I guess I will be the only one here but there is goes:

I really liked the first season of this show. I had never even heard of it until recently and found free access to it just now. It was interesting, different from all the other medical shows I have seen lately, focused on what attracts me to shows like it. But then, season two became a hot mess, just the same as other shows, with a super hero rebel doctor with his combat boots and a authoritarian attitude, characters that disappear without an explanation, the impossible scenarios of hospital explosions and surgeries in impossible conditions. What the fuck happened to the original idea, to the creators and writers?
