  1. Yes! Frankie reminds me of the Key & Peele sketch that ends with the character's realization, "I'm not persecuted, I'm just an asshole." Except I doubt that Frankie will ever actually realize that about himself.
  2. Did they only hide Frankie's glitter or did they go back and also hide a piece of his clothing, like they did with Christine? If they stick to the item having to be clothing, then I would assume that glitter wouldn't get them a pass.
  3. Oh boy, with the 2 hats and the headband around his neck, it looks like Cody has developed Caleb's accessory disorder.
  4. From Joker's Well, if that isn't using Production as a strategy, nothing is.
  5. Wow, Derrick just turned Nicole's "insult" of Frankie into a major compliment and Frankie's not mad at her anymore. I don't know if I'm more amazed at Derrick's skills or Frankie's ego!
  6. Ha! So her vicious libel of his sister was actually Nicole quoting him directly? That's more ridiculous than I could've hoped for! ETA: Hearing Christine talking about Frankie is the first time I've thoroughly enjoyed her!
  7. What is Frankie referring to when he says that Nicole said "horrible" things about his sister? I don't believe it, just wondering what he's twisting.
  8. I think Zach is way more excited talking about fantasy football than I've ever heard him get about Big Brother.
  9. I definitely don't think he'll lose his job or anything major like that. The sort of consequences to which I was referring were of the interpersonal kind. I assume he has female subordinates and superiors and if they heard the things he was saying about the women in the house, well, it could make those interactions somewhat strained. I worked for years in a very male dominated field and I really, really liked the majority of the guys I worked with. Still do, for the most part. A few times I was made aware of distasteful things that were said about me or women in general and my opinion of the particular person or people shifted accordingly. ETA: While I did not care for Tony, I fully agree that the stuff about re-examining his cases because of his gameplay is totally ridiculous.
  10. Sexism is just allowing another's gender to dictate what you think of them and how you treat them.
  11. If Derrick's behavior is strategy and doesn't reflect his true character, which is possible, he may find that even winning isn't compensation enough for the real world repercussions given his occupation.
  12. The thing for me about Derrick is that out of all of the houseguests, he has always seemed to be the most aware that he's not in a frat house but rather that he is being watched all of the time (i.e. his constant shoutouts to the feedsters and his cautions to other houseguests about using certain offensive words, like r****d). He would be best served, in real like and even in the game, by conducting himself accordingly. The original poster can correct me if I'm mistaken, but I think the point of saying that he took the food out of other players' children's mouths is not that that actually happened, but that he has as much right to make that accusation as they did. Which, of course, is none at all.
  13. Yes, this. Also, when people were starting to talk about whether to keep Brittany or not, he said that if someone (I think Cody) saved her, she'd be licking his balls. When Zach made a similar, but less far offensive comment about Christine, Derrick quickly shut him down and told him that he was disrespecting Christine's husband. Then, when Brittany came to Derrick and complained that she was being targeted because she wouldn't flirt with Cody, he suggested that she "get on that."
  14. Yeah, he's as "super-talented" as those Toddlers and Tiaras contestants. And likely destined for the same career trajectory.
  15. The best thing that could possibly happen right now would be a Devin style house meeting. Everyone coming clean about their final 2 with Derrick would be epic.
  16. I must be really behind. The last I remember hearing was that Nicole's whole plan was to backdoor Cody. Has this changed?
  17. Wow, I really thought Nicole would put Victoria up. So is it still the plan for Caleb to take a fall?
  18. For me, although I detest him for the things he's actually said, I dislike him even more for his general sexist gameplay and dismissal of and condescension to the women from the start. I also generally root for an underdog, so I'm not inclined to hope he continues to succeed.
  19. It'll be interesting to see if anyone is able to muster up any enthusiasm for the HoH room reveals tonight. I don't like Frankie, but I would loooove to see Nicole and Christine team up with him to get Derrick out.
  20. Did Nicole win?? Eta: Yup! Derrick and Cody could be sitting pretty this week, if they'd stuck to the plan. Bet Zach is glad he acted like such a dick, huh.
  21. This feels like a video you'd be forced to watch on a loop while he had you tied to a chair in his basement.
  22. Oh, no. Caleb added cowboy boots to the ensemble! And now he's talking directly to us. Oh man. The embarrassment, it burns.
  23. Me, too. Nicole's had her rough patches, but I do like her. It's gonna be miserable for her for a bit. Btw, did Cody not get the memo? What was up with that??
  24. Loving that Caleb's headwrap got in his way. What exactly does he see when he looks in the mirror?
