too small because she needed to prepare meals because of her celiac disease. It had a stove, refrigerator, and sink. Put in a table you nut. And the airplane bathroom in another place - don't get me started. She was super annoying.

Also this has to be said: Have a fucking plan or job lined up BEFORE you move countries.

YAY no Derek and Heather!  Finally!!!

I'm sure Sonia has directly confronted Nick about his outburst but I wonder why they haven't shown it. Every conversation they've shown she beats around the bush.

The dress Sonia wore to the dinner...no, just no.  The top was sexy but it was too tight around the knees and made her hips look huge.  Then the shoes cutting her legs off at the ankles didn't help her calves look good either.  Still, it was better than the frickin' hoodie and t-shirt Nick wore.  Nothing about that guy shows he's making any true effort.

Tom's bus doesn't have a/c...in Florida...and all the windows were closed.  I felt a little motion sick just watching it on tv and for once I didn't think Lily was overreacting when she complained.  I think Tom and Lily will stay together but I don't know for how long.  The bottom line is he seems to prefer a very bohemian lifestyle while she seems to prefer more refinement.

    One. More. Week.

Proves that the "experts", even with 2 new ones, still don't know jack about matching people. A flaming bag of shit could do a better job.

What was up with that outfit? Who dresses like that when a friend comes over? Her friend is in jeans and a tank top and Heather looks like she is wearing her wedding night negligee.

I sure do hope Sonia doesn't decide to stay with Nick. He never speaks about how he wants to care for or about his wife. Instead he says things like, "I just want to come home and joke around."  Mr. Chips and I have been married a very long time. We enjoy joking around but the real commitment comes from our desires to nurture one another even when life isn't fun. Tom and Lillie have a better grasp on that. (Yet, I don't see them lasting either. I think she will tire of his free spirit.)

She dressed like she wanted to fuck her friend! What's up with that?

Argh! Just get this Heather and Derek crap over with! Yes or no! Just say it, it's not that hard! Derek looked stoned to me when he was talking to the pastor, I think he's still smoking 'it'.

    I totally agree with this.^^^^^^

And isn't Lily 24 years old? She's got plenty of time to have kids.

Indeed. We aren't one of those species who can only mate once than die, dang it.

Derek and Heather will clearly implode first so let's get started!!! Heather is not as great as she thinks she is and she deserves the bad press she's getting from the viewers. Derek does have some immature qualities but he speaks about his emotional state very well and I appreciate that. He needed a much more easy going gal, not what he got. Heather is a stewardess and many that I've known are similar to Heather, looks oriented. Her job values her similarly on her looks.

Sonia and Nick are also going to have some trouble down the road as well. Nick isn't the most aggressive male and Sonia is overly emotional so you know that will be a trouble source.

Tom and Lillian seem to have the healthiest of the marriages but I'm unsure if their physical connection can carry them to long lasting love.

This show overall will end in disaster in most cases, part of the fun in watching. Most of these people are far too young in my opinion to have to go this far to secure a partner that is husband material so their desperation for marriage is their undoing in the end. I personally would never entertain this personally regardless of money. Successful relationships in most cases can't be built like this. More time is needed and part of the cycle of marriage is dating and engagement and they miss these two important phases and it makes success here very difficult, but the calamity is what brings us here!!

I agree. You can count the number of actual superstars that came from American Idol on a hand. This show, when everything is said and done, will end up the same way. Maybe they need to not have legal marriages and save the license for when the experiment ends and they truly feel ready.

I knew the instant she said "No, that's OK" that she was self-conscious about her weight. I think she looks fine (I've said before that I think she's the prettiest of the three), but she's not a waif and I just knew she was feeling iffy about that. I was really surprised that Nick didn't pick up on that - when he said maybe the issue was her dress, I was like "Oh come on, dude." I'm glad he respected her wish.

I actually think there's potential with Nick - the way he was showing her how to iron was sweet. "You're not going to hurt it!" (I HATE to iron. I know how, but I just don't do it. My mother also loathes ironing; we joke that it's genetic. So marrying a man who didn't mind doing it would be a nice catch.) But he comes across as kind of clueless about women. I'm guessing that by the time he's comfortable enough with a woman to make a move, he's in the friend zone.

If Heather doesn't want a smoker, she should have said so. (I would have. Deal breaker. I don't want to get close to smokers; kissing a smoker tastes nasty.) It seems like Derek smokes regularly but not a large quantity, but Heather is OK with "smokes once a month or less." That's going to be a problem. It looks like they get into it next week.

Tom and Lily were a little much. I was surprised they didn't have sex, frankly. I doubt they'll wait much longer.

For a show that has been two seasons of colossal failure, I agree. Nick and Sonia could really successful. They could all be, really. This is the first time it can actually be said in 2 years!

On a scale of 1-9... Chad's mean, crazy, drunken, murder-y antics were an 11.    I thought I'd be entertained by him, but he needs psychiatric help.

    Or an exorcist.

No joke, if Chad ever killed someone, I wouldn't be surprised.
