Not sure if this is the right thread but … for those who are watching. Is it worth watching? I generally like the cast here (esp Crudup) and am interested in the premise. Plus I don’t have any shows that interest me at the moment — am rewatching Ted Lasso for the third time.

But I kind of gave up after last season. The stories have been hit/miss. Killing off Mitch felt like a copout. Julianna Margulies’s character annoyed me no end, and Alex Levy is tolerable at best.

I went into this expecting something that it didn’t turn out to be - a “smart” drama with sharp writing and a cast that looked great on paper. By the end of season 2 I was pretty much where you are now. But whatever, I went ahead and watched the first two episodes of season 3. Now for some reason I’m enjoying it. You just have to embrace the soapiness and don’t expect something you’re not going to get.

I was a little bit sad to see Jon Hamm. It feels very expected.
