  1. Presumably Cedric revenge, right?
  2. From your lips to the BB Gods' ears.
  3. Smart money, yeah. It's unfair that Cam isn't weighed down by having a personality.
  4. I'm hoping it comes down to Tucker and Rubina, and he can just throw to her.
  5. By the way, @Rodney, you're right, I underestimated Kimo, and I apologize for that. He did an amazing job (T'Kor was good, too, of course, but Kimo was in the driver's seat). I am THRILLED to be so wrong in my estimation of his abilities. He and T'Kor are both smart, but I didn't think they'd be able to move the house, and I am so happy that I was mistaken.
  6. To a certain extent, I agree with you, he was VERY good at controlling his close alliance (and his goat, Victoria). VERY good at making Cowboy, Frankie, and Cody felt seen and heard. However, and this is something that always sticks in my craw when discussing Derrick's game, the biggest boost he got in the house was that Devin brought Amber and Christine into the alliance because he wanted to fuck Amber. Christine was so thrilled to be part of the cool kids alliance that she became a DEVOTED member, and made it so that the other half of the house could never come together against Derrick. Derrick was fully prepared to bro out (plus Victoria), but adding Christine changed the game, and it changed in a VERY advantageous way for Derrick, and all from a move that not only he didn't make, but that he was FURIOUS about when Devin made it on his own.
  7. That's really the tale as old as time in the house, right? All you have to do is pay the "lesser" members of your alliance lip service, and people JUST. CANNOT. DO. IT.
  8. They're obviously SMART, they're just kind of useless.
  9. I love how this is the season of the HGs all nailing each other's personalities...while missing that the things they are accurately making fun of also applies to them!
  10. The funny thing to me about Brooklyn and Chelsie is that it is the sort of "Mean Girl" (quotes because I don't really think they're THAT mean) duo that they THOUGHT they were going to get in BB15 with Candice and Aaryn, before it turned out that Aaryn was a super-big racist (remember, Candice came into the house hoping to do the Britney/Monet thing from BB12, but, well, you know, the BB15 house wasn't interested in doing that with a Black woman). But now, 11 years later, Brooklyn and Chelsie are giving them their mean girl duo!
  11. By the way, something that I sort of like about Quinn is that while yeah, he's a douche, he clearly isn't some, like, evil dude. He's just a normal enough douche. I like when even the "villains" on a season are obviously just people who are normal enough people in real life.
  12. What I don't get about people emulating Paul is that while they were obviously a standout player in the sense that they clearly STOOD OUT from your typical BB HG, it wasn't like Paul was really all that good of a player. They were saved by MULTIPLE twists in BB18 (to be fair, it wasn't like Grodner was TRYING to help them...that season, at least), and then, of course, they were handed a red carpet to the win in BB19, and then proceeded to botch their perfectly-written script for the easy win by being a super-duper douchebag when being only a SUPER douchebag would have sealed the win for themself.
  13. I like Chelsie a lot, but I think she's fallen into a strange place, where she thinks she is running the game, and to a certain extent, she is, but running the game this early in the game isn't really that useful of a thing, ya know?
  14. I love when dudes like Quinn ACT like they want to lean into the villain role, when clearly, it's killing them that that's their role.
  15. Who in the world is a fan of Cody's GAMEPLAY?!
  16. OF the bullshit games that fuck with the spirit of the show, I agree that AI Arena has been better than most. It hasn't been a "Strongest dude automatically wins" competition, and it's not throwable, and having it be "only" three nominees is better, as well. I still don't like it (give me old school two nominees every time), but yes, I will admit that it is must better than its predecessor, the Battle of the Block.
  17. They have to EARN a Tootie comparison!
  18. I continue to adore the fact that the Three C's are openly controlling the whole house and the rest of the house are just, like, "Okay, let's just let them do that." To be fair, controlling the house in Week 3 doesn't necessarily mean anything for the rest of the game (but often it does).
  19. Guys with military experience are always such a mixed bag on the show. Sometimes it translates well, a lot of times it...does not.
  20. While it's not quite the same thing, Marcellus in BB3 infamously kept himself on the block so that no one else in his alliance would be nominated (and because he felt he was a shoo-in to beat the person he was on the block against) and he was voted out. Julie famously tore into him (all good naturedly, of course) for his stupid move when she interviewed him after he was voted out.
  21. I sort of love the idea of telling someone, "I'm nominating you for eviction, but don't use your power, save it for when you could use to help ME later!" It's so crazy it just might work (it will not work)!
  22. The show seems to like casting really personable gay guys who don't know anything about strategy. Kimo is a total sweetheart, but he's such a dreadful player.
  23. Oh, it's TOTALLY there, no doubt about it.
  24. I wish it was anything simple that we could fix, but nope, it's a "known glitch" (since 2022) that they just don't seem motivated to fix.
