Wow, this seaon it turning out to be great actually... The legs are getting more and more difficult (totally wasnt expecting producers to take to hard on this group). If wasnt for Zach and Rachel bad decion on the first roadblock, they would be in and we would be spared of Brodie ( aka the Achilles' heel from his team) screams. Its hard to see legs that relies so much in body strenghts and you have just one person in disavantage. But it was a ballanced leg, the second roadblock actually requires other skills. Finally U-Turn is next leg, hope the teams dont shy away from this just to look good for their fans/friends. Totally cheering for Burnie and Ashey (to at least win the las leg). They are the most ballanced team. So good to see couple being able to run all these legs, with such stress without go nasty on each other right?!! (honorable mention do Zach and Rachel too).

Well, I think most of us expected a few weeks ago a top 3 with Acid Betty, Thorgy and Bob right and well... In the end, Thorgy defeated herself tho, all her thought process got in the way of the fun she could have bring. Once the song started I was 110% sure Chi Chi would kill it, the song was made for her/she was pretty much in dress-character for that song. The real shock? Naomi´s from last week wasnt a fluke. Nailed the runway again plus actually made of the best videos/managed to be funny without lose herself. It might be a finale between the absolutely favorite Bob against a dark horse maybe? Pretty much. If we pay attention to the song choice for the SFYL we can know from the get go most of the times whos supose to stay and whos supose to go. But yep, every competition reality show has part of script and part of competition. Drag race is waay more script and just a little bit of a competition. So its a matter of enjoy it as the way it is.

Great leg (FINALLY THEY ARE DRIVING THEMSELVES!!!! This season is beaten last season already just because of this). Actually, for being such a hard leg, its shouldnt be a NEL ( Cole and Shelly should get a decent Speed Bump next leg). This season started with some very easy legs (was expecting them to make things too easy for this people) but leg after leg, we are getting more and more of what makes Amazing Race so good and its getting harder, so I hope they keep the trend. Glad at least the Express Pass is finally gone, so maybe we can get rid of the annoyning Brodie at some point? Specially now with a couple team waking up to the competition.

Oh well, the competion went down in the last couple weeks.. Chi Chi, Robbie, Derrick and Bob all should be in the bottom (ok, I would give Bob a pass, but none of the other three should be safe). Naomi and Kim Chi were the only ones that gave us exciting looks (Thorgy is getting stucked in the middle). And well, I know shes nice, people like her, but Chi Chi cried a few weeks ago on how she doesnt have the same expensive clothes the other queens have, now this week, were they are in the same field of have to build something from zero, she just gets lazy and still give us the most poor look out on the runway?! Sorry, its not a money issue anymore. And I was totally expecting Ru to announce someone to return at this point (I would totally have Betty over three of this queens), but seems we not gonna have a extra week. From the three worst this week, Robbie was actually the least worst and if there is a need of only two queens in the bottom, he should have be called safe.

They would have take a penalty for sure. And I understand Tyler freakout. it wasnt just about lose his clothes and stuff in a regular situation, it was about lose his possessions from the race *maybe even his passport was there* when they were just behind the other team running to not finish last. It was a freak out on ´´OMG, this will be the last nail in our coffin ``.

Well, Tyler and Corey losing points with me for give up so easily on the detour ( I was afraid at the beginning of the season that most of these teams wouldnt give enough on the race since they dont need the money as much as the regular racers and just want more exposure, but they surprised me until now.. At least, at the end, seems they still care about the race). Kudos for Zach and Rachel & Burnie and Ashley this leg, they are growing on me. Yess, like he couldnt even hug her when she was crying over the oil change.. In other hand, at the same time Sheri and Scott are really troopers, you can see a bit of the origin of the problem on the way they treat/overprotect their kids (Sheri during the detour, how she was ´´sorry, carefull baby`` all the time). At the end, they just want the best for their kids and as grow up they should realize when its their time to take charge of things, but its a little warn on parenting.

In some way, yes, she will! Not that other queens with great looks will have free pass if they do poor job on challenges (that most of the times counts more that the runway look). But if she knows that she has limitations towards her looks, she can´t afford to have such a lazy/whatever attitude on group challenges and hope to get away with excuses. Being right or wrong, she was a weak/defeated team player from the beginning of the challenge. The show can´t have double standards based on how much money this queens have, and is season 8, you know what you´re getting yourself, so don´t play excuses.

Glad that Chi Chi was called out already on play the victim! I get, shes comming from a hard life, but you can´t come so defeated from the beginning of the challenge and play the I´m Poor card once you dont delivery. Its important to have your backstory so people can relate to you, but dont use it as a excuse anymore, this is a entertaning show/business, you dont want people to feel sorry for you and give you free pass (get out of the mindset that you need to win this more than others cause the money). Poor Naysha, she just couldnt stand out enough, specially on this group, so no surprise on her going home. Loved some of the runway looks. As far on editing and stand ou personalities, I can see Bob, Acid Betty, Thorgy and one more queen (maybe Kim Chi, not sure.. ) as the final 4..

