If I requested it would you post in it? Lots of haters on Twitter but as far as DC shows go, I love it!

Every show has haters. Like I don't like Modern Family, American Horror Story, or recent TBBT.

I actually had to look up TBBT!

Modern Family does nothing for me ... I don't actively dislike it, but don't go out of my way to watch it (and think it's sort of overrated), I've NEVER watched TBBT (now that I know what it is!) and I watched one season of AHS (the sideshow freak season) and found it ... interesting ... but I'm too easily creeped out to have any desire to continue along with it ...

I would have said, hey, we should have a thread for "shows I hate that other people love" but then I remembered where I was and thought, oh, right.

I don't think it's repeating the lab from season 1-- I think that would be an improvement, unfortunately.

The lab from season 1 was an event coming up in their future, which created a sense of urgency. The prison cell is just Daisy's past. Unless the driving mystery actually does end up being specifically why they jump there accidentally, and the answer ends up being important and dangerous, then it's just like... who cares?

Season 1, the main characters were in swiftly approaching peril (and the reason for it was directly related to the invention of time travel and their use of it).

Season 2, a character we never met before was being kept in a cell, but now she's free? Okay... and? As a season-long plot arc, there's no urgency, there's little at stake, and it's tertiary. It will only matter as far as they make Daisy, a character who they only introduced for the plot arc in the first place, important to the other characters and the viewers. Events from 500 years ago have no relation to the characters except through her. (Unless she turns out to be one of the character's ancestress, though if that were the case then based on the '50s episode someone should be changing appearance or disappearing by now. )

Was anyone else annoyed by the "Cyd doesn't have a Thing!" episode? She saw a version of herself from the future with crazy fighting skills kicking butt. She had a Mixed Martial Arts party last season. If she wants a Thing, signing up for martial arts classes is a huge "Duh."

Not to mention, with the most recent episode, she can add fencing in there as well.

If they wanted to give Barry a new love interest (I guess the first one was retconned out of Barry's history cause I was pretty sure they were still together at the end of season 1) why not make Daisy a modern day character? Of course it would help if Disney gave this show a damn regular schedule again to maybe have everything make sense.

I just recently discovered this show by total accident, and was surprised at how much I've enjoyed it.

First episode I saw was the hour long one with Sebastian going through the time rift after Daisy.

Was actually a little surprised she wasn't a part of the show from the beginning. A captive 16th Century Princess fleeing through time to the modern day is a concept strong enough to hold its own series, I think.

Since then, I've been watching season 1 on Netflix. Did not expect a period joke from a Disney sitcom.

The issue is her story was pretty damn pointless if the show doesn't get renewed. Then again Disney kinda seems like they DGAF about their original shows outside of KC Undercover since most are either ending or are in limbo in regards to another season.

Oh, so I may have just gone from getting burned by one Disney show (Lab Rats: Elite Force) to another.

Lovely.

Well, gonna try and enjoy this show as long as it lasts.

It's a good show, just Disney hasn't been handing out renewals lately and everyone is on edge (even Girl Meets World).

Finished season 1 on Netflix. Really liked the continuing puzzle that was the Future Lab.

Started season 2 OnDemand. Was actually a little sad to see Barry's RV go, but I like the new lab much better.

And Naldo was a straight up hero dragging Barry out of the RV before it exploded.

Just noticed that Season 2 has been added on Netflix. No idea when that went up.

Had to be recent, I check like last week and only had season 1. I'm sure streaming numbers will likely play a role in if this series returns or not.

If I'm not mistaken the show's creators have moved on to the That's So Raven spin-off, so I think the show is done.

The second season ender had some closure so if it is gone (sad!) at least it doesn't end in a cliffhanger.

That is true. What hurt so much about Lab Rats: Elite Force's cancellation was that the finale episode and cliffhanger finally started to live up to the promise the series first showed.

Here, the four friends can all time travel together, and went off on an unseen adventure. It's nice that they're together having fun together.

I think we all saw this coming. Season 2 only had a tiny 13 episodes and Disney basically burned them off rather quickly. This show had the same problem as I Didn't Do It which was also cancelled after 2 seasons. Neither show didn't know what it wanted to be.
