Danny is getting kidnapped, tortured and tested by the Agency, she passes with flying colors. Then we see her boinking her interrogator. Danny’s situation is a parallel to what’s happening with the Coyote. Extreme stress and mental torture can make these agents go rogue, do the unthinkable.

Owen and his fish-out-water situation in Minsk is truly embarrassing. He’s terrible at fieldwork. But credit has to be given to him for finding some clues regarding “Valhalla” and a secret psychiatrist. The situation with Owen is a stark contrast to what happens with Danny. How a trained agent behaves differently in the field as compared to the untrained one.

As a Sudanese Mukhabarat intelligence agent, Osman is bad at interrogation and he cannot hide his curiosity. This dude needs to learn how to do a poker face. Osman’s hired goon finding Poppy’s student card in Martian’s jacket pocket gives them an unexpected leverage. Is this intentional or is Martian getting sloppy?

When is Martian going to disclose to Bosko and Henry about the Chinese wanting to exert their control over Sudan?

I feel like I followed at least 75% of what was happening, possibly more.  That's pretty good for me, for this show.  I hadn't even thought about the parallels between Danny and her interrogator and Owen and Eva.  Opposite ends of the training spectrum indeed, but they both got sex out of it, so... win-win?  Was Eva truly just Coyote's secretary (or whatever) or was she something else?

Poppy's ID in Martian's jacket is concerning, but yeah, maybe it's all part of the game, the cover.  Paul Lewis has a daughter, and if they investigate Poppy, that will all check out.  But the guy said the police didn't know anything about an assault last night.  If Martian was supposed to be trying to make this all look legit, then after spend 1:40 at the police station, he should have actually filed a report.