You know when you have waaaay unbalanced tasks when all the teams that chooses task X pass the ones that choose task Y, even if they are way behind. Thats why I couldnt cheer for Cameron and Darius, they already got luck to have that chance to move up and still.. (also by the fact that they are very incompetent racers and wouldnt last longer). Really, producers should check bette these tasks, cause 2 out of three legs with unbalanced tasks.

After the bad taste left in our mouths on last week outcome, this week the outcome was a sweet karma pie. Lmao, Justin was so obnoxious that he even got rid of Logan and Chris taxis driver (the guy probably thought that they would be as cheap and annoying like him, so Logan and Chris didnt even had the chance to negociate with the guy). Anyway, they wouldnt win either way, they never would pass Kelsey and Joey on those memory tasks... And also, seems like Justin and Diana did the last task almost with the same time that Kelsey and Joey, we only saw their first mistake being pointed cause it was at the same time that Kelsey and Joey finished their, but they probably had more issues (if you pay attention you can see some lazy job they did while focusing on catching up/on what Kelsey and Joey was doing), so it probably wasnt a perfect job in the task like Justin always think it will be. Very glad this last leg didnt involved any task that Diana had to perform by herself otherwise he would forget the huge mistake with the taxi and complain on how much faster/he would nail the task (the issues they had in the last task were probably from him, since even him admitted that Diana was good at build stuff and we didnt heard him complainning on her). On next season, yes, I would want the self driving back, but with those stupid youtubers in the cast, I think they would run the risk of all teams getting lost/not finishing the leg.

Finally a leg with some suspense (see what happens when a team doesnt haven a big lead right at the beginning of the leg?), unfortunatelly with a disappointing closure. Lmao at Justin saying that last challenge was perfect designed for HIM! He did this once before, seems like everytime theres a potential for DIana do struggle a bit (I mean a potential cause at the end she got the fish really fast) he has to mention how much better he would have done the challenge.

I dont blame the lack of bunching cause I agree that they can be really unfair (I agree with the little bunching with the order that teams should start a task tho, making some leads smaller).. The problem this season is the totally lack of self navigation (it should be one of the main skills to be tested on the race) and the linear legs/tasks.. It all leaves little room for mistakes. On top of that, they give a extra u-turn so easy to reach that once again, the green team had a great advantage to get there first. And I´m with you guys saying that Justin is acting a bit.. Now that he has a clear lead for legs, with no competition around him, that hes able to enjoy the race (not saying hes a bad person/hes all fake, just saying hes forcing things for the camera and hes only able to show this good side of him cause hes running the last few legs by his own).

One of Texas boys joked about Justin run his own race saying that he probably hired Phil too.. But I would go further and say that he paid CBS to broadcast his race, cause for now, thats what we see each week.

I actually enjoyed this season finale alot. Yep, the season was weak (meh challenges, questionable elimination order etc) but I liked the finale format. In other hand it really exposed how this was the wrong top 3 and the fact that producers got it, thats why they saved the eliminated queens reunion for later having the top 3 having their moment right at the beginning of the show. And LOOL at the Katya fakeout, hilarious! As far Violet winning, I saw that comming and I can´t be mad, at the end she became the best choice out of the top 3.. Ginger is very funny and very good performing songs like the one she did at the finale (she was the best out of the three there) but her predictable style and specially her mouth did her and Pearl was didnt delivery the grow arc they wanted to sell us.

Well, no question that most eliminations are rigged, specially at this point, but I can´t be sad for Kennedy, she went too far on her speech, also without being able to use much of her acrobatics moves she was outshined by the other girls, even Pearl! Violet lip sync was a nice surprise, standing out the most. Meh episode, too much sob stories, not enough challenge/runway presentation. From the three left, Violet is proven to be the most versatile, even not being as funny/good at acting like Ginger. The untucked was more interesting, since they could vent about what happened on stage.

Exactly.. When Laura figure out the numbers and it came down to the selfies I knew they would catch up. I can´t be totally mad since they won it faiir and square, good racers, but I can´t get excited with the cocky attitude and the lack of a deeper bound between this contestants (Haley and Blair actually had the nicest finishing with Blair spinning with her with the setting sun behind them). As far the leg, good one, not the best but not near the worst last leg. Yep, too bad Michael and Rochelle got bad luck with the cab, once again, but after the major struggle last leg, they shouldnt have such a easy jump to the top on this one. And yep, after all the yelling and the ´´listen to me, I´m right`` , Haley cost them the race. Yep, at least after came out of the crazy/annoying racer mode, she was able to take the blame. And once again, bless Blair heart to take it so well, no one of the other guys would have made this far with her, specially without snap out.

