  1. I've been waiting to see your reaction to "Pitch", and when I saw this article come up here, I said "I bet Sarah wrote this one" as I clicked on it. I'm not watching it right now since the Tigers are playing pretty much a must-win game against the Twins as I type this, but I'm even more willing to give it a chance, now. I'm curious now if you've read "Throw Like a Woman" by Susan Patrone. It has a very different protagonist and a somewhat less-than-believable premise (Think "The Rookie", but with a mom) and it suffers from some of the same issues you mention here. But I fell in love with the character and enjoyed it in the same "I want to see myself in this game" way that you talk about here.
  2. I may need to check this out! My husband and I haven't made the commitment to Prime yet, but I very much want to watch the show.
  3. My husband and I watched this last night and laughed so hard we cried. Munchma Quchi will never stop being funny.
  4. I'm glad I'm not the only one who has some questions (especially at this point) about whether or not her switching teams felt believable. It never as true to me as I wanted it to and I don't know if that's because I never really liked Tara (I found Amber Benson to be a pretty weak actress, overall). The later knowledge that it wasn't ever supposed to happen in the first place doesn't help, either, though it does explain some things. (Everything that happened with Willow later, including Tara getting shot, was all supposed to happen . . . just with Oz. )
