ElectricBoogaloo November 16, 2016 Share November 16, 2016 (edited) Quote Bourdain explores the Brazilian heartland, known as the region where all the best cooks come from, and namesake to the country’s mining history. Home to baroque architecture, lush hillsides and mineiro cuisine (influenced by Portuguese, African and Indigenous people), which includes frango ao molho pardo (broiled chicken served in a sauce made using its own blood) that the host samples during a traditional country meal. blueray November 6, 2017 Share November 6, 2017 I just watched this episode on netflix (randomly). Wow I did not expect someone to drive into the restaurant he was in. People have done that were I live, it's scary. I guess it makes sense that his camera guy would tackle him, as it sounded like guy had a gun. I'm surprised after the incident the restaurant just seemed to return to normal. And Anthony and the restaurant owners just resumed their conversation. You'd think there would be police there or at least further investigate what happened. Link to comment
Auntmimi777 March 31, 2018 Share March 31, 2018 Was this the episode where he sliced that poor animals neck near a stream since it was the tribes ritual? that was nasty and not needed. Didn't care for him after that. Just my 2 cents! Link to comment
