Oh yea, that'll be fun. I look forward to all the remaining opportunities for Dean to look the the idiot he is!
When he does that, I'd love to see the Jury fall apart laughing at him*. Maybe then it will dawn on him that he is General of the Goat Army and will have to lie in the Goat Bed he has made for himself.
*Except Jamal. He seems far too dignified for such antics.

I'm gonna need Dean to make F3 and then just get eviscerated by the jury. It's the only thing left to look forward to!
This.

Truly cringe-worthy moments:
- Dan calling the other players "losers" in front of his young son. In fact, every moment between Dan and his young son was cringey.
- "Teaching Time with Tommy." Ugh, the arrogance. You know his friends must hate him.
- Dean and his mother's special closeness. There's always one each season. The way his mother kept saying "Dean! Dean!" Not ok.
-Karishma sobbing on her "roommate." He looked like a nice, normal man, poor thing.
- Janet's husband's unintentional sexism. "She's done all these great things and it didn't even hold her back to have been born a woman! Imagine!"
- Every moment with Noura, topped by "I'm just like you Karishma except that I'm fun to be with and work hard at camp and win challenges." What is wrong with her?
- Dean. Just Dean. You know it made his life complete to be back bro-ing with Tommy and the fact that Noura said "you and your pretty face."
Moments I LOLed:
- Watching Lauren struggle during the immunity challenge, the single tear traversing her cheek. I am SO SORRY she won, but I found her struggle pretty hilarious. Talk about a drama queen.
-Kellee's "Those are dumb moves." That really should have been the title of the episode.
- Elaine telling Jeff she didn't know what "extrapolate" means. I think she absolutely did know, but wasn't sure that Jeff did. In fact, it seemed like Jeff just said other words and didn't actually define it, probably because he can't. She punked him, and I LOLed.

Why aren't the head honchos fans of the reunion? I mean, sure, Jeff and random kids in the audience and Sia and Kevin Hart usually make it unwatchable but it could be great if they would just do it properly.
Seriously. What could be better than some random kid predicting the winner, and Jeffie letting her write her parchment on his back? <<snark>>

Captain Lee has been through the wringer over the past year or two with family issues.
I think this season was done filming before his son's death. But yes, I'm sure you're right.

I think in general, the play-or-eat decision should go like this:
1. Do I need to win (either for myself or to keep someone else from winning)? If yes, then play.
2. Do I have a chance of winning? If yes, then play. If no, see questions 3 and 4.
3. If I decide to eat how will not playing appear to the others (alliance and enemies), and will that hurt my game?
4. Even if I probably can't win, are there benefits to my game and my alliance in appearing to try to win?

Captain Lee appears to be wanting to be anywhere but on this show.
He certainly seems to despise the guests. But who can blame him? 😂

Simone wanted male attention, she got it and he showed her who really is. Simone should be angry at herself not the asshole she wanted to hook up with. It has been played out since season one that the the male crew members just want to get laid, talk about their conquests and generally disrespect the women crew members but yet, here we are again!
It's not just the men who want to get laid.

I think part of the thing with Simone comes down to where you think the greater burden lies in a boss/employee relationship. I'm old school, so I think it's incumbent on the employee to figure out how to meet the demands of the particular job, within the parameters set by the boss/organization. If that means studying in your own time, fine. Or asking for help and then taking advantage of that help. Of course the boss can intensively train the staffmember, if the particular job is predicated as an apprenticeship, or whatever. But this one is not. As I see it, my job as an employee is to solve problems for my boss, not create problems for her. I don't think my job is meant to be a personal development opportunity for me. It might end up being so, but only if I apply myself to it and seek out opportunities to improve myself.
But again, I'm old school.

I've always thought standing up for yourself is overrated. It's what the wives are always encouraging their husbands to do on, "Fear Thy Neighbor," and now they're widows.
LOL.

I agree which I why I sort of understood where Kevin’s frustration came from because their is also a good chance he doesn’t know the ends and out of both of those diets. That said he just should have said that and told her to pick something for herself instead of act like a colossal dick about it.
For the both of them, a measly hill to die on.

