  1. Robert to Anna: "Don't rewrite history and trash the most important thing in my life" Me: Yeah show, you better not change Robin's parentage.
  2. Loved that she tried to go for it (why don't you tell me exactly what you did) and then his little smile as he realizes that she's conning him. "So it wasn't me at all" "Thought I could get away with it, like with the kids" "I'm not the kids"
  3. Jason has the cup. He was looking at it today because it had that stupid tattoo thingy on the bottom. And Harmony got her panties in a bunch because she couldn't find it and Shiloh told her to look again. Kudos to Lexi Ainsworth because that was some spot on bitching today. Had to laugh when she started in on Jason because you know he's thinking he doesn't get paid enough for that screeching!
  4. Shiloh said something to Harmony today about the secret allowing them to control some people in town. I'm assuming that with an Alexis secret, they figure they'll have a lawyer in their pocket whenever they need it. Having Michael in their pocket serves no purpose. She didn't. Shiloh had the confession in transcript form and made Kristina sign it. The camera lingered on it long enough for us to read that it's about Alexis hitting and killing keifer.
  5. I didn't catch it while watching but someoen on Facebook posted a still shot of the confession. It's about her hitting Keifer with her car.
  6. It has to be someone that Ryan will get his panties in a bunch about, enough to lure him out of hiding and get him to PC. My first thought was Scotty, because she already has a relationship with him, but would Ryan beleive that their friendship is now more than that? If it's someone new, would Ryan believe that it was serious enough to come out of hiding? Griffin might have been an interesting choice if he was still around. So, if it's Kevin, it can be explained that Ava was drawn to him because of his similarities to his brother. And that Kevin was drawn to her because he felt bad for her and because Laura dumped him. That would allow a Ava/Kevin/Laura triangle to happen. And Maura and Jon have excellent chemistry. Just spit balling. It will end up being someone stupid, that there is no way Ryan would believe she's dating, enough to lure him out. I can't have nice things.
  7. Am I the only one who absolutely loved the Ava/Laura/Felicia scenes today? Whoever thought of it was genius, which means they are capable of writing stuff that isn't utter dreck. Felicia all, we have to lure him out and you need to pretend to be interested in someone new. Laura all, I don't want to hear the details because I'm mayor, eh who am I kidding, tell me the plan Ava all, I'll be ready when he comes at me Just most excellent. And I hope the show follows through and makes it the three of them who take Ryan down.
  8. Ok, who do I have to pay to see this happen? My first thought when Felicia brought it up was Scotty, but having Kevin pretend to be Ava's new boyfriend to lure Ryan out, would be genius. I think Ryan's head would literally explode if he thought Ava was moving on with Kevin. Come on, if I have to see through one more scene of this stupid DOD crap, please please let Jon and Maura play in the same sandbox again.
  9. This. I was so confused, by Lulu/Nina, Valentin/Willow and Peter/Anna, who last we saw he was pissed at her for dumping him and she was all crying about it, even though a month before they seemed to have moved past it. And now they were all chummy chummy to the point where he's telling her that he has feeligns for Maxie and she's telling him to go for it. I kept thinking this episode was bizarro/schizophrenic day.
  10. I almost feel like some of the episodes were shown out of sequence, especially stand alone episodes that didn't tie in to others (unlike the Hannah stuff which had to be shown in order). Otherwise the direction for her is all wrong. "Here, you're mad at him. Now here you understand that he suffered greatly and feel badly for him. Now, act as though you have no clue that he was tortured and you think he's a moron, Action" I think they were trying so hard not to have any romantic chemistry between them that they went overboard in the oposite direction. Usually I get a vibe from a couple by mid season at least if I think they should get together romantically or not, and here, I'm just confused by her behaviour half the time. Eh, I need to focus more on Jay's hotness!!
  11. That's not what I meant, I just worded it wrong. I meant, go to the clinic, with my health card, then get my meds. I just took a shortcut but the meaning wasn't there!!
  12. One of the first things Drew said to Curtis was that he was sorry that he did this to Jordan. Curtis then said he doesn't blame Drew and neither does Jordan. He was rendered blind when it happened
  13. Exactly! Here's my health card, give me my meds (the only downside is the 6 hours you can spend in emerg) Welcome back!! I actually thought that was well done on Pif's part. She spent a lot of time mentoring Kiki while she was in the shadow program and saw her through the whole Dr Bench thing. Because SE didn't have all her episodes in yet, while we saw Monica in the anniversary special and in a Drew/Kim scene a week ago. Actually, when Laura opened the door and Kevin was standing there, my first thought was that he needs some sort of tattoo that would prove his identity. It could just as easily have been Ryan standing there.
  14. Is it just me or is Jordan awfully spry for someone who in the past month was hit by a car, was in a coma for a day or two, had one kidney removed, had the other kidney seriously damaged and is currently doing dyalisis twice a week. As a non American, I didn't fully understand the Jordan/Curtis/Stella insurance conco today. Something about, if Jordan gets her treatment at Mercy she's covered by her insurance but is she does it at GH, she isn't. And Jordan wanted to continue doing it at GH because she knows people there. So Curtis wanted Stella to try to work it with the insurance so that she'd be covered. But, but, but, why not just do it at Mercy. It's not like they show us her having her treatments. I mean, that'll cut into Jason looking constipated and Sam looking confused. I need this Oscar story to end now. Although I will give kudos to LW. She does so much better in scenes with Joss where she has to play the mother role. Lulu: I can't with her today. So, Jordan gets news about Ryan and heads first to Ava's to tell her? Doesn't head over to the mayor's house to tell her? As much as I love Kevin, I got the Epiphany smackdown today. It made sense even though it hurt me that Kevin's getting so much blowback.