After 7 seasons and people still dont get Drag (drags in a television competition in particular). Ginger is great on deliverying some FUNNY snarky comments, even AT HERSELF. She throw some shade here and there, again, mostly with some fun, without go for other queens jugular/ or being the one that throw shade ate every minute and can´t take it back. As far being shade/sadistic, shes doing the same way Bianca did last year and everyone loved it *me included*... Yes, I think tho that she needs to loose the poor of me act (that like mentioned above, is probably a strategy from producers .. a overconfident sadistic big queen trying to win? That she would be surrounded (starting by Michelle) with: Who are you as a human? Why can´t you be vulnerable?!, words that usually paint the history for a future runner-up at most. Anyway, really liked the Untucked, once again, way more real, nice to see Ginger declaring that even she loving every other queen, that Katya became her number 1 sister, Than hearing it from Pearl that probably every queen felt like this about Katya, because of her free soul. And you really can seem Kennedy gave her some props when they prepared for the Lip Sync/ let a letter for her with some nice words. Violet totally fangirling that Lip Sync, probably for both but some extra love for Katya. Shes just a queen that managed to get the love of the queens (since shes so open about her feelings) plus the admiration on how a fierce, unexpected, hilarious character she is. Its clear that they either want a beautiy queen to win (Violet or Pearl) or a big queen (Ginger). Katya wasnt a pick cause she would be the second comedy queen in a row to win the show so thats why they had to get rid of her now before she could make some danger to their choose ones. I liked the challenge tho, really funny the Hello Kitty BFF (apart from Kennedy one). Violet deserved the victory by having the best runway outfit and a solid HK BFF. The bottom 2 tho, should have being Kennedy for being the worst on both challenges and Pearl for her meh runway look, but its official, shes this year Adore and if we take in count her twitter followers, she might win this sh#$. While I actually found her HK BFF funny, Katya owned it. Yes, her runway look was a miss, but her character should made up for her to be safe. This elimination really makes me feel way less invested on the rest of the season, specially when it becomes obvious who will be the final 3. I have no doubt next week will be Kennedy going, unless they really dediced to make a beauty queen/Pearl win, so they might send Ginger home.

I´m disappointed... Like just one U-turn this season?! Once again, another very predictable leg where only a broken car made some difference on teams placement (allright, taking in count the leg, M&R would have problems anyway but it would be a closer race and maybe not being last/starting the leg with such a bad luck wouldnt make them so defeated). Also the tasks... B.O.R.I.N.G.. At least I laugh at Jenni laughing on Jelani´s struggle than stopping herself. As far as Hayley behavior, I still need to see how much she will hold her tongue when they are not leading with no teams around them.

Wow, they really seem really clueless about who was in the bottom 2.. Katya totally thinking it would be her, Trixie thinking the Katya would be in the bottom with Ginger and that she could win the challenge!

Such a hard challenge, I get why Ginger got overwhelmed with it (play both guy and girl and dance those crazy dance styles).. I was expecting it to be a non elimination taking that no one bombed and on how good wax Ginger X Trixie lip sync. Pearl, for me, is still all about looks.. She looks great but still not performing as well..Would be more fair a double elimination last week and a non-elimination this week. Trixie, once again, went home on a really good lip sync, thats sad. In other hand, shes was still getting outshined on the funny department by other queens like Katya and Ginger so.. Talking about Katya, well deserved win from both Katya and Violet, they did great.

Here is two things that I´m losing count of how many legs it keeps happening over and over again: The total lack of suspense at the eliminations with teams in dead last and Hayley and Blair at the beginning of the leg making promisses on how they will work well together to later we get a montage of Hayley yelling at him..

Well, Matt and Ashley kept running like chickens with their heads cut off (specially Matt) so it was about time for them to go anyway. Exactly! So uneven... It totally cost J&J the first place on this leg.

Fair results from the winner to the bottom/queen sent home. Katya and even Kennedy did a really good job on the challenge but damm Ginger KILLED IT! From her looks to her delivery.. The queen can be a little bitch sometimes but I really like how she gives her all on challenges and really is not afraid to look ugly in order to entertain the audience (this challenge was really good to call out the queens that only relies on be beautifull). As far the bottom, Violet, Fame and Pearl all did a poor job but Pearl and Fame had characters that they really could stood out with it and they didnt (also their idea of ugly dress, specially Pearl..c´mon!). And agree about the above comment on how weak the lipsync was.. Pear is really good at serve intense face but she needs to step up with her moves/body language, and Fame just exposed how green she is as a performer, that was beyond boring and disconnected so no doubt that this was her time. As overall I think we have the right top 6 (would consider to have Max over a couple of girls left tho)... some queens needs to step up more and prove that they deserved to make the finale instead of finish 6th-4th (specially Trixie and Pearl.. yep they won last week but they still need to prove they can be strong by themselves) so lets just see..