The marinade most likely has sugar in it but that also led to the confusion. Again she didn’t just say paleo she said paleo/keto not the same thing and finding dishes that fit that at a Thai restaurant in Thailand is going to be extremely difficult.
I'm not sure she even knew what she was asking for.

The thing that confuses me: Kevin was ordering Chicken Satay. Doesn't that qualify as Paleo? (Or perhaps he was ordering "Just" chicken satay.)
Asking out of ignorance, but it seems if you don't use the peanut dipping sauce, it's paleo, right?
Or like just speak up and tell him what you want to order! Kevin is a jerk, but Rhylee (Ugh, that spelling!) was spoiling for a fight.

Simone also doesn’t seem that receptive to training, when she couldn’t properly pour a beer Courtney tried to explain to her how to do it and she waved her off saying it didn’t matter.
I rewatched a few episodes with a friend and Simone is shown drinking so her complete in ability to do anything including not mangling the citrus is flummoxing.
Yeah, how hard is it to cut lemon wedges? Or to know how they are supposed to look?

I haven't seen where Kellee said she was afraid of the backlash.
In the very first episode, she talked about how addressing Dan's touching, speaking up about it, could lead to consequences for her game. That's why she chose to blame herself ("I don't like being touched, it's my problem") as a way to both stop his touching (which it did not), and not blow up her game as a troublemaker on the first day.

Not only did she fall for his sleezy line, she fell for the even sleezier - "If you sit down, I'll hook up with you." Because he was too fucking drunk to stand. Yikes.
Eh, they were both wanting to hook up. No harm, no foul, IMO.

I have thought of the bigotry reason and I'm sure there is some of that. But Simone volunteered to the laundry in the beginning so that was how that started (and Courtney said she hated laundry). Simone was also heard to say, "I will never be done with ironing" when Kate told her to speak up when she wanted to quit ironing.
With guest interactions you have to be confident and extroverted, and Simone hasn't shown that (except in her THs).

Kate should have waited a charter to assign the second/third stew positions, so that she could assess their experience and strengths. I like Simone, but she seems even less on top of things than other third stews we've seen in the past, like Laura. Her attitude is terrible and inexplicable. A luxury yacht is a strange place to expect professional validation for your degree in mathematics.

I understand you who are not Black may not want to hear it and that is your right.. But I don;t think it was a Capitol crime for Missy to bring up a valid milestone.
I think it's great that she brought it up and more discussion about discrimination on Survivor is good. Maybe she should have brought it up during last week's TC so we could've cut short Dan's reprehensible "apology."
I just don't think she should've dinged Jeff for not bringing it up, because if he had, I'm sure it would have been seen, at best, as problematic for him to do so. Maybe even by Missy, who knows?

I heard the final 3 was Tommy, Dean, and Noura, although Lauren would make way more sense. This person supposedly spoiled that Kellee found three idols and was voted off with one (it was two). I believe the person in question has spoiled a recent season as well.
Dan clearly wasn’t happy when he got back and didn’t post anything on SM, so I do wonder if something happens.
Tommy, Dean, and Noura F3 would suck. Go Tommy I guess?

The contrast between Elaine and Missy was hilarious. Missy was laser focused on the ring and ball and was obviously stressed out and working very hard, and muttering to herself.
Elaine looked kind of bored.
Didn't she say "Jeff, you give me a hillbilly thing like that to do, and I can do it all day," or something?
LOL.

She acts like she's Michael Corleone taking out a hit on Tessio, but she's so stupid that she gave the job to Fredo.
Haha, perfect! And, like Fredo, she went out like a punk. 😂

I find Noura's personality enjoyable. I think that she's hilarious. Karishma, on the other hand is a sad sack. She's no fun to watch in my opinion.
I enjoy watching Noura on TV, but she would drive me crazy in real life. She's like Debbie's slightly better-adjusted sister.
I guess marginally depressed or sad people don't bother me very much. They make sense to me!

S39.E11: A Very Simple Plan
in Survivor
My sixth grade teacher was a man and a great teacher. He set me on a career path that I'm still on to this day (many decades later).
