Samantha was right on in her advice to Carrie about trying to change men. Bad idea.

Big could've been a bit more discreet when checking out other women, but Carrie's insecurity is just raging at this point. 

Samantha was also right about uncircumsized men - no big deal. Princess Charlotte is starting to irk me.

That 85% figure may be true worldwide, but the percentage in Charlotte's social circle has to be miniscule.  I've never seen an uncircumcised adult penis, and would probably have been taken aback (in the late 70s to early 90s before I married) to learn a potential partner was not "cut."  It was certainly my expectation back then, as American males born in the same general timeframe as me were routinely circumcised.