  15. I agree with this. The first couple of episodes were rough because I kept trying to picture Tom and really not seeing Jay's version. But now it's just, this is the 2019 version of Magnum and I'm ok with it. He's a likable character and actor (and he'snot ugly to look at!!!). My only complaint by the end of the first season is Higgins treatment of him. Plus, I wasn't happy with the one step forward, two steps back thing they did with Katsumoto with the last episode. They had gotten around to being friendly by the previous episode and I feel like they lost that because of stupid Hannah (that actress just rubs me the wrong way in every single role she's in).
  16. I like Hernandez, but he's never felt like "the" Magnum. Tom Selleck had a certain gravitas to him that I don't see with Hernandez. I also feel that Higgins treats him like dirt most of the time. To me Magnum (this version)is this guy who suffered unspeakably, horrible things overseas and barely survived. But half the time Higgins treats him like a puppy who's pooped on the carpet, that she needs to chastise. Now, maybe part of that is that Hernandez, especially the first handful of episodes, was playing it very childish, frat boy, surfer dude, flighty (no gravitas) and that allowed to judge him and treat him that way. I only see a little bit of respect, understanding, recognition from her when we have a scene where he'll mention the past or a reminder of something. That needs to be tightened up for next season. Is there a next season?!
  17. According to Wikepedia he is 6 though he was born June 4th so he would be about to turn 7.
  18. When Trina mentioned seeing JOscar at the courthouse, I thought for sure we were going to find out that they secretly got married. Color me shocked that they tried, but were not allowed to get a marriage licence because of their age. A talk to a teenage boy about respecting women and their choices should never come from a serial killer, reformed or not. Stupid show. The only good thing in that scene is that Cam looked like he was trying hard not to laugh at the stupidity that is Franco. Was it weird to anyone else that Gail's photo on the wall was not level with the photo of the person beside her? No? Just me and my OCD?!!
  19. I questioned that too. He asked Alexis about it, and she admitted that she's talked to Gail over the past few years and told her about Julian, so he figured Gail was matchmaking. Which is dumb and served no purpose since he's with Kim. Unless they're planning on getting rid of Kim when Oscar dies and they need Julian back in Alexis' orbit. That flashback of Felicia finding out about BJ's heart and dropping to the floor gets me every single time.
  20. No, Kevin was already in Ferncliff when Ryan started "treating' Ava. But it would be interesting to have Ava and Kevin interact since they were both messed up by Ryan.
  21. On today's episode..... CarSon find out from Lulu that Dante is gone. They offer their support. Alexis and Laura discuss the divorce. Laura's not sure what she wants. Nora Buchanan is in town to represent Kevin. Lucy shows up for moral support. He wants to plead guilty. Both ladies talk him out of it. Margaux snarks out Nora. Kevin pleads not guilty and is given bail. Bail is posted so Kevin thinks Lucy did it. Turns out it was Laura. Maxie's test results show that Nina/Sasha are mother/daugther. Sasha's all wuhhh? Valentin's all sssssshhhhhh. Nina's all, but why? Peter says Obrecht is holding something over Valentin and they thought it was this. Nina asks Valentin what Obrecht's holding over him. He lies and says LIesl knows that NIna overdused Cassandra Pierce. Maxie heads over to LUlu's, who breaks down crying.
  22. Yes, he followed them to the lab, then called someone to 'do a job' for him. Today, the results showed that Nina and Sasha are mother/daughter, which shocked the crap out of Sasha. So she asked Valentin and he pretty much admitted that he had changed the results.
  23. At this point, I don't even think the story was that badly executed until the end. Though there were too many episodes in Turkey. One, max two would have been plenty to get us up to speed. The next couple of episodes should have gone to happyness with Lulu, the kids, Olivia. Then a couple of episodes of something wierd happening. Then the scene with Anna and then a proper scene with Lulu and Olivia (Sonny too if I have to) where he explains what happened to him and that Anna has a place where he can recover. You've got your requisite 10 episodes that DZ is back for. You don't know how long he'll be gone because you don't know how long the deprograming will take, but you understand when Lulu says she'll wait as long as it takes. And the audience understands and feels badly for all parties involved. Instead, it makes Dante look like a complete ass for not telling her the whole truth before walking out of her life. Again. I don't want it to make it easy for her to dump him later on. Original recipe Lulu and Dante were a major soap couple for me and to have it end like this, just is not okay. I almost feel like they did this on purpose, making Dante look like a jerk and giving LUlu the out to end things/cheat because they were pissed that DZ didn't come back and they were going to make sure he didn't come out smelling like roses (for anyone who watches Grey's Anatomy, think Patrick Dempsey and Shondra Rhimes)
  24. That the plaque on the wall of the writer's room!!
  25. The writing was just awful. He said more to Mike than he did to Lulu. I truly don't understand why they wrote it that way. It's not like they were leaving themselves an out for any reason. He's going to a clinic to be deprogramed. It may take a week, it may take 6 years. Why is that a secret to be kept from the wife?
