monocles January 18, 2017 Share January 18, 2017 Late Night's coverage of this has been both great and surreal because I'm currently in a health law class with a professor who looks a lot like Seth Meyers. Although I'm pretty sure Seth Meyers is just saying what my prof wants to say in class, so... (he did start yesterday with "The theme of this semester will be 'forget everything I said last class, because I have no idea anymore.'") Link to comment
Hanahope January 18, 2017 Share January 18, 2017 Yup, waiting with baited breath to see how the GoP/Trump can provide health care/insurance to 'everyone' (or at least the same number as now), with lower premiums, without significantly cutting benefits or increasing co-pays/deductibles. I know they want to significantly cut women's health benefits, but really only so much can be saved by cutting birth control and I don't think abortion was ever covered in most plans (at least elective abortions).
