[FIXED] Change appearance of "EDITED AT 3:23 AM BY ..."

Can you please change the appearance of the "EDITED AT ..." tag at the bottom of posts?   IMO, The ALL-CAPS and large font size lends the tag undue importance and urgency, and distracts from the main post, especially when a post is only a sentence or two in length.

I think this got changed in the last couple days or so; perhaps not intentionally though.

While the tag may have been in all caps before (and I think it might have been), I'm pretty sure the font size used to be smaller.  Like "a few points smaller than this text" smaller.
